TURANISKIDAK — At approximately 5:00PM RCT this afternoon, the People's Commission for State Affairs released a statement on behalf of the Foreign Commissariat by Comrade Commissar Lakersk Turnov, titled "The December Resolution". It outlined eighty-seven points regarding the relation of the Reinkalistani people's state to the world at large, and the general endeavours of the Reinkalistani proletariat with relation to its role in the global struggle for emancipation. The document is the latest in the recent "gearing-up" process for the expansion of the global revolutionary camp, whereby Reinkalistan's position is reaffirmed with regards to its commitments to international socialism, as well as the promulgation of Reinkalistani-Vanguardist ideals and Kaszar Turaniski Thought throughout communist movements worldwide. The document is described by the State Commission as "equal part anti-capitalist, anti-liberalist, anti-reactionary, and anti-revisionist".
Comrade President Mozhkin Turaniski praised the document as "an excellent reflection of the type of worldwide society of peace and love the Reinkalistani nation wishes to build", with this opinion being generally reaffirmed by the Communist Party of Reinkalistan with few objecting voices. Among other things, the key point of the December Resolution is a "total and unwavering commitment to supporting Vanguardist and Communist movements worldwide, with zero tolerance for backwards and bourgeois principles or policy." This is a pivotal adjustment from the position adopted at the XXVI Party Congress of 2008, where Reinkalistan's foreign position was associated with "a broadly national commitment to the internal integrity of the Fifth International in the wake of the cultivation of the nascent principles of the New World Theory." The XXVI Party Congress was criticised by many for its broad back-stepping in the face of the reforms instituted as part of President Turaniski's "National Reorganisation Process", which had wholly discarded the "bourgeois-collaborationist" policies of the People's Federation post-1985. It has also urged the people of both the People's Federation of Reinkalistan and the Renyashika Territory - known to the world at large as "the Confederation of Reinkalistani States", or "North Reinkalistan" - to commit to the reunification of the Reinkalistani Fatherland beneath the banner of the People's Federation.
This re-orientation has been met with the international community with mixed reactions. Member-states of the Fifth International and their leading parties have on the whole praised this new course of action, with the First Secretary of the Workers' Party of Kayastadt (APK) stating that "the Reinkalistani commitment towards national re-unification and revolutionary agitation comes as a great comfort to me and my countrymen". As of yet, no statements from the so-called "North Askander Defense League" have been issued on the matter, though the immediate presumption from all state-actors is that it shall be resoundingly negative. Concerns of yet another war on Askander have been raised, though the State Commission has assured the general populace that no military actions on the continent are planned for the near future. Despite this, there is still concern that a pre-emptive NADL attack could plunge the world into darkness once again.

DIRECTOR VOZHROCZKIY ARRESTED FOR CORRUPTION CHARGES, ACCUSED OF GUANYUITE SYMPATHIES

Vozhroczkiy is handcuffed by the West Kaskia Internal Security Department outside his country home in the Kaskia Republic.
VATODAK — Natayavi Vozhroczkiy, Director of Vozhroczkiy Technology Ltd. and pioneer of the Kaskia Telecommunications Production Coalition's (KTPC) "limited marketeering" initiative, was arrested yesterday for charges of corruption, as well as being an agent for the Asian Communist Party. The "Internal Security" wing of the Executive Office for Ideological Affairs (EOIA), which ordered the arrest, has alleged following an investigation that Vozhroczkiy accepted bribes from municipal authorities in multiple cities across the Pan-Asiatic States in order to influence the location of Vozhroczkiy Ltd.'s storefronts in the nation.
Vozhroczkiy Technology Ltd. was founded in 2017 following the XXVII Party Congress' resolution on the KTPC's proposal to engage in "Limited Marketeering" both within Kaskia and without in the field of telecommunications. In an unprecedented move for the Communist Party of Reinkalistan, the proposal - initiated by Vozhroczkiy, at the time the Coalition Manager - was accepted, despite stiff opposition among the party's hardliners. Two weeks ago, Vozhroczkiy Ltd.'s first serious international venture was finalised by the Pan-Asiatic States, and immediately his consumer products were considered a massive success in the country. Despite this, however, a personal warrant for his arrest was issued on Sunday, as the lengthy process of establishing the international commercial ties was suspected to be rife with graft, fraud, and bribery. Sales representative and spokesperson for Vozhroczkiy Ltd.'s operations in Asia, Dariek Gordoska, stated that despite the "unfortunate circumstances" surrounding the company's nascent involvement in the country, he hoped that the "great benefits that are being reaped for our socialist Fatherland" would nevertheless see operations in Asia remain open. This attitude has been reciprocated by Comrade Foreign Commissar and Vice-President Lakersk Turnov, who has urged that this "unfortunate speed-bump" does not "impede an otherwise promising start to the KTPC's market initiatives".
Nevertheless, many are doubtful that Vozhroczkiy Ltd. will even remain, as many key personnel have been rumoured to have left the country, with unconfirmed reports of international flights out of the country by key members of Vozhroczkiy Technology Ltd. and the KTPC reaching RCN. Vozhroczkiy's trial is set to occur in a matter of weeks, with the evidence against him being described as as "particularly damning". The situation at hand comes in the wake of a condemnation towards the Asian Communist Party and the continued revisionist bent observed in the administration of Guanyu Abramovich. Comrade Ivaken Taratysk, EOIA Director and key member of the State Commission, has stated that he applauds the "swift and professional work" of the Internal Security wing, which displays "the wisdom of the Ideological Office's implemented jurisdiction over civilian governance". President Turaniski has as of yet not been available for comment.

NATIONAL WINTER FESTIVAL PREPARATIONS IN FULL SWING, PRESIDENT TURANISKI VISITS REVELERS

TURANISKIDAK — Despite tensions both abroad and at home, preparations for the 12-day Reinkalistani Winter Festival are occurring across the nation, with gift-wrapping and state-sponsored leisure events being initiated throughout the Federation's six Constituent Republics. The events, starting on the 12th December, are held to commemorate the year's end, and provide much-needed break and respite to the nation's labourers. Already, celebrators young and old have taken to the snow-strewn streets of Central Turaniskidak, with ice skating rinks now amidst the snowy public squares of the city. Comrade President Turaniski, on his daily commute to the State Commission building, was hit by a stray snowball thrown by a group of passing young children playing with snow. The President reportedly used this as an excuse to "join in" the snowball fight for "several minutes", during which he exchanged fire with the jovial children. Clearly, not even his commitment to the betterment of the nation can stop the Leader from having fun once in a while! 8-year-old Martak Gyoroki, interviewed by RCN following the incident, stated: "I didn't really know why we celebrated President Turaniski, and was scared when I hit him with a snowball, but now I realise that he is a fun and forgiving person. I did not need to be scared!"
President Turaniski has apparently been preparing his Winter Festival speech for the 18th of December, but in the mean-time he has encouraged "all proletarians of the country to be vigilant and happy, to rejoice in the liberty and plenty with which they have been endowed." He also urged "respect and reverence for the diligent labourers who have sacrificed their Winter Festivals in order to occupy key positions throughout the days in which everyone else is given relative respite from labour."
