Is internet access legal? and to what degree?: No. There is a state-run intranet with thousands of websites that citizens may freely access, though all websites are established and controlled by the State, and prisoners have no access to the intranet
Why is the internet access legal/illegal?: For years, the internet has sadly been used by subversive elements and foreign agents to agitate against the State and undermine the Nation. A firewall established by the government was alone not sufficient enough in eliminating anti-people activity, so the government worked tirelessly to establish an intranet that would contain everything a Donchanin could ever want, without the possibility of internal or external threats penetrating the Nation's safety. If there is anything on the global internet worth exposure to any citizens, the State can always provide it for them.
Does your nation use a world wide web domain?: Yes, for foreigners.
What is your nation's internet domain?: .dn on the global internet, though this is intended for foreigners and is not available to Donchane.
Does your nation have seperate domain name(s) for seperate purposes?: Yes, including .inf, .obr, .smi, .kul, .org, and .pra.
What kinds of content are legal on the internet in your nation? The intranet provides numerous websites of all kinds. Cooking website, history websites, and entertainment websites are among many. All social media posts must be approved by the intranet regulator first, and political activity not aligned with the interests of the State and the Donchanin people is strictly prohibited.
Does your nation have a broadcasting service?: One, it is state-owned.
Does your nation have an internet and/or telecommunications provider?: One, it is state-owned and only functions via internal communications within Doneck.
Research: Only if initially approved by the government beforehand.
Journalism: Only via state media outlets.
Market activity: No, there is no market as all economic activity is controlled by the State.
Entertainment (eg. streaming and broadcasts): Yes
Videogames (downloading/uploading/sharing):Downloading only
Online multiplayer games (MMOs, party games, etc.): Yes, but not connected to the global internet.
Communication (outside of social media. Examples include VOIP and text chat): Yes, but not connected to the global internet or any communications outside of Doneck.
Social media: Yes, but posts must meet regulatory political guidelines and must be approved by the national intranet regulator first.

The OGAS (National Automated System for Computation and Information Processing) functions differently to Earth internet due to the vast distances in space. Each ship or fleet usually have a single internet server library that hosts copies of websites. SSRs tend to have the same format. This form will be filled assuming one is discussing the OGAS on the TSSR.

Is internet acess legal? and to what degree?: Universal right.
Why is the internet acess legal/illegal?: OGAS was first developed in the 1970s as a nationwide information transit service but quickly developed into something vaguely analogous to modern internet.

(Jyejaeng - Aigia's indigenously developed and designed web browser. Although its own national intranet was assisted and inspired by North Korea's intranet, Kwangmyong, 95 percent of the software/coding is indigenously created in Aigia. Needless to say, Jyejaeng, or loosely translated, even in Korean, as 'Color Book', is the sole web browser of the entire country and yadan species, functioning and operating very similar to China's WeChat app.)

Accessibility:Legal - Accessible with a renewable monthly ID card.
Legality:The concept of an internet - or rather national intranet - functions more as a digital library or store. Like its human/NK counterpart, censorship is pervasive and totalitarian, but subtle and cautious, nonetheless.
WWW Domain:None
Internet Domain:.아가
Other Domain(s):
  • .인강 (Government)
  • .졔자 (Food/Pharmaceutical)
  • .졔일 (Videogames)
  • .졔맂 (Entertainment)
  • 5 other domains
ContentEverything except anything research or journalist related. Interestingly, pornography and prostitution is legal and protected, seldom censored unlike other forms of content. Social media and SNSs are organic/integrated with every website, essentially acting as 'mini-Facebooks/Twitters'.
Broadcasting Service:Yes, there are numerous, albeit public only, broadcasters.
Internet/Telecommunications Provider(s):Yes, all state-owned enterprises.
