About:
The Kalisight Treaty Organization or KTO, is an alliance dedicated for military defense of its member states. It is a collective organization that looks forward on democracy, peace, and cooperation, regardless of ideology and creed. The name is a combined term from the capital cities of Janpia and Galapagos, which are both respectively: Kalingrad and New Oversight. The KTO is made as an extension of the original NAP between Galapagos and Janpia
Treaty:
Article I: In times of an armed conflict, all member states are required to defend each other. An attack on one of the KTO states, is an attack against all of its members.
Article II: All member states within the KTO are automatically signed on a non-aggression pact with each other.
Article III: Economic and cultural trade is encouraged, as long as it benefits all parties
Article IV: Each member states must have an allocation of a minimum 2% from their GDP, to aid KTO peacekeepers
Article V: In case of an armed conflict, each member states must deploy, under the collective command of the KTO Security Council.
Article VI: Each state members must provide their intelligence information of any such external threats, in order for the alliance to act accordingly.
Article VII: Member states are obliged to aid states that requires economic need. Furthermore, it must also lend monetary funds to help alleviate such problems.
Article VIII: The goal of the KTO is to aid in democracy, peace, and security. As such, the alliance's ideology should be focused on fighting against those who stood against it
Article IX: Each member states have the right to pass legislations, after gaining the majority votes from member states
Article X: The KTO's organization structure would involve 5 voted member states' representatives, that will have the power to veto legislations. These member states however, has no power over military decisions
Article XI: The military concerns of the KTO will be performed and decided by a collective group of advisers and planners
Article XII: If one of the said parties wishes to quit this organization, the said party must notify the rest of the signatories. However, the treaty and its provisions will still be on effect for a year, after the said notification.

The United Kingdom of Scandinavia Representative Paul Jensen Humanitarian Aid Protection Act [Resolution Number: 5] This Council, In recognition of the previously passed legislation, “KTO Humanitarian Assistance Act,” this Council hereby recognizes that incoming humanitarian aid must be protecting from interference from hostile actors, Hereby, I. Establishes the Humanitarian Aid Defense Land Division, Humanitarian Aid Defense Naval Division, and Humanitarian Aid Defense Air Division, II. Requests that each KTO member state provide forces and/or materials to conduct defense operations for humanitarian aid, III. Establishes that the Humanitarian Aid Defense Divisions will be funded through the General Fund established by the Humanitarian Aid Assistance Act, IV. Declares that nations are under no obligation to provide personnel or materials if they are unable to provide such, V. Declares that an attack on a KTO Humanitarian Aid Defense Division group or an attack on KTO humanitarian aid shall trigger Article I of this Organization’s Charter. New Roman Imperium Caecilia Tasia Establishment of KTO Rapid Response Force [Resolution Number: 2] This Council, Recognizing the current volatile state of the world, Showing that the need for a joint military command structure is necessary for the advancement of this organization, Stating that the need for a standing armed force to rapidly respond to situations before individual nations can, Noting the existence of hostile nations and groups to this organization, 1. Creates a Rapid Response Force that shall be made up of military personnel of member nations, which will have a 24 hr deployment objective to any quickly developing situation, allowing KTO member states time to deploy individual forces. 1a. Provides forces for the Rapid Response Force from KTO member states in compulsory service of 2 years per unit 1b. Subjects all KTO member states to provide at least one of the following unit types 1 brigade-sized unit of ground personnel to the Rapid Response Force, 1 fighter air wing, or 1 naval vessel to the Rapid Response Force. 1e. Allocated funds to provide housing, food, and training for all troops with the Rapid Response Force 1f. Requires a joint amphibious force be created to transport Rapid Response Force personnel when needed to deploy. 2. Establishes a KTO Joint Military Command to direct the Rapid Response Force in all aspects. 2a. Creates the command structure as: Head: Supreme Commander Subcommanders: Commander of Air Forces, Commander of Naval Forces, Commander of Land Forces 2b. Subjects the leadership of the KTO Joint Military Command to the will of KTO Boardroom Council 2c. Dictates leadership of the KTO Joint Military Command must rotate on a 5-year basis and no nation can hold Supreme Commander for 2 terms in a row 2d. Allows the KTO Joint Military Command to serve as the supreme command in all joint KTO military deployments, have formal strategic control over all KTO forces in the theater of operations 2e. Directs the KTO Joint Military Command to create a Standardization Agreement (STANAG) for KTO militaries so for ease of logistics and training 3.
