- The rising threat that Socialist ideological states face from Fascist entities who use imperialistic jingoism and pure capitalism to threaten social justice and equality at every turn.

- The necessity of adapting to the current economic and geopolitical climate in order to propagate the Socialist Movement throughout developing countries in an efficient, peaceful manner.

- Strengthening the bonds of ecomonic, political, and military cooperation between Socialist ideological states in order to help protect one another, and keep alive the dream of a Socialist society at large.

- Fostering ties of camarderie, fellowship, and brotherhood between the Socialist nations of the world, and to unite under the common goal of propagating the rise of Socialist thought processes and ideologues throughout the world.

It is the sincere hope of those of us who are planning such a momentous and revolutionary summit meeting that treaties of friendship and mutual cooperation can be obtained through this formal gathering. We hold dear to the implicit hope that through this symposium, working arrangements can be established between Socialist states who shall soon transverse the physical boundaries that separate us in order to establish a more perfect society.
