Dear Mr. Zaripov!
We are happy to accept your order. We will begin construction of the guns immediately upon the receipt of the first payment, at which point you will receive documentary evidence that construction has indeed commenced, and of course then we will begin delivering the guns in increments of your choosing. After the support contract you mentioned is finalized we will begin deploying a small team of armorer instructors to train depot personnel and armorers in a classroom setting, with the depot personnel training course taking 4 weeks and the armorer training course taking 2 weeks.

In this context the depot personnel will be trained to perform all manner of repairs including depot-level repairs such as repairing damage to the receiver or other significant damage, whereas armorer personnel will be trained to troubleshoot malfunctions in the firearm and repair those malfunctions that can be repaired at the unit level (typically, malfunctions that can be repaired by removing an obstruction or replacing a damaged part such as a spring). All course trainees shall also be trained to perform full disassembly and reassembly of the NeoThompson. It would be ideal if military personnel from your nation are present to also instruct trainees on the appropriate bureaucratic channels as necessary to report malfunctions, etc. as required under your nation's military regulations.

1. Dispatchers from the command room shall be able to direct backup security teams appropriate to the situation, or alert your government's emergency services (police, ambulance, fire services) as relevant to any evolving emergency that requires assistance.
