A citizen in YN votes in a city/county/province election in Position A, even though the citizen lives in Position B.

Any issues about that?

I’m thinking if doing an issue based on the Alec Baldwin film set shooting, any suggestions?

Say, is there a way to quickly find out if any non-CTE Issues Authors reside in a given region? I think I'm the only extant issues author in TWP, but I don't know how to go about confirming or disconfirming this.

Obtain a list of issue authors from somewhere (such as the spoiler thread or one of the other threads or websites that tracks those things), obtain a list of nations in the region from the API, compare them for matches. Doing that last one probably does require a little bit of programming knowledge.

If you know anything about python, it should be easy to generate a list of authors from these, and then all you'd have to do is compare with a list of your choice.

Here's a concept I'm thinking about drafting something for: for nations with AI Citizenship, an issue about an animal rights movement led by AI. The thought being that some AI would recognize the animals' plight as similar to their own before they were granted citizenship. Any good?

I think it's a good angle to try out, given that those who have sentient AI, they become self-aware and even know what it was like back then.

Keep in mind #502, which is a pretty general look at "should animals be citizens".

That issue only covers the national animal, though, and according to Trotterdam's website, doesn't even give the Vegetarianism or No Zoos policy.

I have an idea to make an issue that is based off the man from Taured incident, which has the title of The Man from Mediumtopia. So, I would like to ask if "Mediumtopia" would be a good NPC nation name or not?

Why would they feel that way? I don't think that African-Americans began a large-scale animal rights movement after being emancipated from slavery. The situations were patently different.

I would dispute that the situations are "patently different", but anyhow
1) African Americans are, on average, more likely to be vegan than other demographic groups.
2) AI might be less likely to view things with a status quo bias and more likely to apply consistent reasoning than human beings, so we might expect liberated AI citizens to be more likely to engage in animal rights activism than humans.

An issue based off of sports hooliganism ingrained into your national culture would be interesting. #964 deals with who should pay for security to watch over the ruckus during sporting events, but obviously does not address the underlying culture ingrained into a country's fanbase.

I have an idea about an issue where the player nation LOST a war against another nation called "Manzone" (an NPC nation created by me for this issue), after all, i didn't see any issue where YN lost a war.

NSstats aren't used by this nation.

A Class 0,5 Civilization according to this index.

That would require a more careful structuring if you wish to do it.

Another concept I've been thinking of: a followup to option 1 of 1325, which has you sending missionaries out to other socialist nations. I'm not sure which angle to approach it from. Maybe missionaries sent to East Lebatuck get arrested, potentially provoking a holy war?

Huh. That's a very niche topic. Though maybe not too niche: while not many people qualify for #1325, the majority that do choose option 1, due to selection bias.

However, we already have an issue about missionaries getting into trouble (#864). How would their being socialist change anything?

I think niche issues may be my specialty! I did think we had a missionary issue already; thanks for pointing it out. I still think there's something there, but it may need to come from a different angle. One difference with 864 is that the missionaries in 864 were not specifically sent out as a matter of government policy, whereas the missionaries of 1325 would be.
