I've ordered the Test of the new hypersonic go Nuclear Shark Missile.The Space Command Report on the missile launch states while in orbit the Texkentuck Space Command is able to have the rocket burn more fuel or save fuel while using weightlessness of space to keep the Shark missile swimming just above the atmosphere with other satellites. The Arpasian Government has been informed of the fleet that would potentially be trespassing Arpasian water for a third time, has ordered the construction of more artillery batteries along the coast and for the rest of the Arpasian navy to stay on high alert and to mirror the patrol paths taken by the Texkentuck fleet. International law doesn't exist unless a nation has ratified treaties establishing such thing. Otherwise, it is what the powerful nations allow to exist or is defined by domestic law and the laws of war.

If proper calculations, alerts, and attempts to avoid fallout poisoning are all undertaken, there is nothing illegal or even immoral about nuclear testing in international waters. That doesn’t address my point. You can’t decide if something from other countries shipments catches fire. And what about the picture? Our nation wants a nuclear arms treaty with the King Isles, Arpasian nukes dismantled. Our nation is willing to reduce nukes to only having 50 if our adversaries agree.... We will make the treaty for the international community to see and our nations will encourage other nations to join. If Arpasia advances it's nuclear program that nation will be brought into the treaty as well. We are willing to let the nation of Arpasia to have just one nuke for defense of the nation. This would be the start of great diplomacy and our nations may soon find that the crisis has made us more close to being allies than adversaries.
