The Prussian-Polish embassy program, established under the authority of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1993, in the wake of the Insurrection of 1991 and the resulting Civil War, was created to promote cooperation and dialogue with other nation-states. If you wish to establish an embassy, please review our guidelines and regulations regarding embassies below and fill out the form.

Nations that the Commonwealth recognizes as partners and allies can set up an embassy without going through this process, but it is still suggested that they fill out the form for legal and archival reasons.

All embassies will be placed in Warsaw. Space may be limited, so do not expect large embassies.

His Majesty's Department of External Politics presents its compliments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and has the honour to draw its attention to the following.

Although His Majesty is desirous of nurturing the relationship and good understanding which persists between Madrinet and Prussia-Poland, in no small part due to the filial fondness with which He regards His Majesty King Crassus, it is at present the opinion of His Majesty's Ministers and advisors that Madrinet, regrettably, does not presently possess the military infrastructure necessary to maintain a formal legation within the Commonwealth.

On this basis His Majesty proposes that a virtual mission be established within the existing Royal Madrinetan Legation at Paris, where the majority of consular services can be provided through an online platform. His Majesty's Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary to the Republic of France will, for the time being, be appointed chargé d'affaires en pied to the Commonwealth.
