Apologies. I will significantly lessen my post frequency in this thread starting now.

But mind you and by extension, the moderation team. I will not stop doing this; However, this time I'll promise to make sure that every post I make in this forum section will have connection to the Opening Post/Topic or will have substance to the previous post of a player of interest.

Why are you doing this exactly? Just for the Heck of it. Recently, I find the Factbook and National Information so dead and boring. Instead of just posting trivial random facts in this section which nobody would most likely not read at all, I find that trying to immerse my Leader/fictional characters into their world and imagining how would they react (based on their personality) gives me a lot of joy to read their hardwork/factbooks...and to potentially include in my collection lol.

When I started doing this, I was already expecting this; but I am very aware of my boundaries, and I am not going to protest if I violated that and I will comply to punishments imposed.

Desecration, especially burning, of The Colors (what TS nicknamed its national flag) is punishable by fifteen strokes of the cane at the imperial level. Repeated violations increase strokes, stopping at thirty-nine. Humans under eighteen and turtles that have not reached sexual majority (and thus a fully hardened shell) cannot receive more than four.

A product of the mass Oriental migration into the country, caning has become an extremely popular form of punishment for petty crimes. As up to eight percent of the TS population is imprisoned for crimes at any one time, the cost and social effects of such things has made caning appealing to those seeking to be less harsh in incarceration.

On the imperial level*, TurtleShroom uses the light cane for flag burning, usually made of palm or hardened cactus flesh (with the needles completely removed). On humans, it is applied to the thighs or lower buttocks with the convict wearing padding on his waist, crotch, and front to protect the kidneys and genitals. On turtles, it is administered directly to the shell. (Mushrooms cannot feel pain.)

However, worn-out/old flags have special exceptions, though they must be handed over to the authorities to be able to dissipate the old flag. Flags older than 20 years are forbidden to be burned under all circumstances because they are considered historical.
