Do to such laws in Texkentuck called "Forced Gain under the terms of Forced Sanction Law" drawn up by parliament on fairness of the international community what is stolen from a nation do to adversarial aggressive behaviors the Texkentuck oil companies must give 20% profit to allied nations in support. Our ship will be close to the domestic waters of Arpasia with a royal fleet. The Enterprise has A.I. and a force behind the fleet. If the King Iles or Arpasia disagrees with a future test or strikes at any of our ships in international waters we will retaliate with precision and such force the citizens and navy will not be able to see that war has begun. Regarding recent Texkentuckese Action in the West Pacific Ocean

The Federal Republic strongly condemns the recent Texkentuckese action, namely the test-firing of nuclear missiles in the West Pacific Ocean, in particular from locations approximately 200 nautical miles east of Kiray Province, State of Formosa. The missile was detected to track north-northwest, tracking approximately 10 nautical miles from Cape Santiago in Formosa. The Nacradian Armed Forces, particularly the THAAD battery belonging to XVII Corps, Sixth Field Army, has made preparations to intercept this missile but was ordered to stand down after deeming it of little threat against any State or Territory of Nacrad.

The missile was detected to have overflew Tsekiang Province of the Republic of China, and the Jiangsu and Shandong Provinces of the People's Republic of China before splashing down in the Yellow Sea near the Japanese EEZ, destroying USS Kentucky (ex-BBG-1) which was on its way to exhibit in Nagasaki, Japan.

Nacrad has long strived to preserve the local peace, by means including the avoidance of provocative action. We recognise that Texkentuck has the right to build missiles and to conduct its own tests. However, what it does not have the right to, is its blatant disregard of safety and national sovereignty by test-firing it towards a populated place, even if aimed at the ocean.
