Because I realized I should live up to my pushes to us the NS forum (and because everything gets buried on Discord), I will note the following changes made to the voting form & recognized nominations (yesterday):

- The Communist Block changed to The Communist Bloc, because I forgot to actually check what I was copying
- Andusre and Andy combined, as I was informed they are the same person (the former name is the one kept, if the other is preferred, lemme know)
