I second what GCC said. I’m sure there’s plenty of online resources for folks who want to RP as orcs in, say, Dungeons and Dragons settings.

Name: Momonofu no Hashiyasume Il Junishihae San-An / "Juni"
Race: Human
Class: Militant/Professional
Role: Mercenary/Gun for hire. Juni currently works in a one-man operation called Yontei-Shen, one of thousands of merc companies or gangs that named themselves after the Wiban four-armed god of death. He would prefer to be a dispatcher, but times are tough. Nowadays he does odd-jobs trying to scrape a living.
Gender: Male
Age: 38
Appearance:
The man has the typical Wiban physical features, with small, almond-shaped blue eyes and a pale skin tone. He stands about 175 cm tall, with lanky and slender features, though is still visibly muscular. He has oily, uncombed black hair, and his similarly oily-looking face is marked by two-day-old stubble and a long-healed scar running down the left side of his face. He is missing several teeth, and those remaining are yellowed and dirty. His left arm has been replaced with a bulky, low-quality robotic prosthetic, which nonetheless includes a built-in combat computer, can crush steel bars, and, most importantly, it has a built-in lighter. He is dressed in shabby and old digital camouflage fatigues, along with plate-carrier style body armour and an armoweave half-skirt. He carries his bucket helmet under his right arm, a cheap affair that looks like a bucket with a hole cut out of the front. Combat goggles are strapped around the helmet. The man's home planet is not known for its sophistication, not any more. On his right arm, he wears a jade bracelet and two watches on his wrist and the unit patch of some Wiban militia unit is displayed on his shoulder. Hanging from his neck are three religious idols of the Wiban Lowborn pantheons; a small, laughing fat man, a hammer, sickle, and brush in the centre of a circle of wheat, and a four-armed female figure missing the legs.
Origins:
Wibun-no-Sekai, often called Wibun and also known as Kalligen IV, is a planet in the mid-rim. The old seat of House Mongkok and the Grand Industrial Conglomeration, Wibun-no-Sekai was once a prosperous and verdant industrial world, well known across the Empire for its efficient manufactorums and curious local culture and food. Then everything changed when a succession crisis in House Mongkok plunged the planet into civil war, fracturing the barony between the different scions of House Mongkok. The civil war has been ongoing for 400 years. The off-world assets of House Mongkok were rapidly gobbled up by the other noble houses, and the Grand Industrial Conglomeration's corporate-families devolved into the CorpoClans of Wibun, land-holding warlords that continually war with each other, churning the once-beautiful planet into a mud-soaked warzone of endlessly shifting alliances covered in the rusting hulks of war machines. For most Wibans, the only escape from this grim darkness is to go off-world, and go they have. Millions, if not billions, of Wibans have spread across the galaxy, congregating in ethnic enclaves wherever they end up - Wib-towns. Many view them with suspicion and hatred, others with compassion and curiosity. Across the galaxy, Wibans often end up working in low-wage jobs, their social organisations often suspected of becoming surreptitious crime groups on the side. But the endless war on their homeworld has one benefit; almost every Wiban knows how to fight. Gathering a small army of Wiban mercs can be as simple as climbing on the table at a noodle restaurant and yelling "who wants to make some Ken?!"
Starting Location:
Uncle Jong's Traditional Air-Fried Ramian, noodle shop, Wib-town, Ecumenopolis. Juni has an apartment above Atsume Herbs and Exotic Ingredients Store, which doubles as his 'merc HQ', but at this exact moment he is at this noodle shop.
Strengths:
Marksman - Juni was a section marksman back on Wibun, so he's a good shot, but by no means an expert sniper.
Ex-Soldier - Juni was an ex-militiaman, so besides shooting he is somewhat skilled in fighting and general survival skills. He claims to have killed 300 people in his career as a soldier and a merc. Constant drilling in his teenage years means he knows how to use most types of weapons, from pistols to rocket launchers to lascannons. He also knows how to drive.
Hwang-Yang-Do - Juni has practice with Hwang-Yang-Do, one of the many martial arts on Wibun. This martial art involves a lot of kicking, shouting, and improvised weapons. He isn't a platinum belt by any means, but is still somewhat skilled. Useful in bar fights.
Kawasaki Type-34 Combat Prosthetic Arm: Made by the tech-smiths of the Kawasaki CorpoClan back on Wibun, Juni's robotic arm is bulky, obvious, and looks more suited for a combat droid than as a human prosthetic. The carbon-fibre and titanium arm can break steel bars and punch through concrete. It also has a built-in combat computer, and a home-modification; a lighter for Juni's tabako habit. The joint also itches occasionally. Juni can detach the arm to maintain it or to sleep.
Can speak Wibanese - Juni can speak the language of his home planet, which may be useful if the PCs encounter other Wibans on their journey.
Weaknesses:
Intelligence - Plainly put, Juni is not very smart outside of combat situations. While sometimes he has sudden flashes of intelligence, these are rare and he's more suited to simply being told what to do and pointed towards the target. He also doesn't know how to work many types of modern technologies more advanced than his arm, and that's not saying much.
Impulsive - Juni can be rash, impulsive, and violent. Useful in a bar fight or a shootout, not so useful when sneaking around.
Average human with one arm - Juni may be an ex-soldier, but beneath that he is still simply a man with a missing arm, and has all the vulnerabilities that comes with that.
Prosthetic Arm's a bitch: The low quality of Juni's left arm means it can sometimes malfunction on him, sometimes at the worst time possible. It also sometimes leaks oil or jams up. A little WD-50 helps.
Primary language - Juni's primary language is Wibanese, and he may have some trouble understanding complex terms in Basic, or making himself understood by others.
Equipment:
Juni is used to moving around a lot, so he doesn't have much personal belongings. Other than his arm, which is detailed above, he has the following:
-A much newer HJSH-35 pulse rifle, modified with expensive optics. About the only thing about Juni's person that appears clean and well taken-care of. Unsure if he bought or stole the weapon and the attachments.
-A beat-up Type-97 pulse carbine, one of the usual robust yet somewhat inaccurate Wiban affairs. Held on for sentimental reasons; the '35 is Juni's favoured weapon.
-A Mirkov P50 handgun, better described as a "hand cannon", firing rocket-assisted shells with a recoil that can break a man's wrist. Usually used by power armour troops, Juni uses his robot arm to wield it.
-Combat uniform with digital camouflage pattern. The pattern can change depending on the environment the uniform is in, though Juni often keeps it on forest green and brown. The uniform is fireproof, lightweight, comfortable, and unwashed. Part of the uniform is an armoweave half-skirt, which is worn around his waist down to his knees and protects the sides and rear of his legs and waist from bullets and light lasers.
-Body armour, plate carrier type. Rated for bullets, shrapnel, and infantry lasers, with four powerpack pouches and two grenade pouches.
-More grenades hang from various clips all over Juni.
-Combat helmet, rated for small arms, shrapnel, lasers. It looks kind of like a grey bucket with a hole cut in it in the front, and includes communications systems. Combat goggles are strapped around it, capable of showing a heads-up display when worn.
-An old rucksack with more uniforms, all of which appear unwashed, a pair of military-style canteens, more grenades, more charging packs for the pulse rifles, some fibre ropes, some personal documents (some of them falsified... badly), an entrenching tool. Two long combat knives are strapped to either side of the rucksack, and a bent bayonet is thrown atop a polybag filled with towels, undergarments, and civilian clothing almost exclusively consisting of shorts and t-shirts. A particle-filter for all-purpose breathing is inside a polymat pouch, along with various other electronics like chargers for his hand-comp, goggles, and electronics he no longer owns. He also has a metal box of money in various currencies, and a hidden envelope of money elsewhere on his person.
-Twelve packs of tabako; a week's supply of the highly addictive smoking-sticks.
-Two small metal urns, sealed tightly, decorated with Wibanese words.
Biography:
Momonofu no Hashiyasume Il Junishihae San-An was born in the castle town of Hashiyasume in the territory of the Momonofu Clan, one of the lesser CorpoClans of Wibun, subordinate to the Kawasaki Clan. The Junishihae family were low-class agritechs and Juni was the fifth child of twelve - the third son, which is what his less-used given name (San-An) literally translates to. Like most low-class peasants on Wibun, Juni received little education and was conscripted into Lord Momonofu's militia at the age of 14. He fought in the clan wars for several years, losing his arm in the process, then decided that he had had enough of Wibun in a life-changing event that may be revealed later on. At 24 he managed to hitch a ride on a cargo freighter flying out of Nishikyo, alongside another couple hundred refugees and fellow deserters.
That's when life really began. Along with six other deserters from various clan militias, Juni was a founding member of the first iteration of the Yontei-Shen merc gang, and they spent their interstellar time brawling with other self-claimed mercs and gangs. The situation got so bad (as it usually does with refugee-hauling) that all of the Wibans were kicked off when the ship stopped over at Vaxum Orientalis. Everyone ended up in the local Wib-town, and that was when the real contracts started rolling in. Running jobs for local fixers, gangsters, or whatever, Juni experienced something like luxury for the first time in his life. But slowly, his fellow mercs began dying on missions and he was the last member of the Yontei-Shen. Juni attempted to get into an honest job a few times, but then began drifting between odd jobs. He often moved from planet to planet while taking security jobs on ships.
About five or so years ago, Juni hitched a ride on a freighter as a security trooper. Not in the habit of finding out where the ships end up going, Juni somehow ended up on Ecumenopolis, the very heart of human civilisation itself. Finding the local Wib-town wasn't hard, and re-establishing himself as a one-man merc company was just as easy as on any other planet, but since then Juni hasn't had much luck finding high-paying contracts like back in the day. His latest job involved driving the getaway car on a bank heist, extremely boring stuff. After a few feuds with the local gangsters, Juni started to work for them as muscle for some time, then gave that up. Nowadays he waits, like a thousand other of his fellow Wibans, for the Next Big Job. The one that will settle all of his debts and let him retire peacefully... Somewhere. Or put him in the ground. But that's the duality of worshipping Yontei-Shen-Sama, right?
Psychological Profile:
Juni's goal in life is to amass as much money as he can and to survive, and try not to die trying. He is devoted to his gods, of which there are many, though his main loyalty is to the Ken - Wiban for money. Like any self-respecting merc his loyalty to a client is measured by the size of the paycheck, and his innate Wiban cultural values of personal honour also means he is intolerant of traitors and cowards - though often this distaste only applies to others.
The man is easily excitable and loves talking and joking around, and he especially loves bragging about his past exploits or whatever story he made up the night before. His mouth often outruns his mind, even more so when he's drunk or excited about something. Juni is highly confident in his own skills as a fighter and is somewhat egotistical, though he also recognises that he isn't the best fighter around and will duck out of a fight if things get too hairy.
Like many lower-class Wibans, Juni often instinctively defers to authority, except in cases where it suits him not to. He sees himself as more of a follower than a leader, though he insists that he's an "independent contractor".
As an ex-soldier, he also likely has some psychological issues which may be brought up later in the story.
Other Information:
I haven't roleplayed for months, and I'm actually planning on starting a sci-fi character roleplay myself, so I decided to try this out to see how it works before I do it myself. I'm more used to nation-level roleplaying, as my post history would show.
