If we are not able to get host vote results within 48 hours [which will be 1 month from when signups were first opened] I offer to re-run the vote and act as vote collector. With the BoF underway, I think if this tournament is to happen pre-WC we can not really afford these lengthy delays.

I would be in favor of this, should your proposed deadline pass without vote results being posted.

We currently have 38 signups, 37 of which are eligible nations, and 4 of which are puppets. Strayaroos Barrier Islands, while eligible for the IAC at the time of their signup, has since moved to Anaia and is therefore no longer eligible to participate as long as they remain a member of a Big 4 region.

Okay, what Belnegau said here is correct:

As an unranked puppet, I would happily drop out and give my place to Dispertag without affecting seeding; however, I leave it up to Belnegau (Squorn) whether this is done or not, and accept that it would be against how things are usually done.

Dispertag is a member of Esportiva, and therefore ineligible to compete in the IAC.
