Anti-Sexual Harassment & Assault Act of 2021
A BILL
To Professionalize the Sexual Assault Response Coordinator and End the Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment

SECTION 1: SHORT TITLEThis Act may be cited as the "Anti-Sexual Harassment & Assault Act of 2021".
SECTION 2: DEFINITIONSa. The term ‘predispute arbitration agreement’ means any agreement to arbitrate a dispute that had not yet arisen at the time of the making of the agreement.
b. The term ‘sexual assault dispute’ means a dispute involving a nonconsensual sexual act or sexual contact.
c. The term ‘sexual harassment dispute’ means a dispute relating to the any of the following conduct directed at an individual or a group of individuals.
d. The term 'Sexual Assault Response Coordinator' (SARC) is a position found in the Department of Defense that serves to facilitate communication and transparency regarding sexual assault response capability.
e. The term 'Military Occupational Specialty' (MOS) refers to a specialised role within the U.S Military
SECTION 3: PROFESSIONALIZATION OF SEXUAL ASSULT RESPONSE COORDINATORa. No later than 100 days after the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall submit a report to the Congressional Defense Committee on the optimal execution of a Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC) Military Occupational Speciality (MOS) and will begin the creation of the SARC MOS as detailed in the report.
a1. The report shall include a recommendation on the required rank and experience of a SARC MOS.
a2. The report shall include recommendations for standardizing training and education for service members seeking a SARC MOS or serving as a SARC.
a3. The report shall include an analysis of the requirements for a SARC-specific chain of command.
a4. The report shall include a two year plan to integrate the SARC as a MOS.
SECTION 4: ENDING FORCED ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES INVOLVING SEXUAL ASSAULT AND SEXUAL HARASSMENTa. No predispute arbitration agreement or predispute joint-action waiver shall be valid or enforceable in any case which is filed under Federal, Tribal, or State law and relates to a sexual assault dispute or a sexual harassment dispute.

Name of Bill: Taxation Undergoing Reforms for Better Opportunity

Summary: This legislation aims to change the tax code in a way that limits the SALT credit which primarily benefits wealthier Americans, and strengthens the EITC and the CTC which are proven to be two of the most successful measures of financially empowering low income Americans.
Section 1: Earned Income Tax Credit
A. The Phase in Rate for the Childless EITC is increased from 7.65% to 15.0%
B. The Maximum Credit for Childless EITC is increased from $519 to $1,000
C. The age restrictions for the Childless EITC is lowered from 25 years of age to 21 years of age.
D. The start of the Credit Phase Out for the Childless EITC is increased from $8,490 to $18,000, and the Phase Out continues until earnings reach $45,000.
E. The Additional Child Tax Credit may only be claimed by those with formal legal custody of the child.
F. The Child and Dependent Care Tax Credit (CDCTC) is increased to up to 50% of up to $8,000 in expenses for one child or disabled dependent and $16,000 for more
G. This proposal is estimated by the House Ways and Means Committee as a 10 year revenue reduction of $90 billion for the changes to the Childless EITC and $100 billion for the changes to the CDCTC .
H. The IRS will distribute this Tax credit through Payments will be made in four installments each fiscal year by the IRS and the Bureau of the Fiscal Service.
Section 2: Child Tax Credit
A. The Child Tax Credit increases to $3,000 for Children between 6-17 and $3,600 for children under the Age of 6.
B. Credit is fully refundable regardless of income
C. Increased credit begins phasing down at the income of $140,000 for joint filers and $70,000 for others.
D. The IRS will distribute this Tax credit through Payments will be made in four installments each fiscal year by the IRS and the Bureau of the Fiscal Service.
E. This proposal is estimated by the House Ways and Means Committee and the Joint Committee on Taxation to reduce the share of children in Poverty between 11% and 14% for revenue reduction of $400 billion over 10 years.
Section 3: SALT
A: The cap for the State and Local Tax Deduction (SALT) is reduced from $5,000 for a married person filing a separate return to $2,500 and for all other tax filers is reduced from $10,000 for individuals to $5,000. This proposal is estimated by the House Ways and Means Committee and the Joint Committee on Taxation to increase revenue by $500 billion over 10 years.
Section 4: Stock Buyback Tax
A: A Stock Buyback or Share repurchase occurs when a company buys back its shares from the marketplace with its accumulated cash. As the number of outstanding shares on the market is reduced the relative ownership stake of each investor increases.
B: An excise tax of 2% is levied on Stock Buybacks. This proposal is estimated by the House Ways and Means Committee and the Joint Committee on Taxation to increase revenue by $150 billion over 10 years.
Section 5: Conclusion
A: This legislation is estimated to generate $60 billion over the next ten years.

Endless Frontier Act
A BILL
To establish a new Directorate for Technology and Innovation in the National Science Foundation, to establish a regional technology hub program, to require a strategy and report on economic security, science, research, innovation, manufacturing, and job creation, to establish a critical supply chain resiliency program, and for other purposes.

SECTION 1: SHORT TITLEThis Act may be cited as the "Endless Frontier Act".
SECTION 2: THE DIRECTORATE FOR TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION IN THE NATIONAL SCIENCE FOUNDATION(a) Formed, shall be a Directorate for Technology and Innovation in the National Science Foundation. Henceforth cited as 'the DTI' or 'the Directorate'.
(b) The Directorate shall be responsible for facilitating, and funding, research into the fields of advancement as enumerated in Section 3.
SECTION 3: FIELDS OF RESEARCH ELIGIBLE FOR FUNDING IN RELATION TO SECTION 2(a) The fields of Research for Funds granted by the Directorate shall be, Artificial Intelligence, Semiconductors, Quantum Computing, Advanced Communications, Biotechnology, and Advanced Energy Production and Development.
(b) Funds dispatched by the Directorate in this section shall be no more than $100,000,000,000.
(c) Grants awarded under this section shall be known as Advanced Innovation Grants.
(d) Grants shall be awarded by a Grant Panel consistent of the Director of the National Science Foundation, the Director of National Intelligence and the Deputy Director of the National Science Foundation.
(e) Purposes of Grants awarded under this section shall be to invest in basic and advanced research, commercialization, and education and training programs in the Fields listed in Section 3(a).
SECTION 4: REGIONAL-TECHNOLOGY HUBS AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT(a) The Department of Commerce shall be appropriated $10,000,000,000 for the purpose of designing and implementing a supply-chain crisis management program, and to also fund the creation and designation of ten regional technology hubs.

[Modified Gun Safety and Control Act]
A BILL
To restrict the sale, carrying and usage of automatic weaponry within the United States

SECTION 1: SHORT TITLEThis Act may be cited as the "Modified Gun Safety and Control Act".
SECTION 2: IMPLEMENTATION OF RESTRICTIONS ON AUTOMATIC WEAPONRY FOR CIVILIANS(Subsection A) Understanding and realizing the threat posed by automatic weaponry to the general populace, restrictions in the use, purchasing and possession of automatic weaponry for civilians shall be implemented, such as:
(a) Creation of a 'Modified Automatic Weapons License' to be granted to individuals who wish to hold automatic weapons, on the condition that (1) they possess a clean criminal record and (2) they are already in possession of a non-expired gun license
(b) the upholding of the right of the police to search individuals who have illegally possessed automatic weapons within the past ten (10) years
(c) Prohibition of concealing automatic weapons and the bringing of said weapons into public spaces such as shopping malls, parks, and other crowded areas
SECTION 3: EXPANSION OF CRIMINAL PUNISHMENTS FOR THE UNLAWFUL USE OF AUTOMATIC WEAPONRY(a) CRIMINAL PUNISHMENTS shall be defined as the punishments delivered by a judge to a person convicted of unlawful use of automatic weaponry
(b) UNLAWFUL USE OF AUTOMATIC WEAPONRY shall be defined as the use of automatic weaponry on civilians, deliberately causing harm or death on another person, or the use of automatic weaponry in an illegal fashion, or the possession and/or use of an illegally obtained automatic firearm
(c) ILLEGALLY OBTAINED AUTOMATIC FIREARM shall be defined as an automatic firearm obtained in an illegal manner, such as through black market deals
(Subsection A) The deliberate use of automatic weaponry for the purpose of targeting and injuring or killing other persons shall be punishable with a minimum jail sentence of 150 years
(Subsection B) All offenders convicted of unlawful use of automatic weaponry shall be barred from holding a gun license or any form of firearm permanently
(Subsection C) Possession of an illegally-obtained automatic firearm shall be punishable with no less than 15 years in prison
SECTION 4: IMPLEMENTATION OF LIMITATIONS ON THE SALE OF AUTOMATIC WEAPONS(Subsection A) A federal tax of 45% shall be implemented on all automatic weapons sold within the United States of America
(Subsection B) Only stores and persons approved by the federal government may partake in the sale of automatic weapons
(B.1) Violation of Subsection B shall be punishable with a minimum of 10 years in prison
(Subsection C) Automatic weapons may not be sold for the purposes of hunting animals
(Subsection D) All automatic weapons within the United States of America must be registered with the federal government
(D.1) The sale of unregistered automatic weapons shall be deemed prohibited and is punishable with a minimum of 5 years in prison
(D.2) All unregistered automatic weapons may be seized by the federal government should proof be provided of its status as an unregistered weapon
(D.3) Persons found to be in possession of an unregistered automatic weapon shall be apprehended and:
(D.3.1) If the person is found to have not known of the status of the weapon as an unregistered automatic firearm they may be released from custody with a fine of no less than $100 dollars and no more than $1,000 dollars
(D.3.2) If the person is found to have deliberately purchased an unregistered automatic weapon they shall be punished with a minimum of 2 years in prison
