A resolution to recognize outstanding contribution by a nation or region.

Description: The Security Council,

Noting that the nation of Marrabuk has, throughout its existence, made great contributions to The East Pacific (henceforth referred to as TEP), helping develop a forward-thinking and productive mindset both within TEP and in a network of communities around it;

Applauding Marrabuk’s exemplary leadership of TEP’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA), where as minister they took several critical steps to rejuvenate and vastly improve its efficiency, such as:

restructuring the ministry to better delineate roles and duties of its members, thus greatly helping newcomers develop their skills, enhancing its performance and reviving it as a result
establishing a team to gather intelligence on behalf of TEP’s MoFA to ensure the region’s globally-significant Foreign Affairs policy was judicious and astute; and
constructing a strong diplomatic rapport with TEP’s allies by increasing the regularity of the MoFA’s reports from monthly to biweekly;

Acclaiming Marrabuk’s role in the revival of the East Pacific News Service - renowned for bringing widely accessible, high-quality coverage of internal and interregional events - as TEP’s regional newspaper, motivating and entrusting citizens with the newspaper's leadership to ensure its successful restoration;

Praising Marrabuk’s initiative in responding to the attempted coup of TEP perpetrated at the very start of their delegacy, utilising TEP’s Regional Message Board (RMB) to rally the wider community of the region to the defence of the legitimate government, as well as enacting proactive measures to protect legitimate delegates of TEP by quintupling the number of viziers and lowering TEP’s endorsement cap from four hundred to three hundred;

Celebrating their highly successful efforts to increase the reach of TEP’s diplomatic connections, leading the way in forging meaningful partnerships, such as:

the restoration of TEP's relationship with 10000 Islands after the deterioration of said relationship under the previous administration; Marrabuk was instrumental in the revitalisation of this relationship, going on to codify it in the Treaty of the Waxing Moon, thus laying the foundation for extensive future cultural collaboration between the two regions such as the Festival of Friends;
the rebuilding of connections with Osiris, coming off a drastic downturn under the preceding delegate, and the congenial collaboration that quickly ensued between the regions’ governments;
the forging of the Treaty of Aarhus with Balder after their help during the instability in the transition to Marrabuk’s delegacy;
an ongoing affinity with Thaecia, now codified under the Poem of the Greats treaty: the influence of this partnership on Thaecia’s growth from staunch isolationism to a more open foreign policy is in large part owed to Marrabuk’s open-handed outreach efforts to initially develop relations and support Thaecia in interregional matters (such as abandoning unfair recruitment practices, and further on, shared cultural events including the Late Nite Festivals and Paradoxical);

Cognisant of Marrabuk’s vital role in the creation of the Eastern Union, a defensive and co-operative international alliance that operated through TEP’s RMB during its existence, which:

at the time of writing, remains the largest RMB-based alliance to have ever existed in TEP;
was led by a novel and sophisticated democratic system using the principle of the separation of powers;
allowed newly founded nations to be smoothly integrated without being unnecessarily bullied by larger, more established members, through the provision of mutual defence; and
masterminded the operation of Eastern Union's Strait, which economically sustained TEP's international community via the RMB throughout its existence;

Convinced that Marrabuk’s work to consistently innovate and improve TEP and its partners’ strength and vibrancy in a wide variety of fields has had an extremely positive impact on NationStates as a whole;

Contributing greatly to the WA through the General Assembly, passing:
1. Environmental resolutions, which effectively created public interest in issues such as pollution and the destruction of ecosystems, including GA#511 "Ensuring Effectual Recycling", which helped promote recycling of waste and other environmentally friendly practices, and GA#494 "Regulating Desalination", which put restrictions so that desalination will not harm ecosystems,
2. GA#498 "Ban on Forced Blood Sports", which banned animals from participating in blood sports such as bullfighting under coercion,
3. GA#518 "Reducing Disease Vectors", which tackled the issue of disease-carrying beings to help WA nations prevent catastrophic epidemics or pandemics,
Repealing troublesome GA resolutions that could have caused major issues despite their good intentions, these being:
1. Environmental resolutions such as GA#525 "Landfill Regulation Act", which enforced unclear definitions and unnecessary bureaucracy that made the regulation process exhausting for WA nations, and GA#507 "Promotion of Recycling", which attempted to improve environmental friendliness but failed at being coherent,
2. GA#528 "Protecting Sites of Religious Significance", a resolution which overreached and resulted in disastrous consequences, namely choking the identification process in bureaucracy,
3. GA#502 "Freedom to Seek Medical Care II", a resolution which allowed medical tourists to disregard national justice due to unfortunate wording,
Further contributing through the Security Council with other resolutions, these being:
1. Commendations of anti-fascists, such as SC#315 Vippertooth33, a shining figure of the movement as the MT Army Leader, and SC#331 and SC#324 Sierra Lyricalia and The Red Fleet, a nation and region which made long-term effective contributions to anti-fascism, plus extensive GA work from the former,
2. Art-related ones, like SC#320 Condemn Noahs Second Country, a nation that disrupted international artwork trade, and SC#335 Commend Praeceps and SC#343 Commend 1 very fast endotarter, officially commending the two pioneers of the famed Cards Guild of The North Pacific,
3. SC#340 Commend Singapore no2, a nation renowned for their proficiency in resolving disputes and dilemmas that plagued leaders,

Further applauding Honeydewistania’s leadership in MT Army or Antifa operations, in cases as their significant role in the complicated liberation of The Red States, which required many attempts in order to finally stop a deplorable fascist coalition from occupying and destroying the region, and Nuevo Amanecer, where the nation bravely led the attacking charge against this notorious horrific region and seized victory for anti-fascism,

Lauding their work as Chief Mariner of Mariner Trench, leading a new government with a new delegate, and Vice President of the URA, where they helped with enforcing professionalism, structuring the WA voting system, and helping URA resolution authors,

Considering that these many contributions have had an unquestionably positive impact on the international community, fighting against fascism and helping the environment and art community, and thus warrant official recognition,

Heralding the existence of Kelssek, a nation founded in 2004 which has contributed to many NationStates communities over the years;

Recognizing Kelssek’s contribution to international legislation in both the General Assembly and its predecessor, including:

UN#167 “International Emergency Number”, which created a standardized telephone number for reaching emergency services;
UN#205 “Repeal ‘UN Patent Law’”, which prevented monopolization of important medicines and inventions;
GAR#38 “Convention Against Genocide”, which solidified the World Assembly’s stance against this heinous crime;
GAR#57 “Refugee Protection”, which helped assist refugees fleeing from persecution; and co-authorship of
GAR#485 “Repeal ‘Disease Naming Compact’”, which cut down on unnecessary bureaucracy within this Assembly;

Introducing Kelssek’s vast participation and hosting within the sporting spheres;

Affirming that due to the large number of entrants and activity, the difficulty and prestige of hosting a World Cup is one of the greatest honors a sporting nation can achieve;

Praising Kelssek’s forays into the World Cup Cycle, including:

Co-hosting World Cup 46 alongside Ad’ihan, the last World Cup of the Jolt Era;
Co-hosting Cup of Harmony 77 alongside Zwangzug, which included lending hosting help to the World Cup 85 Qualifying campaign by way of a Vilitan Plan; and
Winning the Cup of Harmony 43 title against Whirl Islands;

Asserting that while the hosting of a World Cup is demanding, it is eclipsed by hosting the Olympic Games, which is a time-consuming and taxing undertaking that only the most skilled and trusted nations can handle, due to the thousands of entries and hundreds of events;

Emphasizing that cities within Kelssek have hosted no less than four Olympic Games, including:

The IV Olympic Winter Games, held in the city of Alavaria;
The Games of the V Olympiad, held in the city of Outineau;
Co-hosting the Games of the XII Olympiad alongside Vekaiyu, by the cities of Novonaya and Provinsk; and
The XV Olympic Winter Games, held in the city of Clayquot;

Impressed by Kelssek’s athletes achieving a top five medal tally at no less than fourteen Olympic Games at the time of writing, as well as the top medal tally at the VII Winter Olympics in Neverend, Liventia;

Accentuating the longtime residency and diplomacy of Kelssek in The East Pacific;

Saluting Kelssek’s service in The East Pacific's regional government, especially during the crucial reformatory period following The Empire's occupation, including:

Kelssek's part in framing the first Concordat of The East Pacific;
Serving as Vizier from 2009 to 2013;
Serving as Provost in the Magisterium in 2009 and 2011;
Serving as Arbiter of the Conclave from 2011 to 2013; and
Serving as Regional Cartographer from 2004 to 2008;

Noting their role as a mediating party in both the Listonian conflict and the Krechzianko-Vladistock War;

Observing the radio newscasts of the Kelssek Broadcasting Corporation, which kept nations aware of conflicts and resolutions throughout the region for over three years;

Noting Ellenburg’s beginnings over 15 years ago as a key member and former World Assembly delegate of the region Autropolis, where their tenure as Head of Recruitment resulted in the region growing from 13 nations to 114 nations in a year (a remarkable feat at the time); Ellenburg continues to oversee the ancient region through the office of State Executive,

Further noting that Ellenburg served as the World Assembly Delegate of Conch Kingdom, one of the largest regions in the world, until March 2021 via satellite state Free Azell; Ellenburg served the longest continuous tenure of any WA Delegate in Conch Kingdom’s history, during which they increased World Assembly membership and participation in the region through their recruitment efforts; Ellenburg’s contributions to the region were so great that they were awarded the region’s most prestigious honour, The Order of Merit,

Acknowledging a plethora of other positions tenured by Ellenburg within Conch Kingdom and the Augustin Alliance, such as:

a term as the Prime Minister of Conch Kingdom, the highest electable position in the region and head of the government; as Prime Minister of the region, Ellenburg helped the region recover after rogue WA Delegate Sakaba unjustly ejected many members of the region, and ratified the constitution of the region which is still enforced to this day,
two terms as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Conch Kingdom, a position in which Ellenburg organised a successful event with The South Pacific and strengthened ties with regions such as The Free Nations Region and South Pacific (unrelated to The South Pacific) through the construction of official embassies, which greatly increased the Foreign Affairs presence of the previously isolated region, and
a term as Media Officer of the Augustin Alliance, a position in which Ellenburg published monthly reports regarding the Alliance, and represented the Alliance as a whole in an official capacity,

Further acknowledging Ellenburg’s important role in the United Regions Alliance (URA), a large alliance that contains almost thirty unique regions and hundreds of World Assembly nations, as its founder and principal administrator, and further recognising that the sustainment of such a large alliance is no easy feat,

Celebrating Ellenburg’s tenure as Head of Recruitment of the URA, where their hard work and efforts resulted in over forty regions being recruited into the alliance over a period of six months, which ensured that the URA became one of the largest alliances in the world; Ellenburg still continues to play a pivotal role in recruiting new regions to join the alliance,

Further celebrating Ellenburg’s legislative contributions to the URA, which include extensive reforms to the World Assembly Affairs voting system to ensure fairness when issuing recommendations for voting on World Assembly proposals, in addition to creating new offices and streamlining others to better facilitate operations and increase efficiency,

Admiring Ellenburg’s critical role in coordinating URA events and activities, such as their organisation of the URA 1st Anniversary Festival, the URA Halloween Festival, and the URA Grand Showcase, successful events which helped to connect regions and nations both within and beyond the alliance,

Remembering the contributions of Gun-toting Animals, the primordial forerunner of Deadeye-Jack, to the region of European Union (EU), where “sovereign nations come together as equals, united in diversity, to promote peace, liberty, and prosperity”. Civil servants of Gun-toting Animals helped develop the region by:

Authoring the European Relief Force Act which created a voluntary military force to distribute aid in the event of natural disasters or war and remains a crucial component of the EU.
Passing the second annual budget and establishing a framework for future financial management of the EU as its Commissioner for Economics.
Serving eight months as Premier Commissioner, overseeing a period of great stability for members of the Union.

Observing the shift of Deadeye Jack’s efforts to the cause of defending regions from occupying forces after its contributions to EU, a region which was once vulnerable to invasion.

Heralding Deadeye Jack’s founding of Fort Triumph, a region which was home to the Fort Triumph Marshal Service, an organization which provided crucial stability to defending at a time of great political turmoil. During Deadeye Jack’s leadership of the region, it conducted much of the organization’s outreach to new members and served as one of its Commanders, completing 57 missions, including leading 5 of those missions.

Realizing Deadeye Jack’s extensive role in building The Order of the Grey Wardens (TGW), one of the most prominent contemporary defending organizations dedicated to combatting the influence of darkspawn, acting as a moderating force in TGW’s military command in a variety of positions including:

As High Constable, building the region’s foreign affairs with other defender organizations and serving as second in command.
Revolutionizing the Guardian program of TGW as its Silverite Guardian, making defending accessible to nations with less advanced communications technology. Deadeye Jack’s revitalization of the program enabled other nations to take up the mantle of leading Guardian missions and inspired them to become full Wardens, which are able to defend with greater efficiency.
Reworking the record-keeping system of TGW as its Chamberlain, ensuring that accurate information about defender accomplishments will be available for future generations, including its own extensive participation in defending operations, totaling 1,816 defenses, 121 liberations, and 360 detags.

Further noting Altmoras' leadership of the Horsemen of the Apocalypse, the nuclear faction of Hell and their allies, where it coordinated strategy and logistics, and led them to second place in 2018, only eclipsed in nuclear dominance by UPPERCUT, and 2019, where they claimed victory over UPPERCUT's successor faction and came in first place among over 500 competing factions, cementing Hell as one of the most dominant nuclear powers and developing a point of regional pride,

Praising Altmoras' service in various government positions in the sinker region of Lazarus during the control of the defender-aligned Humane Republic, during which time they would:

Revive activity and establish informal guidelines for procedures in the law-making Assembly of Lazarus during its term as Speaker in 2016 following a period of general inactivity in the Assembly,

Repeal "Condemn The Pacific"

A resolution to repeal a previously passed resolution

Description: The Security Council:

Recalling that the New Pacific Order -- the ruling regime of the Pacific -- has a long history of committing flagrant acts of aggression, many of which were articulated by SC#268 and a preceding resolution which has been repealed, SC#177;

Maintaining, however, that the inaccuracies of SC#268 weaken the argument in favor of condemnation to such a degree that the Pacific cannot be considered worthy of condemnation based on the arguments set forth by SC#268, warranting repeal;

Noting that while Feux and A mean old man did infiltrate Lazarus and Osiris through puppet nations, these nations were not "notable members of the New Pacific Order" at the time of said infiltrations, nor were they members of the NPO at all during that time period;

Dismissing claims that these infiltrations constituted intelligence operations conducted by the NPO, due to a lack of evidence to demonstrate the NPO knew of these infiltrations while they were ongoing;

Acknowledging that Aleisyr and Pergamon, at the time the nations chiefly responsible for governing the Pacific, later became aware of these infiltrations but allowed these nations membership and advancement in the NPO, without informing either Lazarus or Osiris of the infiltrations, but that their reprehensible silence and inaction do not prove the aforementioned claims;

Celebrating that Aleisyr, Pergamon, and other nations responsible for the NPO's duplicitous machinations resigned or were removed from power, in some cases departing the Pacific altogether, and that they were replaced with a new generation of leadership that does not appear to share past aims of strife and conquest;

Recognizing that there is a growing consensus among major global powers that apparent reform efforts undertaken by the NPO are progressing sufficiently to warrant reopening diplomatic relations with the Pacific;

Reflecting that this renewed openness by prominent regions to normalization of relations with the NPO indicates a rising optimism that the Pacific can rejoin the community of regions in good faith, without further condemnation by this body;

Respecting that the nations and regions of the world may yet have varying opinions on the veracity of the NPO's alleged reform efforts, but fervently hoping that such efforts will prove sufficient to avoid any need for this body to condemn the Pacific a third time;

Noting that in July of 2017, Civil War started to brew in Lazarus when long time native and then current Delegate, Funkadelia, alongside their cohorts, Killer Kitty and Lamb Stone, began abusing their authority to import voters and subvert laws,

Observing that the unstable situation came to a boiling point on the 24th of July when Funkadelia, aided by then Guardian, Killer Kitty, ejected several high-ranking government members, including three Guardians and the Vice-Delegate, on conspiracy charges, effectively ending the Celestial Union of Lazarus,

Remarking that on the 27th of August, with political opposition out of the way, the perpetrators of the overthrow established the Undead Dominion of Lazarus, a despotic regime that was a sharp regression from the democratic practices of the prior government,

Recording that when Funkadelia stepped down on the 12th of March 2018, the Undead Dominion was replaced by the Khanate of Lazarus, a perverse distortion of government that further denigrated the integrity of the region,

Relieved that on the 23rd of April 2018, with Lazarus 10 months into its Civil War, Imkiville successfully overthrew the then leader of the Khanate, Killer Kitty, and established a period of Anarchy, which was widely supported by the international community,

Applauding that during the aforementioned period, Imkiville allowed natives that were previously banished to return to Lazarus while simultaneously allowing those supportive of the previous government to remain, going as far as appointing Killer Kitty to the Council of Lazarene Security once the new government was established,

Admiring the intentions of the Peace Keeping Agreement, a document signed by Imkiville and the governments of Osiris, The Rejected Realms, The West Pacific, The East Pacific, The South Pacific, and The Pacific, that outlined a new Constitutional Convention for Lazarus to be run by a group of former Lazarene Delegates,

Believing that while the Constitutional Convention had been build on good intentions, it did not result in an environment conducive to reconciliation, and that when Imkiville dissolved the convention and installed Mandate XII, it was the best move to start repairing burnt bridges,

Celebrating that the government of Lazarus set up by Imkiville is still stable, resulting in the region’s longest serving Delegate, Treadwellia, and an environment for the residents of Lazarus to work cooperatively,

Description: The Security Council:

Defining, for the purposes of this resolution, a fascist region as any region that identifies as fascist or engages in the promotion of fascism, or willfully harbors fascist residents and permits them to promote fascism within the region or abroad;

Asserting that fascism is abhorrent by its very nature and should be granted no safe haven, given its utter contempt for civil rights and fueling of violent oppression based on race, ethnicity, and other immutable characteristics of identity;

Maintaining that fascist regions pose a universal and grave threat to the Security Council's mission to spread interregional peace and goodwill;

Praising prior interregional efforts to combat fascism, notably including multi-regional Antifa military operations and the Civil Defence Siren's outreach initiative regarding the dangers of residing in fascist regions;

Reaffirming the World Assembly's commitment to opposing the spread of fascism, as expressed in numerous resolutions previously passed by the Security Council to impose sanctions against various fascist regions;

Hereby declares the following guidelines to advance anti-fascist action throughout the world:

Article I. Regional Participation

No region should grant safe haven to fascist residents.
Any resident or member discovered to be fascist should be expelled from a region and barred from its communication infrastructure immediately upon discovery.
Should a region be unable to expel a fascist resident, the region should take all reasonable action to suppress that resident's use of regional communication infrastructure, taking special care to suppress promotion of fascist ideology.

Article II. Diplomatic Sanctions

No region should maintain diplomatic or cultural relations of any kind with a fascist region.
No World Assembly Delegate should approve or vote for any World Assembly proposal that would directly and primarily benefit a fascist nation or region.
No World Assembly Delegate should approve or vote for any World Assembly proposal submitted by a fascist nation or any nation residing in a fascist region, sponsored by a fascist region, or otherwise corrupted by the tenets of fascism.
Every World Assembly Delegate is encouraged to approve and vote for Security Council proposals to impose sanctions against fascist regions, provided such proposals do not grant disproportionate attention to the region in question.

Article III. Military Intervention

Regions are exhorted to participate in ad hoc or standing military coalitions for the defense of other regions against fascist military aggression, and for military interventions against fascist regions, putting aside disagreements or conflicts between participating regions.
To the extent practicable, military intervention against a fascist region should endeavor to place the region permanently under the control of coalition forces to prevent the region from ever again serving as safe haven for fascists or a platform for the promotion of fascism.
No region should provide military assistance to a fascist region in its invasion of another region, provide defense to a fascist region against military intervention, or permit a fascist region to assist in its military operations.

Article IV. Interregional Cooperation

To the extent applicable, interregional and non-regional organizations should adhere to the guidelines for regions declared by this resolution, and the guidelines herein applied to fascist regions are equally applicable to fascist interregional and non-regional organizations.
Regions and organizations are urged to impose proportionate diplomatic, military, or other sanctions against regions and organizations that willfully disregard these guidelines.

Celebrating Saint Mark's innovative actions that helped shape the modern government of the West Pacific (TWP), such as instituting weekly meetings for the regional Cabinet to discuss recent happenings and check the progress of plans as a way to ensure accountability; and as the first Speaker of the Hall of Nations, writing the Etiquette of the Hall that established the functions and procedures of the Hall of Nations as the body composed of all TWP citizens;

Lauding Saint Mark's prioritizing of new nation integration as a crucial aspect of region-building in TWP, via the creation of The West Pacific Master Dispatch as the modern hub for guides, foreign updates, and other resources to be published with a layout and level of organization that allows essential information to be easily found; and their still ongoing term as Chancellor of the University, in which they encourage new nations to enroll and help the classes happen smoothly through several courses, where student nations learn about and participate in the tasks undertaken within each ministry of the region, to become new regional leaders;

Praising Saint Mark's community-focused approach to foreign relations, in which they not only rejuvenated the Ministry of Foreign Affairs through the boost of diplomat numbers, improvement of monthly reports to inform the region of public foreign happenings, and authorship of guides for ambassadors on how to conduct themselves and interact with their assigned regions; but also enhanced relations between TWP and:

Osiris and Balder, via the creation of activities to celebrate the treaties with said regions, respectively the West Osi High School Prom and Dragons of the Frozen Sea events;

Noticing that Saint Mark's region-building contributions extend to other regions like Edlhus, which they founded via Marcarius Halohin as a unique region focused on lineage relationships between nations and built as a casual meeting point due to the fact those nations are most often active in other primary regions; contributing to the region by authoring the governing documents known as The Edicts of Edlhus and The Code of Comport, and leading the region's entry into the 2020 UCR Con, an annual interregional event for smaller regions, in which Edlhus had one of the most active booths;

Respecting that Saint Mark's satellite state of Pyo Karma helped shape a thriving community with around 125 World Assembly nations in Karma, by developing the regional lore together with Rigels Light to make Karma stand out from other regions, and helping to maintain the activity of Karma's Path of Enlightenment, in which a resident nation must conclude a task and be approved by the Sages to participate in The Sangha, Karma’s legislative body;

Further respecting that Saint Mark's approach to foreign relations is also present in Karma, where as the first Guru of Diplomacy they started Karma's foreign relations, guided diplomats to represent it abroad, and negotiated the friendship treaty with Caer Sidi;

Disgusted by the NWA’s association with a myriad of questionable and undesirable regions;

Highlighting Sumvia’s help in the creation of The United Ascendancy (TUA), a region founded by Princepterra a proxy of Laudesia, Suvmia, and Urrangslan, in 2019 the regions in TAF were on the verge of collapse due to an inactivity crisis, a multitude of nations were leaving or ceasing to exist ravishing the regional governments and communities, Suvmia’s assistance was paramount in stopping this by gathering these collapsing communities and giving them a larger, more stable, active, new region,

Observing the currently ongoing volley of nuclear missiles and warheads across the multiverse,

Mildly perturbed at the frequency of such acts of aggression, happening at suspiciously regular intervals of time, about one year apart from one another,

Concerned for the wonderful nations of the World Assembly’s wellbeing during these atomic get-togethers, which may result in a less-than-ideal situation for many of the profoundly good and moral nations residing under the governance of this organization,

Gleefully noting, however, that some notoriously evil nations get bombed into oblivion during these events, meaning that there is a compelling reason for them to join the World Assembly and start on a path towards recovery and goodness,

Celebrating the goodwill brought among several groups of nations and regions, known as “factions”, which ultimately can foster positive relations between previously isolated groups of people,

Finding the chaos arising from these events to be a generally positive recess from the mundaneness of this realm, which some have described as “stagnating”, “generally boring”, or “mind-numbingly tedious”,

Concerned, though, about the safety of the Security Council at large if any malevolent actors were to shift their warmongering focus to the building of the World Assembly, and the largely negative effects that hurling nuclear megabombs towards our esteemed Assembly would incur,

Asking, in light of this, that any nations thinking of blowing up the home of the Security Council, to not do that,

Reemphasizing the fact that it would be an objectively very bad thing if any nations were to aim their full arsenal of weapons of mass destruction at any building containing gnomish personnel of the World Assembly, even though there is no formal method in which this Assembly can retaliate with material action should that action occur,

Growing rather suspicious at the lack of demonstrable aftermath following this should-be-armageddon, and worried at the implications that such a finding would have on this realm at large,

And believing that, with all these factors combined, this so-called “N-Day” shall be remembered now and forever,

Henceforth endorses any and all activities that occur under the name of N-Day, in good jest and abject chaos.

Asserting that the sixth instance of N-Day has recently concluded across the multiverse,

Thankful that the home of the Security Council has been left relatively undamaged,

Observing, however, that one faction stood alone atop the smoldering wasteland of the multiverse, a feat never before seen,

Astounded to declare that the faction known as “Crabs of the Apocalypse,” henceforth known as “COTA,” has summarily obliterated any other faction that stood in their way in a devastating show of nuclear power,

Dismayed that COTA claimed an overwhelming victory against the only other faction who rose to challenge them in an attempt to save the multiverse from annihilation, “The Potato Alliance,”

Distraught that, while The Potato Alliance may have included some of the most expansive regions of nations in the multiverse, they stood no chance against the might of COTA,

Acknowledging that COTA and TPA had a mutual defense pact for the first twelve hours of the nuclear apocalypse, which turned into a non-aggression pact until hour fourteen,

Lauding the bravery of the spuds of The Potato Alliance for using all of their strength in one final, desperate attack against COTA by providing notice that they were breaking the non-aggression pact,

Heartbroken that even after the final stand of The Potato Alliance, COTA sustained little damage and responded with a devastating counterattack that filled TPA to the brim with radiation,

Noting that the smell of baked potatoes will linger across the multiverse for months to come,

Flabbergasted that once COTA was assured in their dominance, they were able to create many satellite factions that stood stalwart against the multiverse’s most desperate and ultimately futile attacks, displaying a victory for crabs everywhere across the top of the multiverse; the top ten factions in nuclear dominance, as ranked by the world census, were in fact puppet factions of COTA, showing the sheer, terrifying power of crabs,

Further nothing that, even though evolution dictates all beings must become crabs, nuclear annihilation was an extremely problematic way to cause this inevitability to come to pass,

Curious about the implications this overwhelming show of strength will have on the phenomenon known as “N-Day” in future occurrences,

Terrified that no faction will ever be able to match the strength of COTA for as long as N-Day ensues across the multiverse,

Timidly congratulating COTA for their domination of almost every sphere of nuclear warfare during the event,

Leading The Versutian Federation’s revival in 2015 after a period of instability which threatened the future of the region by recruiting new nations to the region and establishing a new legal system for national leaders,
Serving as Delegate for multiple periods, increasing the visibility of TVF in the World Assembly by accumulating endorsements and haunting the General Assembly with Ambassador Geist, and

RaiderVision 5, an interregional event whose fifth iteration was hosted by TNP which succeeded in uniting all those under the military umbrella in a joyous celebration involving performances of songs celebrating the art--this particular edition also boasted the largest number of entries of any edition to date; and

Relieved then that even though their unknowable form frightens us, their remaining revenants are indeed friendly and that they are thus deserving of the honor;

Condemn Dalimbar

A resolution to express shock and dismay at a nation or region.

Description: The Security Council,

Introducing Dalimbar as a nation that not only actively undermined the sovereignty of various regions throughout several years, but also emboldened other despicable nations to do the same;

Alarmed by Dalimbar's repeated subversion of the North Pacific's legitimate government, via the satellite state of Chodean Kal, performing such detestable deeds as:

winning the February 2007 delegate elections against Emperor Matthuis (EM) by enacting a heinous plan in which outsiders not only manipulated the election by voting for Chodean Kal but also made EM pass Great Bights Mum in endorsements, thus appearing like EM couped the region and successfully shifting the public's opinion;
refusing to leave once their delegate term was over as mandated by regional laws, instead staying on the seat for three more weeks until August 2007 and blaming regional stagnation as the reason for this villainous action, even going so far as to dissolve the regional government and banish many long term residents during the illegitimate part of their delegacy;
sowing chaos in the region when EM couped it in October 2007, during which Neo Kervoskia and Chodean Kal colluded to publicly support the couping side and the opposition respectively while privately manipulating both sides;
aiding the coup of January 2008, perpetrated by Westwind through the satellite state Lewis and Clark, that established the Crimson Order, in which Chodean Kal served as Lord Marshal General to command a new military after the destruction of the region's previous defender military that had been in existence for several years, and also led the Crimson Order's foreign affairs, strategy, and infiltration of opposition;

Disturbed that Dalimbar used the alias of Lady Anastasia to create the Empire (a notorious group that enacted multiple coups within several large regions) alongside Minineenee (Lady Phedre) and Neo Kervoskia (Lord Griffin), serving within the Imperial Council in the roles of Lady of the Shadows and Coordinator of Consolidation and Expansion to manage the Empire's intelligence and foreign affairs respectively, ultimately contributing to the success of the Empire's actions;

Appalled by Lady Anastasia's contributions to the Empire's coup of the East Pacific in August 2008, during which they created propaganda against the natives, declared war on nearly every feeder and sinker, and nearly convinced Delegate The Faeyas of the West Pacific (TWP) to sign a treaty in which TWP would recognize the Empire as the legitimate East Pacifican government; all while their masters in Dalimbar held the position of Magister in the overthrown government and continued to serve as Delegate of Equilism until Lady Anastasia's identity was uncovered, demonstrating Dalimbar's atrocious ability of keeping secret identities separate to trick the international community for months;

Horrified by Dalimbar's aid in the December 2012 coup spearheaded by Neo Kervoskia against the Kemetic Republic of Osiris, in which these two then-members of the Council of Ma'at (the regional security council) revealed their true colors by flying the Empire's flag and seizing the Delegate seat for twelve hours each, during which a purge of over 500 Osiran residents was conducted in order to destabilize the region;

Dismayed by Dalimbar's support of other nations' plans to overthrow the legitimate governments of other Feeder regions, including, but not limited to:

Wickedly evil people's January 2009 takeover of the West Pacific, with Dalimbar serving as the Chair of the Foreign Affairs Committee, assisting in the rogue government's foreign relations and its hold onto power for over 100 days, which influenced the end of democracy in the region and the rise of an authoritarian government based on delegate supremacy that continues to this day;
Sedgistan's May 2011 takeover of the South Pacific, orchestrated through the secret satellite state of Devonitians, during which Dalimbar convinced multiple raider regions to help in the operation, only to later publicly reveal Devonitians' true identity in an attempt to cause internal upheaval within the Rejected Realms (an ally of the South Pacific), where Sedgistan was involved in the government at the time; and

Surprised that a nation with such history has not yet been reprehended by this Council, and warning other nations not to go down this path of regional subversion;

Hereby condemns Dalimbar.

Condemn Wickedly evil people

Description:

The Security Council,

Recognizing Wickedly evil people (WEP), also known as Eli, as one of the oldest and most populous nations of the multiverse, yet saddened that they decided to constantly serve as an obstacle to achieving stability in the West Pacific for several years during its early history;

Beginning with the fact that WEP successfully claimed the delegacy of the West Pacific after the chaos that ensued in November 2005 when Minineenee's West Pacific Dominion was dissolved, creating the West Pacific Triumvirate together with other long-time members such as TAO the Watcher;

Recalling that, while the Triumvirate was initially driven by three nations, WEP later turned against the other two members and held onto power alone until June 2006 (when negotiations with the Government in Exile finished), committing various villainous actions while in control:

the establishment of a draconian endorsement limit of 50, giving residents only two days to comply or be removed from the region even though the previous limit was higher;
the banishment of over 70 long-term residents from the region, many of which had no political aspirations at all, as well as prominent members that would later become delegates, including Bhang Bhang Duc, Westwind, and Biteland;
the enlistment of nations from other regions, such as Unistrut and Pierconium (a nation condemned by this very Council), that held important roles like administering regional communication platforms in order to cement the Triumvirate's control of the region, demonstrating a foreign influence in the government imposed against residents' wishes;

Aghast that the West Pacific Triumvirate was not WEP's only subversion to the delegacy of the West Pacific, as the nation first worked closely with Gatesville, a region also condemned by this Council, to get the Gatesville agent Lots of Ants into the delegacy in March 2008 and then purposefully make that nation go into inactivity to destabilize the region; the leader of WEP was later given control of Lots of Ants towards the end of the delegacy and used this fact for their own benefit by posting a "farewell" address and resigning from the World Assembly as Lots of Ants only to assume the seat as WEP in April 2008, staying for around a month in the position;

Horrified that WEP again seized the delegacy of the West Pacific in January 2009, destabilizing the region by declaring the former Constitution void, disbanding the entire government including the notable West Pacific Liberation Force, and then building a committee-style government that again featured nations condemned by this Council such as Pierconium and Minineenee, actions that enabled WEP's delegacy to last for over 100 days until it was ousted in a counter-coup by ROLHEATH with the aid of Lone Wolves United in April 2009;

Appalled that in all three mentioned delegacies, WEP actively undermined the existing democratic institutions present in the region for most of its early history, replacing it with governments based on the authoritarian principle of delegate supremacy that goes against the democratic ideals of the Security Council, eventually serving as a basis for later West Pacifican governments to strengthen this principle and allow it to last to the present day;

Concluding that WEP’s role in overthrowing various iterations of a government, holding power for over a year across these three reigns, and undermining democratic ideals, even if concentrated in only one region, certainly changed the course of history, and sadly served as an inspiration or even a training ground for nations such as Durkadurkiranistan II, also condemned by this Council, to plan more coups in other major regions; and

Wishing to finally bring justice by highlighting WEP's wickedly evil deeds as an example that no nation should follow;

Hereby condemns Wickedly evil people.
