The question in simple: Is there a way to change my e-mail in the settings?

Yes; just go to the settings page, change the e-mail to the new one, and click "Update" at the bottom.

While we're here... I sent a request to join the World Assembly. However, not being able to login my previous e-mail, I think it automatically expired. Can I send a new request having set a new e-mail?
