The world leaders fly from Texkentuck International AirHub. If a nation doesn't have means of transportation from the AirHub to the state over our Accord CH-47s are available. Texkentuck Federation Security Agents have met with each nations security in means of travel for the event.

We support this proposal but we are willing to negotiate for the repealing of current proposals having to do with reproductive health and various other proposals. At this time we are not in the World Assembly but will join if we find a coalition that will support various issues our nation is for. We will join if a coalition will join us in meeting our cause. We are asking for repeal and not at this time looking to implement any reproductive proposal as a replacement. Because of the majority we seek to only repeal such legislation for the sake of the minority nations that do not support the proposals in place. If removed our nation will not submit a pro-life or anything having to do with reproductive rights. As for the nation Texkentuck we take women's health seriously and have law in place of our nation that defends innocent life and looks after the rights of the mother in the case of a mothers or Childs life at risk. In regards to actual citizens life is protected by the constitution of Texkentuck unlike other laws.

Statement about the nation of Texkentuck: Our nation is a democratic nationalist monarchy that supports the democratic process and believes in extending liberty and seek to end autocracy of any government. We hope to see the WA become more of a body of international law and not domestic. If the WA proposes a proposal that is domestic law it should not overall ride out the fundamentalisms of that cultures belief system by placing laws in that force a doctor to have to perform a specific so called operation. We would like to see all reproductive extreme proposals gone. Our nation realizes that the WA is large in number but not most nations are in this organization. We would like to see this international organization fundamentally transformed by nations forming coalitions and making deals for support or withdrawal of a proposal. Nations not in the WA who join the accord on many diffirent topics in number and flood in many opinions and repeals/proposals. Our Accord is here and we hope for the Democratic WA to get new nations through our accord and my nation joins with those nations mostly to bring more of a vast view by many more. Our nation agrees with your nation. It's proposals as this that are actually dear to our nation that we see their is good cause in the World Assembly. We need to institute more proposal that are good. When we join our nation can be counted on for the support of such proposals. We believe the WA isn't concerned for human rights because doctors are forced to perform an abortion. The mother has the right to end a life inside of her with out regard of that developing individual who has a human right to live. This is an issue. Also we seek to have a proposal that is less extreme that protects the life of unborn individuals and a proposal that insures that if a mothers pregnancy is complicated that the best decision is left up to the mother and doctor and worse case scenario ending the pregnancy. We shouldn't have a proposal in place that forces doctors to perform abortions on demand. We can't have a future proposal in place that makes it in which a mother can not have an abortion if her own life could be ended do to pregnancy. The WA's majority has a one size fits all policy for abortion that tramples on the doctors rights not to perform an abortion as well as a developing humans right to be born which is protected by our nations constitution. The WA's majority strait out states we don't care for your constitution or your reasoning and that's the reason we left. So when the WA speaks of human rights it makes us shake our head because they are so for abortion that they will take away the right for a doctor to choose not to do an abortion..... What's next slavery should be allowed because they have a diffirent skin color or culture so they aren't human and that's why it's ok....Thankfully most nations don't make that case....In the case of the WA it's in the mother and not a fully developed person so it's ok. We disagree....Always their is a sound reason to make something less of a human. What makes abortion more tricky is that the developing human is in the mother. That is the issue. Is it right for a mother to end a life for no reason. In the WA that question isn't tallerated because their is no place for moral discussion unless it's simple. Yes, we are all for ending the death penalty. Well good....But not good enough....

We agree we want for proposals that aren't perfect but damn close to insuring human dignity in our nations. Our nation is very opinionated because we want nations to be just as opinionated in our accord. The WA has a hard time understanding the term just defense or the cause for a just war. Do Archangels not exist?. The nations that are a threat are the nations who seek to make our nations economy weak and our moral principles demolished by unjust proposal while promoting you can't make the case based off moral principle but only our reasoning. Such as take away rights of doctors and force abortion in the fast lane by having in place diffirent proposals that make damn sure any inch of a pro-life agenda is out. Our nation can't be in a world order of this such.

Our nation doesn't mind living in accord for security in abiding in proposals that the world seeks to be good. But what's good when human rights are considered low in our nation when my nation makes sure doctors have rights. Childeren have the rights. Mothers have rights as well but can't take away another right to be born. No one is forcing a mother to become pregnant overall in general. The Proposals in the WA are simple and pro-choice in the most extreme form.

We understand their are nations who want abortion for specific concerns and that should be taken into consideration. But the current reproduction proposals are very much pro-abortion so much so it's not even about human rights. It's just about abortion allowed because they believe the mother has a say over everyones rights regardless. In that case men shouldn't be world leaders at all. Not even mothers because mothers give birth.

Maybe the WA is lead by lizard people and that's why so many nations don't want to join the lizards. I don't blame them. Since the WA is reconized as the one true international order. Well where are the non-lizard people?.

We bring up our number one issue to the accord but for the future we will stay on topic. But we need for our nation to be heard. For the current proposal the World Assembly is voting on is good and we would support it. If I join the WA have to figure a way to make my point in once sentence whats wrong with such proposals.

WA proposals are too pro-choice and ignore rights of doctors and nothing moderate about it....Not supporting those proposals and will vote for their repeal. The nations know they are the majority so why care. We would like to form a new international order with proposals that are more just. We hope the accord is here for nations in the minority vote of the WA but we seek your nation to join our international order that respects each nations constitution in which specific proposals may be opt out but not for all proposals. The World Wide Accord is not that organization. The Accord is for opinion and forming coalitions. Through the Accord we hope to find the open minded of nations who may not agree on every topic but will seek proposals in place that make it give and take.

If in the WA we wouldn't support because it will make nations who pay more to defense to spend less but nations who strive to have a military will be depleted and now at the mercy of the nations who can abide with no problem.
In not being in the WA we encourage nations to spend less than our nation on defense because we strive to be more of a military power.
Explanation below for all nations of the WA for their national security by another proposal at the heart of a nations domestic policy.


Another one size fits all policy................................................. The current proposal seeks to cut defense spending for all nations by the World Assembly regardless if they are paying 21% or only a weak 5% towards the Defense Budget.... Willing to bet a good number of WA nations don't spend close to 21% or 22% on defense. Can check with NS Calculator. Technically most armed conflict is unnecessary. Also this would not prevent war by cutting defense spending. It's being pushed through as a proposal that will make nations budgets more equal and even if they were it still wouldn't detour conflict. The proposal is far from equal.... Nations with 21% or 22% can have a field day knowing some nations don't even have a defense now when those nations with 21% or 22% do. Also nations who have no budget will be happy to see a vast number of nations with 5% join the rank of depleted like their Defense Budget. When this proposal passes for nations with only 5% of investment towards defense will have close to or depleted Defense Budget. Imagine if a strong peaceful nation has a strong military and more spending. And the other one that is more aggressive doesn't. Now how can their be deterrence if now they are equal. Now that nation can go to war with out worry because the opposition can't stop them. Great proposal......Maybe try arms control instead. It's a better policy. Also not all nations are in the world assembly have vast defense spending that is 21% of it's governments budget. Perhaps a nation should make this a case before the WA if this proposal passes. The co-author spends 0%..... With the reasoning of the author of the proposal perhaps you all should ask to make the defense budget obsolete. The nations who have more of a budget will still have more of a budget as nations with hardly a budget will end up with a budget at 0%. I'm sure the nation of Tinhampton will cut more than half it's nations budget on spending. The nation of Tinhampton is for it because their budget is at 22% and they know they could cut it down. Our nation has 201,000 unemployed but able to work citizens of a population 1,678,000,000! How about a proposal to bring that number down that's a one size fits all proposal by the WA. Some nations sadly that's getting a quarter of their population back to work. Lol For some half......Lol Some nations barely have a work force...If my proposal passes now they will!
Citizens in Texkentuck has many citizens working that's why they care enough to complain and make it in which we're only spending 21% on defense spending. It's their paycheck....Democracy......

Inside homeless facility. Mr. Ted Hatchkophf has been on the streets and has found comfort in such a zone. He's enjoying his time going to Holy Mass at the cathedral and attending prayer in the chapel at the facility. He spends his evenings smoking cigars and walking in the court yard of the homeless facility. He has been doing a lot of soul searching and is in the program that will help him earn a living. In the Homeless Program Stretch Limousines have a bar inside with plenty of cokes, booze, etc. Countless times the homeless like to drink on the way to and from the museums. Sometimes secretly they show up to Mass drunk. If someones too intoxicated an ambulance by the homeless facility can be sent. The homeless program has doctors and nurses funded by the program.

Throughout every state subsidized by the states and federal government are zones known as Homeless Zones. It's a hotel in every Major City with up to 200 rooms for the homeless with 1000 lockers issued to those who qualify as homeless. These people on arrival walk in and apply to enter into a program that is set up to get the homeless back on their feet. Also their are councilors and doctors on staff as well as armed Texkentuck security officers who are of military and civilian standing. This is an initiative to help the downtrodden and mentally handicapped homeless. 75% who enter the program are no longer homeless with a job after 2 years. All who enter are issued a robe and a pair of slippers with a key to a locker. Their are 1000 Lockers at these facilities so those who can't get into a room and in a program have access to a locker and can use the showers. The robes and slippers are free to keep and the government will send these articles out to any citizen for free. The richest industries in Texkentuck donate 20% of their taxes to these facilities. In everyroom is a box of Texkentuck Federation box of Gurkha Cigars for the resident to enjoy..... The Capital City of the Texkentuck Federation as ironic as it is called Capital City. Capital City Texkentuck is considered to be a city apart of the Capitalist Bloc district. The city has a population of 8.4 million citizens. The city is the home to the Texkentuck Airhub and within the city is Dominion Square which is where the government palace is with the Capital building in which huge military parades take place. Capital City is home to many news network organizations and cooperate industry. Viewed from the city is the Schirkophf's palace in the mountains which is one of the most noted castles in the nation. The city has many services and restraunts. From Dominion Square on national holidays the military will parade throughout the city streets. Their are festive holidays in which partying takes place in the street. The national the nation celebrates are Christmas, freedom Day, Viking Heritage Day, Easter Sunday, European and American Ancestry Day, All saints Day/Day of the Dead,Halloween. Also the celebrations throughout the year in which the military commemorates the Holy Saints....Easter Sunday all throughout Texkentuck places are closed and the military does an unarmed March with crucifixes and religious articles through the streets. There are 26 states to the Texkentuck Federation and one government district.





Magnissilvis City is located South of Texkentuck City and west of the Magnusseptintrianelem Alps in the state of Magnisilvisland. It's a great city that has a population of 700,000 citizens. It is home to the Magnusseptintrianelem baseball team and Snow Owl pageant in the city on the day of March 2, 1881 the day the city was founded. The city actually existed in 1400's but was a lot smaller and the citizens were not of Texkentuck Federations heritage. These people acesters were conquered and many accepted the realization of the nomads moving in to take charge. In every city is a near by military base and the police are nationalized military who patrol the streets. Many of the troops are friends and have family in the local population. Most childeren are use to seeing tanks and the glory of the Texkentuck Army. Many cities through their religious public education system are taught the greatness of the nation and glorify the military and God. The childeren recite the national anthem every morning and swear loyalty to the royal family and to the Pope and to God. Most childeren are taught archery skills at the age of 7. When they are 15 they attend firearm class in school. The people of this city and others attend Mass most Sundays by choice. The churches are always open and the people can attend Mass or prayer services through out the day. Most people work in factories near by or service jobs in the city. The main stream supermarkets are only in the big cities and have been outlawed in small towns by local communities so farmers can have an outside market each day. Produce that isn't available is baught from main stream supermarket suppliers and resold in the city. Their is a major highway system and the gas stations are in the offskirts and off rest areas of the audobons. The speed limit is what people allow. If you go to fast people will shout at you and the local military will ticket your vehicle. Police follow strict protocal when dealing with odd situations. Police will use tear gas if needed. Texkentuck is a place of freedom and law and order with citizens who enjoy their cities.

The Capital City of Magnusseptintrianelem Alpis has a population of 40,000 people. In the whole state it numbers 1m people across the state. The state is has a radius of 1000 miles from any point on the circumference. It's composed of oil and the lumber industry by far. Most of Texkentucks Auto industry components are made in factories across the state. Most communities are able to walk to work. Their are small roads that lead to highways and the states Autobahn Highway. A big portion of the population do not live on top of one another. Some smaller towns of log cabins type homes still exist and live primitive in which people still cook over a fire in their homes. These types of places still use small windmills and water power to get electricity. Magnusseptintrianelem is still a place in which people choose to live more primitive than the rest of the nation. Most other states have worked with the federal government to get nuclear power plants to bring power to most of the population. One reason why this state stays mostly primitive is do to the vast amount of land. The State Capital city on the other hand runs on nuclear power. This state is also known in the south eastern half of the state for farming and some ranching.

In East Polar Boreal it's always in sub-zero temperatures. People live throughout the state in cabins and stone houses. There are some small towns with grocery stores that are in the small towns and cities. East Polar Boreal's capital is Old Susspendissee. In the capital city are many diffirent buisnesses in the restaurant industry as well as big buisness. The most noted is The Go Airlines industries Headquarters. Also the oil industry is big as well as other industries in the state such as lumber. Also there is a space division bunker in an undisclosed location. Also an airport owned specifically by Go Airlines which is not international.

In the Capital of East Polar Boreal of the Capital City of Old Suspendisse is "Old Suspendisse Catholic University of Texkentuck Monarchy Republic Federation".

A town in the west of East Polar Boreal called Civani-Siv-in-i after a great northern mountaineer named Vladimir Boris Civani and the towns founder. There are towns just the same but not as large through out the state. People in these towns make an average income of 75,000 TexkMarks a year. In most towns their is a homeless center for the homeless funded by the local government with federal government subsidies.

Europea capital city German Square. In German Square we have the Tobacco and Booze Dude/chick. He/she delivers only the best to the city and towns. As you can see a few guys are resting on the side of a coin toss fountain from that booze. The Texkentuck Federation Security Agents keep the town safe. Dudes passed out offer no harm unless they bother citizens or break the law. Coins from the fountain are available for anyone who needs to get some quick coin. It's also collected to help fund the Homeless Program.

Redemptorland

This land is called Redemptorland which means "Land of Redemption". During the era of great farm fires a good number of citizens migrated and faught/befriended the tribes in the area and began farming in what they found to be fertile land. It was the redemption citizens to the north west needed. Many supply wagons began to carry farm goods back to be sold at a fair price. Big Producers such as the family of Guy Red who was the second serving president to the nation did his best to pass laws that would cut off the cost for affordable goods that drove down the costs of his families farm. Politically when he ran for President he stopped trying to enact such laws because they were unpopular and not seen as promoting the free market. Guy Red began to invest in such farms and took the opposite approach and talked and funded much of the first shelters in Texkentuck. Spoke of his viking heritage and promoted the war of driving the barbarians from the farms. The land was truly the land of redemption and solution to the famine to arrive. Texkentuck and Small farms all over take in a profit in the billions.
Remptorland also has a very strong river fish industry and lumber industry. Such industries take in billions of Texkmarks as well. Today Redemptorland has a capital city named in honor of farmers called the city of farm. The city of farm has a population of 370,000 residents. Many diffirent industries/companies exist in the city. In the rural counties are mostly farmers but their is a good number of those who are in the manufacturing and service industries.

Inside homeless facility. Mr. Ted Hatchkophf has been on the streets and has found comfort in such a zone. He's enjoying his time going to Holy Mass at the cathedral and attending prayer in the chapel at the facility. He spends his evenings smoking cigars and walking in the court yard of the homeless facility. He has been doing a lot of soul searching and is in the program that will help him earn a living. Throughout every state subsidized by the states and federal government are zones known as Homeless Zones. It's a hotel in every Major City with up to 200 rooms for the homeless with 1000 lockers issued to those who qualify as homeless. These people on arrival walk in and apply to enter into a program that is set up to get the homeless back on their feet. Also their are councilors and doctors on staff as well as armed Texkentuck security officers who are of military and civilian standing. This is an initiative to help the downtrodden and mentally handicapped homeless. 75% who enter the program are no longer homeless with a job after 2 years. All who enter are issued a robe and a pair of slippers with a key to a locker. Their are 1000 Lockers at these facilities so those who can't get into a room and in a program have access to a locker and can use the showers. The robes and slippers are free to keep and the government will send these articles out to any citizen for free. The richest industries in Texkentuck donate 20% of their taxes to these facilities. In everyroom is a box of Texkentuck Federation box of Gurkha Cigars for the resident to enjoy..... In every town or city of Texkentuck is an outside market and to get meat a citizens would have to go to a meat market. Some markets sell meat as well.... Most citizens prefer outside markets rather than a big grocery store. The outside markets produce do not come from any store but usually streight from a farms in vicinity. Farms also do send goods to other outside markets around the nation but maga type supermarkets are almost non-existent. There are super maga type markets but most towns and cities either don't want them or they are not a good fit for the culture....In Texkentuck there is a super Market chain that does exist called Texkentuck Farms Produce.... In Texkentuck in every city are jewelry stores, haberdasheries, boutiques, tobacco,liquer store, and malls which carry many brands that are made in Texkentuck and other nations.... There isn't a law in place that states where such items can be sold. It's ok to sell items of the such at any market. Some outside markets will sell beer, cigarrettes, cigars,hookah, or vape....

The nation of Texkentuck has built a wall on it's border that's along the southern border. Border security is extremely tight and is composed of the Texkentuck Army keeps the border secure from all illegals immigration and drug trafficking. Our nation agrees with your nation. Also some culture youth are immature and such knowledge of the arts could be in wrong hands. Our nation on the other hand educated it’s students in areas of responsible fire arm use and has classes that teach judo. Our schools ask students in a serious questionnaire about their mental state and how they feel and if they have weapons in the home. In Texkentuck schools we have created a safe space for students to cope with life and to be open. Also the questionnaire asks are you bullied and to list names of students who you feel that bullied. Erloane, you make a good point. The WA is good for one thing which is abiding in their own law upon each other. It's an interesting congressional organization of nations world wide. But it's the most understood proposal I've ever read. The Peace Keeping initiative will have representatives from all of our nations. I would suggest that the nation that proposed it would be better off leading that international organization. The bureaucrats of the WA like debate, debate, and currently nothing at vote. A nation of the WA could at this time submit a good repeal and replace or just repeal of any issue. The organization at this time is stalemate.....

The reforms that they wish to implement as a replacement sound very sound. We would support the repeal.


The following argument they've made for repeal-
places the burden of paid leave financial compensation on unrelated member states, as it “allows any employer of a worker filing for paid leave to require that worker's first member state of citizenship to provide any financial compensation throughout that paid leave”, hurting developing countries as oftentimes those of developing countries move to developed countries to work; it is utterly nonsensical for a member state that receives no tax money from a worker to pay a worker’s paid leave financial compensation.

Our nation agrees with this statements entirety. We have an immigration program and for our department it will be nice if the undeveloped nations of the world assembly would repeal this law and implement new law.
