The People's Commissariat of Defense of People's Confederation stated that the People's Confederation encourage the pacifist nations to posses military and much needed defense equipment as the imperialist forces are arming themselves against the revolutionary socialist states and threaten the sovereignty of socialist nations and the rights of the proletariat.
