For a season 2 one, this seems adequate; season 1 low-owners are much harder to get, and (should) go for a much higher price.

Well, isn´t Riemstagrad (and his puppets) the one that sets up bids of 0.01 bank above JV for every "low-owner-card" he/she can find, as I seem to remember ? Therefore I wouldn´t rely to much on his/her "advise" (especially when regarding the sums transferred via such cards after buying them for a "dumping price").
I have to admit, it always makes me feel sick, when seeing players with massive ammounts of bank place (often incredible) bids on "legendaries", when hundred or more copies of said card exist in the game, but are not willing to pay relatively fair prices for "extremely hard to come by" cards, such as "very low owner CTEs (season 1)", and instead relying on "fooling newbies" or "being the wiser to scripts based on JV/MV" and such.
