The Declaration On Hippopotamuses is too important a piece of legislation to be repealed. By far the most significant is clause 4:

"with known maximum lengths in excess of 16 ½ feet and maximum weights [in the wild] in excess of 4'400 pounds, Hippos are really very large."

This gives us clear guidance on what is meant by the word "large". So when a Commendation or Condemnation says that a nation had a large impact on the world, we know that the nation's impact was approximately equivalent to an impact of 4'400 pounds.

I fully support Declaration On Hippopotamuses, as it provides metric guidelines towards the WA that would otherwise not be present in weighing materials. Hippopotamuses are also a very important food source in Tsu Shima, so I will not support your repeal.
