Rugby World Cups [Union and League] OOC thread

Please read all of the instructions in this OP carefully, even if you are an experienced NS Sports player, as this tournament is using a new format.

This is a signup thread for the forthcoming Rugby World Cups: the 31st Rugby Union World Cup, which will be held in Quintessence of Dust, and the 20th Rugby League World Cup, which will be held in Hannasea. The tournaments will be run at the same time, with all posts made to the same thread. You can choose to enter one or both codes. If you enter both, your RPs will count towards RP bonus for both competitions; but if you enter only one, you can still earn max RP bonus in your competition.

You may enter one main nation and one puppet in each Cup. All puppets must be declared. Puppets will be removed first if needed to make signup numbers work!

Please indicate clearly in your signup post whether you wish to enter Union, League, or Both. Any signup that ignores these instructions and simply posts “in” or “we sign up” &c. will be rejected!

It has taken unnecessarily long to get this process going, so in order to try to complete the Cups in a timely fashion, the deadline to sign up is one week from this thread going live: 1 December, 2100 UTC.
