Epic would be my guess. The gold badges alone would be enough to make UR, but I'm not sure that you have enough to make Legendary.

Valentine z has like 40 gold badges and is currently an epic. Pretty sure they are gonna up the ante by 5 more gold badges, since many past legendaries in season one are now epic in season 2.

I´d say, all legendaries should be at least nations participating in the NS-game for about ten years (or so); while this sounds pretty unfair to "younger", but very "active" nations, you should remember, that a classification as "legendary" quasi makes one "a legend of NS", something very special, "bedrock-like" and adding to the sites existence.
Achieving the status of "a NS legend" should stay seldom and not "inflated" by a bunch of "badge-collecting youngsters".

You and I seem pretty similar in terms of badges. I'm guessing UR for myself with a possibility of Epic, so that is what I would guess for you as well. I think legendary is a bit of a stretch.
