Your oversized forum signature has required Mod editing. The rule is "8 visible lines, including blank lines." I'm pretty sure this is not the first puppet you have been warned on, so please comply with ALL your nations.

When I checked my Sig, it was exactly 8 lines, not too short, not too long. I had this signature for over a month and I haven't been warned for it at all in that time. I did everything I possibly could to limit it to 8 lines, but somehow it isn't.
I intended for the about spoiler to go over my text about me, but I might have accidentally edited it out, since I was editing my news ticker at this time. This was the second time I have been warned, which really disappoints me since I've had that signature for an entire month, and was avidly posting it on the forums without me or anybody else noticing it, and the other one took only a few days.

Here is my news thing to extend my lines

Four of the lines are normal. The spoiler with a space after takes up three lines. The [pre] block takes up three lines. That's ten.

In the earlier version, I removed two horizontal rules. That made it 12 lines. I also included a link to the Sig Workshop thread, which you should have used instead of this one.

Fix it.

Allow me to clarify something. I do the vast majority of sig edits. I almost never go looking for violations. Instead, I wait for them to be reported here. Once reported, they generally get handled within a day. If they're not reported, they can go for years depending on the player's posting frequency.

I routinely have sigs disabled, and only see them on the player profile page. Every once in a great while I'll find myself bored enough to enable sigs and go looking for violators. I always find a bunch. The fact that you've been using a sig for an extended period without consequence doesn't mean that it's passed the legality test. It just means that nobody, including a mod, has reported it.

Okay thanks for clarifying. Sigs are warped on mobile but I recognize generally how they should look on mobile, so no need to disable. This one just rendered very differently from the rest.
