For the past two days, Russia has been violently tresspassing sovereign Ukraine's borders, from every side possible, under the casus belli of "liberating Luhansk and Donetsk". Now we witness a massive, inhumane and aggressive russian invasion into Ukraine, since 24th of Febtruary 2022 5 AM, unprovoked from the Ukraine. Note that russians have bombed both military and civilian targets.. The King of Pavaludia has reached to the conclusion, that if Russia is not stopped now, they will continue threatening weaker nations. Thus proposes the following actions, split into three stages, to be taken against Russia to prevent further threat to the continent of Europe, preventing more casulaties from the cruel warfare, and also ensuring the sovereign status of Ukraine.

Stage I: 1. Sanctions against Russia.
2. Pursue for negotiations between Ukraine and Russia.
3. Freezing the invasion.
4. Provide financial aid to Ukraine.
5. Provide humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
6. Ensuring the current, democratically elected government of Ukraine, remain in power.
7. No change in borders.
8. Luhansk and Donetsk may separate from Ukraine, only under supervised democratic referendum.
9. Force Russia to pay reparations for the caused damage to Ukraine.

Stage II: 1. Heavier sanctions on Russia, including cutting her off the global economy.
2. Heavier war reparations that will be paid to Ukraine.
3. Provide Ukraine with military equipment and weapons.
4. War reparations to the nations that participated in the military intervention.
5. Russia will return Crimea to Ukraine.
6. Abhkazia and South Ossetia will be returned to Georgia.
7. The decisions of stage I still remain.
