If you are talking about what I think your talking, I believe the only way to authenticate your account is through the normal login.

We have a Verification tool. You need to read all the API documentation before you start asking for new features.

People need to use authentication token after clicked on login using password like two factor authentication

I am asking for second layer of security it helps us not to get hacked if we use same password else where

We do have a form of Multi Factor Authentication that we ask staff to use. It's not the most polished, but it works.

Edit: It's in addition to having a password, not instead of, obviously.
