If you want changes to the actual game mechanics, go to Technical. However, they won't change the frequency of issues to just one hour. Before issues came up every six hours, they only came up every 12 hours.

Create extra nations -- which is allowed, as long as you don't try to put more than one of them at a time into the WA -- and you can answer issues with those as well.
