Flag carrier WLA (Weddell Lindale Airways/林代尔航空), was established in February 2006 by the interim Wong government to help facilitate economic growth, through economnic trade with Argentina, Chile, Brazil, and South Africa, that was stagnateed by the only maritime industry. Soon after the election of Rosa Zhao in 2010, the airline was had become semi-privatized with 45% of the stake in the company was made publicily traded, while the government still maintained a majority stake at 55%, fueling it's national and international expansion. In 2012, WLA inaugerated service to Johanesburg, Cape Town, Buenos Aires, Santiago, and Sao Paulo.
Then in 2017, the death of Prime Minister Aaron Timdall, all international routes were suspended, due to the Lindale Economic Crisis, and in September of that year temporarily canceled all flights for 10 days. After the election of Nicholas Cumberland in December, the carrier was privatised completely, and turned around the company to expand beyond it's Capital hub in Albany. In mid 2018, WLA open it's hub in Ny Havn Greenwich, then it's hub in Cypress in 2019. In early 2020, service began between Hong Kong and McMurdo Station William's Field. However, when the pandemic began, the company was on the brink of bankruptcy, but pulled through thanks to sudden fare drop fueling a domestic based recovery. This also inspired WLA to open it's regional hub in Ny Kristiansand, and only serving less flights to NHG instead of closing it. Since August 2020, WLA has now going beyond hub spoke, and began it's daily Round the Nation route, as well as other point to point services.
