Greetings, nations of the universes.

Nations with populaces of all species and technologies are welcome to apply, but we strongly recommend that applicants meet a technological standard akin to our own or greater.

Embassies
Located in our bustling capital Kharait, the International District is an area of five square blocks which houses embassies of foreign missions in Kharao. The district is situated between the scenic downtown and the site of the Kharao Senate and other federal government buildings, being about a ten minute commute to the former and a fifteen minute commute to the latter.

Consulates and equivalent secondary-level diplomatic missions may be located in one of four prominent cities in Kharao:
- Belgrano: Considered the economic center of the nation, Belgrano contains the New Stock Exchange and several major universities.
- Marambio: One of the northernmost cities on the continent, Marambio is the center of immigration into Kharao and as such is the nation's diverse cultural center.
- Muoz: The oldest settlement of permanent residents in the Antarctic, Muoz is steeped in the histories of both Kharao and the world.
- Persefini: Situated on Agulhas Bay, Persefini is Kharao's largest and most densely populated municipality, home to renowned institutions such as the United Nations.
In addition to standard national secondary-level diplomatic missions, consulates may also be established as primary diplomatic missions by subgovernmental organizations, intergovernmental organizations, autonomous areas within sovereign states, and states with limited recognition or disputed sovereignty.
