@Anastasija Kladnov Oh no, she doesn't own the shop. It's part of a national chain of stores and she just happens to work at that one. Until I came around she was the only one working there though, so I guess she does run it one way or another. She's hoping to get enough money from her rally races one of these years to buy it. From what I understand it's not actually for sale, but she thinks it's only a matter of time before they try to close this location down so she'll have a chance.

@Milan Hjardavic Depends on what sort of stuff you have probably. Corporate tries to get her to stock the more mainstream stuff up front but she's always interested in the less known stuff.

@Everyone I did it! I've passed the Imperial Spanish Marines training course with flying colors, the first ever woman to do so. And you won't believe how proud I am, at having achieved such an honor.

It wasn't an easy journey. My fellow recruits and I were frequently pushed to our extreme limits, physically and mentally. There was a great deal of blood, sweat and tears. Many of the guys couldn't handle the intense pressure, and quit less than halfway in. But not me: I promised myself that I'd either pull through or die trying. And pull through, I did. Even when I was feeling absolutely starving, dehydrated, exhausted or just crappy, my burning love for the Empire immediately filled me up with a renewed vigor and strength, to keep me going through whatever ordeals I faced.

But all of those trials and tribulations are behind me now. Having entered the academy as a lump of coal, I now emerge from it as a glittering diamond, tough and unbreakable. And it shall be my sworn, lifelong duty to defend the Emperor however necessary. Soldiers die for their country—Marines kill for theirs. ¡Viva España!

As they are object protection on shore, are the amphibious component, form the onboard detachments and other things more and are an integral part of the Navy, you cannot join the Regiment without expecting to go to sea. Or, in case of their officers, having been at sea.
I would not look at it that way. To me, being a part of the Navy is not about the combat, not about the action and most certainly not about the killing. For me, being part of the Navy is to prevent war, and thus combat, from happening or, if that can't be achieved, from innocent being drawn into it.
