The AVBF Rugby 7's Tournament is now in its 7th Edition. The Ministries of Athletics and Culture have taken submissions from sponsors, as well as brewers, distillers, and vendors. Minister Rosette Kozic, of the Ministry of Tourism and Culture; and Minister Jean-Marc Koepller, of the Ministry of Athletics reviewed all the submissions and are satisfied with the applicants.

We are no longer taking submissions. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Lisander food would be served in small amounts for free, as appetizers for people that drink:
Bolitas: A fried small nugget, similar to brazilian coxinha or sicilian arancini, filled with various types of meat: Minced meat, sausage or ham, Chicken, Cheese.
Empadas: A small baked snack, Similar to latin-american empanadas, somewhat resembling a calzone, but in the format of little pies. Filling can be the same filling of bolitas, but sweet fillings like jelly and fruits are common, and mostly preferred by children.
Doublet: A stew of rice cooked in milk, red beans and meat. Similar to Brazilian Baião and Cuban and Puerto-Rican Moros y Cristianos, it differs by cooking rice with milk, that makes the recipe kind of creamy.
Other common industrialized snacks, like corn tortillas and branded products like Do***os or Ch***os, Salted Cashews and Peanuts would be available too, but these are usually pre-made and would be bought in supermarkets to be re-sold.

So, I wanted to post this, even though I did TG you, as well. I guess it might be unclear for those who aren't familiar with English, and also those not familiar with how event sponsors work. I need your parent company name for 'Beverage Producer Name', not the brand the company produces. Also, a named HUMAN representative of your company where it says 'Head of Company/Brewery or main representative', not the company name itself. When making these changes, do NOT make a new post, but rather edit it into your original post. Sponsorship fees are paid ahead of time before arrival in order for the event organizers to put out the appropriate material with logos of sponsors and use any remaining funds towards operating and set up costs.
All vendors and beverage competitors are allowed to charge a modest fee for their beverages and food to patrons of the event, per item purchased, to recoup travel and sponsorship costs.
