This issue was received today by my puppet Cain A P-N Ng v1, which has banned both computers and the Internet. Can one have blogs and bloggers with neither computers nor the Internet (or even just without the Internet)?

This issue's options directly reference the military. All of them. It doesn't use a credible forced-response narrative, so it shouldn't be drawn if nations lack militaries. If you want to be pesky at nations that don't have militaries, set up other issues for that.

Issue #1002 mentions a zipper in option 2 even though we have compulsory nudism.

This issue has been adjusted accordingly.

"Raiders of the Lost Archive" seems to have a mistake in the 3rd option. Decries seems to be used incorrectly: it would be correct if the speaker was bemoaning the primitive state of the country's paper archives, but considering that the speaker is only praising digitization in the dialogue, it isn't a denouncement of anything.

This has been changed to "proclaims".

Issue 685 option 2 conflicts with Autarky.

We will add an alternate option for nations with autarky.

Gotten #1116 “ To Each According to His Feed” despite having high food quality stat. Is there something wrong here?

Issue #524, Option 3: "We could do with rearranging the number of seats each constituency get, however."
"get" should be changed to "gets".

"meat prices are soaring as the farming industry struggle under government-imposed restrictions" should be either:
1) "meat prices are soaring as the farming industries struggle under government-imposed restrictions" or
2) "meat prices are soaring as the farming industry struggles under government-imposed restrictions"

I recommend using option 1) here, but 2) would be a more conventional fix.

Both of these have been confirmed to be acceptable usage in British English, where "a single subject includes a collective noun when being spoken of as a whole: the constituency, as a whole, get a set number of seats and the farming industry, as a whole, struggle under the restrictions".

Issue No. 122 Pensioners In Protest assumes a war to have happened in the history of the Nation State encountering the issue, at the end of the first option:

All it requires is a little more generosity on the part of the tax payers - after all, we fought the war for their sort."

This can disrupt the formulated narrative of a Nation State that has not engaged in war throughout its recent (or even entire) history.

This could have been a metaphorical war, such as a war of productivity against your economic rivals.

I recommend using option 1) here, but 2) would be a more conventional fix.

Hate to be a pain, but I'm not really sure about this one. "The farming industry" is third-person-singular, equivalent with he, she, or it; substituting in any one of those reveals it's a bit off:

"meat prices are soaring as it struggle under government-imposed-restrictions"

For that equivalency, imagine establishing the subject and then referring to it with pronouns thereafter: "You know (the farming industry)? Meat prices are soaring as (it) struggle under government-imposed-restructions."

Steelfeather's two suggestions were to pluralise the subject or to depluralise the verb, both of which would be acceptable revisions:

"meat prices are soaring as they struggle under government-imposed restrictions"
"meat prices are soaring as it struggles under government-imposed restrictions"

An extra source for this is the British council ("But with the third person singular (she/he/it), we add an –s"), so I believe it's correct for this scenario. Happy to be wrong; but that's how I read it.

#842 is about a amnesty and citizenship for all current illegal immigrants, but does not discuss opening up immigration to more individuals in future.

There are appropriate validities on both issues and SherpDaWerp qualifies.

Over two weeks ago I made the above post about what looks to me like a problem with an issue option given to a nation with a conflicting Policy.

Pogaria responded to a number of questions raised in later posts, but said nothing about this one.

We assume that all nations have some sort of police - even if they're just unpaid volunteers. "Federal Police Chief" could be a self-appointed title.

The problem is that my nation has the No Automobiles policy, so everyone knows they don't get cars anywhere.

Not sure how national policies would affect the issues text, but it's hard-coded in a way that it doesn't account for distinct policy settings.

Oddly enough, around 1% of nations have compulsory vegetarianism while maintaining a fishing industry. Perhaps they're exporting the fish.

#591 seems to imply that the fish are being farmed for food (domestically), so I modified it.
#1179 is about the fishing industry in general and is vague enough that it doesn't exclude an export-only situation, so I left it alone.

If they're vegetarian rather than outright vegan then maybe they're using the fish as a [phosphate-rich] fertiliser for their crops? 'Fishmeal' is used in RL, after all
