May I propose our nations national documentary, The Ancient and Terrible Evil. It is a medium length documentary outlining the details of the invasion plans of the Anatis, how we can prevent invasion and how to defeat the Anatis emissaries on Earth (commonly known as ducks). This would not only make our nations citizens happy it would go a long way in making the planet a safer place for all humanity.

Monday, a typical bustling day in Ubung. As an economic center, it is an every day view to see a crowded street especially in Monday, the first day of the week. But at this day, the situation in one part of the city become more hectic than before. Merta Gangga District which located in the western part of the city, the entertainment center of the city and the center place of this year Ubung Film Festival. The city and the district have preparing themselves to welcome filmmakers from around the world.

It is still noon but the situation in front of Mandala Theater have been so crowded. Reporters from abroad and also domestic are lining up at the side of the red carpet that lead to the theater entrance. A large board with the logo of the film festival can be seen at the midway of the red carpet. Reporters are mostly flocking at this section because the guests are likely to stop there. Around 2 o'clock, some guests have arrive at the festival venue. The reporters reflect take the picture of everyone who arrived. They are waving to the reporters and also movie fans that also lining up along with the reporters. Some of the artists are approaching their fans. Greet them. Give them their signature and even take picture with them. The guests take the opportunity of the logo board to be capture by the reporters.

Komang Raka who arrive later on are being interviewed by the reporter. Foreign artists and filmmakers are also being interview. This is the second time that the festival is open to foreign submission. Previously, it is exclusive to Pemecutanian filmmakers. Hence the category of Pemecutan Grand Prix which is awarded to Pemecutanian film is still there. Unfortunately, only 2 Pemecutanian films that are entering this year. Several films have been decline to enter, such as Arya Prabangsa's Politik Bola (Football Politics) and Putu Setyawati's Biro Jodoh (Matchmaking).

It's not that we are not supporting this film festival. But it is more like giving the spotlight to the foreign films because they are the main attraction here. We gain information about the progress of cinematic industry of other countries by seeing their movies.

Besides the filmmakers that join in the film festival, we can also see other known Pemecutanian filmmakers who is likely enjoy the vibe of the festival. We also can see foreign judges of this year film festival. There are Maria Gerasimovich from Waisnor, Rusli Hadikusuma from Samudera Darussalam and Shelly Cut of Beepee who also enter the festival with her film Apple for Jam.

The hype at the entrance of Mandala Theater is decreasing as everyone has enter the building for the screening of the opening film of the festival. For this edition, the organizer select Alezian movie as the opening of the film festival. As of the last edition, foreign film have been selected as the opening film. This setting is to give the sense of inter-nationality to the film festival. All 5 screening room will presenting Amin this day as the opening film with the main screening room is fill with the judges and guests.

Directed by Nuharaini Hasyimarrina. Based off a real story told in a public meeting of the North Alezian Intelligence Forces in 2011, "Amin" tells a story of a secret agent of the Alezian Intelligence Forces named Amin Hisaqqaruddin, who's known for his bravery and valour in the team, but also for his strong sense of justice for his family. One day, he got to face a mission that might put his life in stake, but he didn't tell even his wife and two kids. But God knows how to tell a secret to someone, even the most hidden ones.

"God, Bring him home. To me. To us. Amin."

In the mission, Amin fell down from the bridge located between the Old Metropolitan Zafizamarrah and Government Way, lost in the river that separated the city. The forces thought he was dead, but actually, Amin was not dead. He woke up far away from the city, but not too far away since he can still see the skyscrapers of the Metropolis. However, he lost his memory, and forgets almost everything that he know, including his family. He started to look for answers, slowly yet surely.

After Amin was declared dead, two agents arrived at the family house to announce the "death" of Amin. Minahaminna (shortened to Mina) was devastated, and in denial started to search for her husband, even if it would resulted in her meeting the same fate, to the dissapproval of her teenager son with the name of Nazarim, who tried to talk his mother out of it, telling the mother that it's already God's decision and it cannot be overruled, but she wouldn't listen.

As his wife continued her searching and praying without any result for two weeks and Nazarim not being able to focus in school thinking that his dad won't do anything that reckless, Amin slowly relearned of his past and present and what he wanted for the future, thanks to someone putting him back in his place using a drinking glass (a small appearance by Andi Robi Idris Novogrody) in a cafe. Perceived dead, Amin tried to tell his workplace and his family that he is not yet dead. He remembered his previous house address in old city of Zafizamarrah. When he peeked through the window, he realized that his wife who still thought he was dead tried to forget him forever, emptying Amin's belongings and pictures, added with preparing a paper to separate her and her son from Amin.

Amin tried to stop Mina from doing such things, but his keys are not in his black jackets, he tried finding for a key, but he can't. Thus he has no choice but to barge into the house, and present himself in front of Mina. However, even with his appearance, Mina was still scared and called the Intelligence Force and Police to come into her house and arrest this person. Before Amin was brought into jail, Nazarim quickly interrupted and proved that this person is really Amin by showing everyone in the house of Amin's scar on his left forehead which Nazarim pointed out was unique as it was never found in any other person. Nazarim also proved Amin's identity with showing Amin's habits of moving his left hand uncontrollably when he's on a situation of panic. Everyone trusted the son and Amin was forgiven, and the family was reunited.

After that, a few years later, Amin, now not perceived dead anymore did a speech in front of the Alezian Intelligence Forces on the basis of trust and care for families who met the same fate, or worse fate as his. After that, Amin and Mina saw Nazarim still with his Senior High School Graduation Clothes on, coming to them for a great family hug.

I would love to present a consideration for the film festival, we call the movie "The Moneyman". It is about a rivalry between a ruthless entrepreneur and a disgraced police detective with a mission to regain his status with him exposing the entrepreneur. It is directed by Darrell Zokhnov, one of the country's most prestigious directors and his first movie in nearly 5 years. It would be an honor for the film to be seen in the festival!

For the second day of the festival, 3 films have been schedule. The screening is divided into Morning session (from 9 AM - 12 AM) and Afternoon session (from 2 PM - 8 PM). This day the screening will be open by a foreign film from Beepee entitled Apple for Jam. There is a one hour meet and greet session before the screening.

Directed by Shelly Cut, the film tell a story of a renowned chef that have to overcome his hard time.

In the afternoon session, there are 2 films that are screen which is separated each by a one hour session of meet and greet for the films that will be screen. The films are Pemecutanian film, Satu Hati Dua Cinta and Eramani film, Bomoh.

Directed by Chandra Wesnawa in his first feature film project, Satu Hati Dua Cinta tell a story of a woman who have difficult to choose between 2 men that she loved which ended in a bad way.

Ambarwati is an introvert woman who is in her early 30. She is got excited when she is accepted to work at a prestigious company in her hometown, Peguyangan. The company has just opening recruitment and Ambarwati is one out of 5 employees that are newly recruited. One of them is Arya Weda. During their first meeting, Ambarwati is smithen by him and their relationship develop fast. But Kemaladewi, the senior employee there, remind her about the company policy that no office romance allowed or you can get expelled. Although Ambarwati and Arya Weda realize that but they keep continue their relationship without no one notice, except Kemaladewi.

One day, Ambarwati is given an assignment to another town together with another coworker, Dwipayana, a senior employee that's known for his diligent and talent. Ambarwati see this as an opportunity to learn from the best. But Arya Weda warn her to be careful during her assignment. Ambarwati is so excited with the 2 weeks assignment. During her time in assignment, she is getting closer to Dwipayana. They both often mingle together. Their relationship build up fast. And Ambarwati realize how great Dwipayana is. She started to question her heart as her time with Arya Weda is also decreasing. She often reject Arya's call or ignored his message. This attitude also makes Arya worry about Ambarwati. Until one night before they are heading back to Peguyangan, Ambarwati and Dwipayana ended up sleeping together after a drunken night. Both feels sorry about the incident but their relationship growing stronger.

Back to Peguyangan, Arya realize Ambarwati behaviour to him has change. He can't see the love in Ambarwati eyes for him again. He then try to uncover what happen during the assignment. Kemaladewi who is also realize the change in Ambarwati started to pressure her to tell the truth. Because they are already best friend, Ambarwati tell her about what happen during the assignment. She also tell her about her conflicted heart as she feel comfortable with both of them although now she is more close to Dwipayana than Arya Weda. Kemaladewi warn her again that she has to firm her heart. Ambarwati take her advice.

Arya Weda then get the truth after he accidentally checks on Ambarwati's phone. He is enrage with her and confront her about it. At first Ambarwati lie to him but Arya Weda can't believe her again although he still give her a chance. Ambarwati relieve but she continue her relationship with both of them. Until one day, she is at the beach with Arya Weda taking their time together during the holiday. She has confirm that Dwipayana would not be at the beach so she feels free to take Arya there. But Dwipayana's nephew and niece ask him to take them to beach which Dwipayana reluctantly agree. There he see Ambarwati and Arya Weda kissing. Enrage, Dwipayana punch Arya at his face which makes Arya stumbled. Both of them fight each other while Ambarwati try to stop them. Arya then reveal the truth to Dwipayana that he is Ambarwati boyfriend. Shock, Dwipayana left the scene.

Ambarwati try to contact both of them but to no avail. Dwipayana and Arya Weda have been avoiding her the whole week after the beach in incident. Kemaladewi come to her and remembering her about her warning. And now she is loosing both of them because she can't make decision.

Drizzled is happening at the morning of the third day of Ubung Film Festival. Some movie fans, guests and filmmakers that following the morning session screening have to wear jacket or raincoat to avoid the drizzle. There are 4 films that is screened today. One of them is short film from Samudera Darussalam.

Directed and Written by Azizah Mahesa, Biru tells a story of a man with the same name who has the curiosity for his boss and neighbor.

Biru is a worker at a local flower shop across the street from his apartment. He is shown to be a good friend with the shop's owner Reno, who lives in the same building upstairs. One day, when Biru is tending to a potted plant at the shop, an elderly lady arrives. He sees Reno greets her with a sympathetic expression, apologizes for a certain incident, and gave her a bouquet of white lily.

Biru, who recognizes the old lady as Mrs. Gemilang, his quiet next door neighbour, is interested in the exchange. After the old lady leaves, he went to Reno and stated that how it's like a ritual for the both of them, indicating that the exchange happens frequently. Reno just nodded solemnly, before quietly wondered that it's been long after "it" happened. As Biru asked what she means by "it", Reno quickly shook her head and told Biru that since he has helped her to open the shop from dawn, he is allowed to go home early. Biru protested, but Reno shooed him by telling him that she is feeling generous today.

As Biru parked his bike in his favourite park near the town's limit to spend the spare time before night comes, he sees Mrs. Gemilang walked into the nearby graveyard, bringing the bouquet of white lily that she bought from their shop. Biru, who is still curious in the earlier interaction between his boss and his neighbour, discreetly follows her until she stops in front of a carefully-maintained looking grave, and went to hide behind a nearby tree. Biru grew horrified once he overhears her talks to her son, who apparently died by suicide years ago. As the young man turned to leave now that he feels he has really overstepped the boundaries by overhearing what obviously means to be private, he accidentally stepped on a fallen branch, which creaks loudly, alerting his presence to the mourning woman nearby. Caught red-handed that he is stalking her, Biru becomes severely flustered and apologizes profusely for his deed, stating that his action is unacceptable and that he only follows her since he is always left confused at the routine between her and his boss, Reno.

The tearful old woman, who is just surprised at his presence, laughs quietly and motions for him to sit beside her in front of the grave. As Biru did so, Mrs. Gemilang smiles softly and said that his action reminds her of her late son Aris, who always has large curiosity during his lifetime. She told him that Reno is his son's former classmate. While she is never involved in the severe bullying that apparently is the reason why Aris took his own life, Reno seems to feel guilty eversince because she didn't stand up for her son, and as such, always apologizes to her for the incident whenever the old woman went to her shop to buy flowers, eventhough Mrs. Gemilang herself never blames her for what happened. After she finished recounting the story, Biru holds her right hand and said that he is sorry for the incident, and that Aris must be a wonderful son. As they smiled at each other, the camera pans up to show that the sun starts to set in the horizon.

Directed by Noah Sharpe, The Crown Agent is a thriller movie set in an alternative world where werewolf are roaming the world.

The sun is shining wildly in the day after a little drizzle pouring the city this morning. The movie fans are excited to watch the 2 movies that schedule to be screened. One is foreign film. The other is from Pemecutan.

Directed by Mikhael Afanasiev, Nie padajučy vyhliadu or Without Showing in their English title. The movie tell a story of Irina and Yaroslav, a married couple who is in the brink of separation as Irina suspicious of her husband behavior.

Directed by Komang Raka, the director of The Maestro who win Best Film at 2021 PAMPAS Academy Award. The movie Galuh tells a story of a beloved traditional dancer that have a bitter life which full of joy, heartbreak, violence, love, friendship and trust.

From his childhood, Damar Anggada is very attracted towards art particularly dance. So after he decided to join a dance group, his family can't say no. He is very talented that the head of the group, Chandra Kinanti, give him the role of Galuh. Galuh is one of the role in Arja, a traditional stage performance in Pemecutan. But for him, the performance is called Arja Muani because of the all men actors who play it. The dance group do a play from town to town which makes Damar become a well known Arja Muani's performer. His natural beauty and grace performance makes everyone fall in love with him. One that surely makes notice is Ki Arsa Jaya. Ki Arsa Jaya is a noblemen from Busung Yeh. The group is frequently being called to perform there so that Ki Arsa Jaya can see Damar's performance as Galuh. He is fall in love deeply with Damar. After several bouquet and love letters, Ki Arsa Jaya finally meet Damar. He bluntly say about his feelings towards Damar. Damar reluctant at first knowing that Ki Arsa Jaya is a known womanizer. But Ki Arsa Jaya is not giving up. He do everything to get Damar attention even he follow the group wherever they are performing. This act touch Damar and he agree to be Ki Arsa Jaya mistress.

Although they are a couple, but their relationship is being hidden from the public eye. Only Chandra Kinanti and the group's performers know about their relationship. Over the time, Nyi Subang, the wife of Ki Arsa Jaya notice the strange behavior of her husband and get suspicious that her husband might have another mistress. She ask her guards to search for information. During the group performance in Majelangu, Damar got a letter from his fan asking to meet him in the restaurant in the town. He is a little bit suspicious about the letter but in the end still go to the said restaurant. Nyi Subang have wait for him there. She confront Damar about her suspicion. Damar try to hide the fact but with pictures as proof, he can't deny it again. Nyi Subang keep her calm although knowing the truth. She just ask politely to Damar to end their relationship. She is also reveal that this is something that Ki Arsa Jaya use to do but it will end up hurting the mistress as they will be abandoned once Ki Arsa Jaya have found a new muse. Nyi Subang wants Damar to realize about that and ask him to reconsider his decision.

Damar think of it hardly. And when he is together with Ki Arsa Jaya, he ask about his previous mistresses and adventures. Ki Arsa Jaya become defensive and left Damar behind. On the next day, their picture went viral. The local newspaper and television channel cover their story. Ki Arsa Jaya barge in Damar's place and confront him about the leak. Damar denied that he has something to do with it but Ki Arsa Jaya refuse to believe it. He then end their relationship and leave Damar. Damar feels sad and devastated. He also can't go to the public as the fans has turn against him. He has been marked as 'the other woman'. Chandra Kinanti come to his place to comfort him. Kinanti is very close to him and Damar have consider her as his mother replacement after his mother death when he was still teenager. Kinanti try to persuade Damar to come back to the group and begin dance again. But Damar reluctant to do so. Kinanti doesn't force too much and ask him to come to the group whenever he's ready. Damar closed his place and live in fear as the anger mob sometimes raid his house. Mark the wall with harsh word and even throw rocks to the house sometimes. Once in a while, Kusuma Wijaya always come to his house. He is ordered by Kinanti to take care of Damar as he is still afraid to comes out of the house. Kusuma feels bad for Damar's condition.

One day Kinanti come to Damar's house. She ask him to come back to the group as his replacement got sick and unable to continue to performed. Damar wants to decline the offer but Kusuma reassured him. He then agreed to do it. His first time come back to the stage got a terrible result. He become stage fright when he step into the stage which makes the other dancers look at him in confused. Kusuma then try to comfort him and luckily Damar is manage to recover. The performance goes well although not his best performance. Over the time, Damar overcome his fright and able to perform greatly as if the case with Ki Arsa Jaya has never happen. He relieve that he has a friend like Kusuma Wijaya who is always there to help him. At this time someone is approaching him. His name is Gading Wedastra, a businessmen who owns several textile store. Their relationship become more and more closer each time. Damar is infatuated with him and he feels like the situation now is better then with Ki Arsa Jaya as Gading is a widower.

Gading then ask Damar to move in with him and he agree immediately. But this is when the thing goes down. Gading begin to control Damar's social life. He can't go anywhere without Gading knowing even to practice in the group. One day, Gading even ask him to stop dancing as he doesn't want any man look at him with lusty eyes. Damar declined his request but he is ended up beating him badly. Damar then makes an exception, he will stop performed but he can still teach them at the group. Gading agree with the condition. Kinanti feels odd with Damar request as she knows that Damar really loved dancing and performed, but she can't argue more. Damar begin his term as a dance teacher in the group and every new dancers are happy to be teach by him. But in the household, things are not getting better. Gading always find an excuse to blame Damar for something. And he is always beating him every time he blame Damar for something. Damar ended up wearing a closed clothes so no one see his wound. But Kusuma and Kinanti realize the oddity. Every time they ask Damar about it, he always tell them that everything is okay. The situation goes bad after Damar unable to come to the group to teach as he is being beaten badly and unable to move. But he just say that he caught a bad flu to Kinanti. After a week of his absence, Kusuma try to visit him but Gading doesn't give him permission to meet Damar. Kinanti and Kusuma then lost contact with Damar as his house phone is unreachable and Gading is always cast them away every time they come to visit. This makes them worry.

Kusuma with the help of the group members then try to infiltrate to Gading's house. He success to knockout Gading and find Damar lay helplessly in his bed. His condition is worse then the last time they met. Kusuma rush to the hospital so Damar can be save. The doctor says that Damar is badly injured and there are several old and new wound in his body. Damar is also malnourished. It seems that he is not eating much. His lower body is also injured because of a forced sex. Kusuma feels devastated after knowing the truth. He placed charges to Gading for what he have done. Kinanti feels relieve that Kusuma is always there to help Damar. Once she ask about Kusuma's feeling towards Damar. He say that they are just friend. Kinanti just smile knowing that Kusuma might hide his own feeling or maybe he is not realize it yet.

With Kusuma and Kinanti care, Damar gained his health and strength gradually. But there's a huge trauma there. Damar is reluctant to be touch by anyone. Every time Kusuma or Kinanti accidentally touched him, he pull himself. Kusuma also sometimes hear Damar crying in his sleep and even screaming loudly in his dream. This makes him feel so sad. Kinanti ask Kusuma to always look after Damar while she is busy with the group. One night, Damar screaming again in one of his bad dream which makes Kusuma who sleep in the coach alerted by it. He rush to the bed and hug him in reflect, try to comfort him. But the hugging give a bad response from Damar as he is punching and screaming more loudly to Kusuma, ask him to release him. At this time Kusuma realize that Gading have repeatedly rape Damar whether in his good or injured condition. Kusuma tear falls down as he hug him tightly. He bear the pain from Damar's punch and struggle in his arms. He just wants Damar to share the pain with him. Damar then fell asleep in exhaustion. Kusuma feels relieve and put him on the bed. Kusuma rush to the bathroom and cry badly as he understand the worst life that Damar face everyday in Gading's house.

The next morning, Kinanti come to visit and she see the change in both of them. She feel happy for it. In the end of her visit she say to Kusuma that she relieve Damar is in good hands now. Kusuma just smile clumsily. At night, Damar wake up screaming from another bad dream. Kusuma rush and hug him dearly. Damar try to release the hug as he still afraid to be touch by anyone. But Kusuma tighten his hug. Damar forcefully try to release the hug. He even scream for it but Kusuma stand still. He then whisper to Damar and say that he won't harmed him and he just wants him to share the pain with him. Damar break into tears. His body tremble. Kusuma hug him again tightly and then kiss him in the forehand. Damar now realize that the man in front of him is in love with him no matter how his condition now. Kusuma whisper that he will take care of Damar until the end of their day. Damar's hands trembled to reach Kusuma and hug him back. Kusuma smile as Damar hugging him, realize that Damar has overcome his trauma.

The sun is shine heavily on the fourth day of the festival. This makes many people are getting their spare time to come to Mandala Theater and enjoying the film festival. For the morning session, 2 last films will be screen. One feature film and the other is a short film from Pemecutan.

Produced and Directed by Eka Wijaya, Satu Hari is non speaking short film that shows one day routine of the main character.

Majid Widyatama is the one who Produced, Directed and Write the movie entitled Memilih. The movie revolves around Wijaya family who is in the brink of separation and how the son of the family, Ali deal with the situation.

Ali is a silent, sensitive young man from a middle-class family who has just graduated high school. While preparing for the upcoming college entrance examination, he mostly spends his days either by studying or hanging out with his close friend and crush from high school, Dinda. During one of their hang outs, Dinda reveals to him that she is dating a former classmate of theirs. Heartbroken, Ali cheerfully congratulates her despite feeling miserable inside.

His calm home life takes a turn when his working mother Nur suddenly accuses her husband, stay-at-home father Awang, for cheating. Nur, who has been frustated by the difficult financial situation her office is currently in and her husband's apparent disregard for the money she got by spending it on merchs, is "divinely inspired" to check on her husband's phone and found that he has been in constant communication with another woman. They begin to fight daily, until one day Nur expresses her wish for a divorce.

Ali, who still feels heartbroken after Dinda's revelation, began to isolate himself from his family, claiming that he needs to prepare for the examination. Deep down, however, Ali is still unable to believe that his caring, loving father might cheat, and can't help but think that maybe this is a misunderstanding on his mother's part, since Ali knows about the stress his mother has from her office condition as she frequently talks about it with him. With that in mind, Ali begins to think if it's better for him to investigate the matter alone in order to gain better understanding of the conflict. However, he then remembers that the examination is just a couple of weeks away and there are some materials that he needs to work on. Soon, Ali is conflicted between investigating it and focusing on his study. Deep down, Ali is also afraid that if he choose to investigate, it might involve him in the problem and as result, might worsen the situation between his mother and father.

In his confusion, Ali is thinking about asking for Dinda's opinion about the problem, hoping that since she comes from a broken home family, she would likely have better understanding from her experience and might gives him pointer about what he should do with the situation. However, he suddenly remembers that she is dating another person, thus makes him stopping short from asking her as he is afraid of disturbing his friend's budding relationship. His doubts about his mother, however, is gone once he accidentally overhears one of his parents' fights, where his father confirms that he is indeed, has a feeling for another woman, but insists that he doesn't want their marriage to be over. Overwhelmed with the revelation and the blooming feeling of betrayal in his mind, Ali watches helplessly as their parents continue to scream at each other, before finally his mother stomps out from the house to drive somewhere else. That night, when his mother still have yet to come back and isn't answering his calls, Ali decides to go out and look for her only to find his mother sitting alone in a park not far from their house, crying. Nur says that she wants to die, though Ali warns her to not do anything stupid before driving both of them home.

After that, with the situation at home keeps deteriorating and his mother often makes excuses to go home from work late, Ali begins to feel exhausted. He already doesn't get many sleep with his parents' fighting through the night, and he also begins to feel anxious about his chance of getting accepted into the university, especially since the stress begin to affect his study. The night before the examination, Nur comes to his room and asks Ali if it's okay for him to live without his father. As his stress level peaked, the memory of his mother saying that she wanted to die starts to reverberate in his mind, shaking him up. Overcame with emotion, Ali screams at his mother to leave him alone. Shocked, Nur silently leaves the room while Awang, who hears the scream comes to his son's room and scolds Ali for yelling at his mother, reminding him that Nur is having a hard time right now. Feeling extremely guilty, and still pissed at his father, Ali tunes his father out by daydreaming. Before he walks out from Ali's room, Awang stops at the doorway and apologizes to Ali for everything, saying that he will always love him no matter what happens.

The next day, Nur drives Ali to the examination place, a campus where Ali used to win a photography competition. As Nur remarks on this, Ali was reminded of their exchange the night before. Looking down, he apologizes to his mother, saying that he is not ready to deal with his mother's question the previous night and to please give him time to think about it after the examination is done. Smiling tearfully, Nur parks her car at the nearby parking lot and says that she has always forgives him, and that she is also sorry for all the time she and his father might have intrude his studying by their fighting. Ali says that it doesn't really matter before asking his mother to pray so he might pass the exam, and then walks out from the car to enter the building. As he looks for his examination room, he passed by Dinda, who is sitting alone by herself in front of her room. Dinda cheerfully asked him how he is doing, before grimaces as she gets a good look at his expression and stating with worry that he doesn't look okay. Smiling tiredly, Ali begins to have flashbacks about everything that happened to him before and sighing, saying that it has been an eventful month. Dinda then stands up from the bench and turns to stand beside him, saying that although she has a boyfriend now, she will always be available if he needs to talk about his problems, especially since for a long time of their friendship, she recognizes Ali as somebody who tends to bury their problem deep and thus needs coaxing to open themselves up to the others. Ali, who starts to get overwhelmed with emotion from hearing his friend's words, tears up before smiling at her, thanking Dinda for offering her time and promises to tell her everything after their examination is over, before he went back to walk into his room, that is located nearby. From behind his back, Dinda smiles and says that she will be waiting and for Ali to do his best.

During the exam, as Ali began to stumble upon the questions on the paper, he is reminded of everything that happened to him before, and of his parents' and Dinda's words. Ali smiles and mutters that he has survived the whole ordeal and he won't let some questions prevent him from passing the important examination in his life right now, as he has promised to do his best. Ali then writes his answers and once the time is up, stands to turn his paper in and leave, never looking back into the room.

The scene then turns to a family court. Nur and Awang has filed for a divorce, and the judge makes their separation permanent after a proceeding. The judge then asked which parent Ali chooses to live with. Ali states that he has made a decision, but asks that the judge tell his parents to wait outside before he tells him. His decision is left unresolved.

In the afternoon, the organizer begin to re-screening all of the entrants for the second time. For the first night of the second screening, 3 films are selected.

Directed by Shelly Cut, the film tell a story of a renowned chef that have to overcome his hard time.

One day, Ambarwati is given an assignment to another town together with another coworker, Dwipayana, a senior employee that's known for his diligent and talent. Ambarwati see this as an opportunity to learn from the best. But Arya Weda warn her to be careful during her assignment. Ambarwati is so excited with the 2 weeks assignment. During her time in assignment, she is getting closer to Dwipayana. They both often mingle together. Their relationship build up fast. And Ambarwati realize how great Dwipayana is. She started to question her heart as her time with Arya Weda is also decreasing. She often reject Arya's call or ignored his message. This attitude also makes Arya worry about Ambarwati. Until one night before they are heading back to Peguyangan, Ambarwati and Dwipayana ended up sleeping together after a drunken night. Both feels sorry about the incident but their relationship growing stronger.

Back to Peguyangan, Arya realize Ambarwati behaviour to him has change. He can't see the love in Ambarwati eyes for him again. He then try to uncover what happen during the assignment. Kemaladewi who is also realize the change in Ambarwati started to pressure her to tell the truth. Because they are already best friend, Ambarwati tell her about what happen during the assignment. She also tell her about her conflicted heart as she feel comfortable with both of them although now she is more close to Dwipayana than Arya Weda. Kemaladewi warn her again that she has to firm her heart. Ambarwati take her advice.

Arya Weda then get the truth after he accidentally checks on Ambarwati's phone. He is enrage with her and confront her about it. At first Ambarwati lie to him but Arya Weda can't believe her again although he still give her a chance. Ambarwati relieve but she continue her relationship with both of them. Until one day, she is at the beach with Arya Weda taking their time together during the holiday. She has confirm that Dwipayana would not be at the beach so she feels free to take Arya there. But Dwipayana's nephew and niece ask him to take them to beach which Dwipayana reluctantly agree. There he see Ambarwati and Arya Weda kissing. Enrage, Dwipayana punch Arya at his face which makes Arya stumbled. Both of them fight each other while Ambarwati try to stop them. Arya then reveal the truth to Dwipayana that he is Ambarwati boyfriend. Shock, Dwipayana left the scene.

The fifth day of the festival and the screening is delay because of light rain in the morning. The screening is delay for almost an hour. The morning session is re-screening 2 films including the opening film, Amin.

Directed by Nuharaini Hasyimarrina. Based off a real story told in a public meeting of the North Alezian Intelligence Forces in 2011, "Amin" tells a story of a secret agent of the Alezian Intelligence Forces named Amin Hisaqqaruddin, who's known for his bravery and valour in the team, but also for his strong sense of justice for his family. One day, he got to face a mission that might put his life in stake, but he didn't tell even his wife and two kids. But God knows how to tell a secret to someone, even the most hidden ones.

"God, Bring him home. To me. To us. Amin."

In the mission, Amin fell down from the bridge located between the Old Metropolitan Zafizamarrah and Government Way, lost in the river that separated the city. The forces thought he was dead, but actually, Amin was not dead. He woke up far away from the city, but not too far away since he can still see the skyscrapers of the Metropolis. However, he lost his memory, and forgets almost everything that he know, including his family. He started to look for answers, slowly yet surely.

After Amin was declared dead, two agents arrived at the family house to announce the "death" of Amin. Minahaminna (shortened to Mina) was devastated, and in denial started to search for her husband, even if it would resulted in her meeting the same fate, to the dissapproval of her teenager son with the name of Nazarim, who tried to talk his mother out of it, telling the mother that it's already God's decision and it cannot be overruled, but she wouldn't listen.

As his wife continued her searching and praying without any result for two weeks and Nazarim not being able to focus in school thinking that his dad won't do anything that reckless, Amin slowly relearned of his past and present and what he wanted for the future, thanks to someone putting him back in his place using a drinking glass (a small appearance by Andi Robi Idris Novogrody) in a cafe. Perceived dead, Amin tried to tell his workplace and his family that he is not yet dead. He remembered his previous house address in old city of Zafizamarrah. When he peeked through the window, he realized that his wife who still thought he was dead tried to forget him forever, emptying Amin's belongings and pictures, added with preparing a paper to separate her and her son from Amin.

Amin tried to stop Mina from doing such things, but his keys are not in his black jackets, he tried finding for a key, but he can't. Thus he has no choice but to barge into the house, and present himself in front of Mina. However, even with his appearance, Mina was still scared and called the Intelligence Force and Police to come into her house and arrest this person. Before Amin was brought into jail, Nazarim quickly interrupted and proved that this person is really Amin by showing everyone in the house of Amin's scar on his left forehead which Nazarim pointed out was unique as it was never found in any other person. Nazarim also proved Amin's identity with showing Amin's habits of moving his left hand uncontrollably when he's on a situation of panic. Everyone trusted the son and Amin was forgiven, and the family was reunited.

After that, a few years later, Amin, now not perceived dead anymore did a speech in front of the Alezian Intelligence Forces on the basis of trust and care for families who met the same fate, or worse fate as his. After that, Amin and Mina saw Nazarim still with his Senior High School Graduation Clothes on, coming to them for a great family hug.

Directed by Mikhael Afanasiev, Nie padajučy vyhliadu or Without Showing in their English title. The movie tell a story of Irina and Yaroslav, a married couple who is in the brink of separation as Irina suspicious of her husband behavior.

The sun is brighter at the afternoon as the festival continue their re-screening schedule. There are 2 films that are screened in this session.

Directed and Written by Azizah Mahesa, Penasaran tells a story of a man name Biru who has the curiosity for his boss and neighbor.

Biru is a worker at a local flower shop across the street from his apartment. He is shown to be a good friend with the shop's owner Reno, who lives in the same building upstairs. One day, when Biru is tending to a potted plant at the shop, an elderly lady arrives. He sees Reno greets her with a sympathetic expression, apologizes for a certain incident, and gave her a bouquet of white lily.

Biru, who recognizes the old lady as Mrs. Gemilang, his quiet next door neighbour, is interested in the exchange. After the old lady leaves, he went to Reno and stated that how it's like a ritual for the both of them, indicating that the exchange happens frequently. Reno just nodded solemnly, before quietly wondered that it's been long after "it" happened. As Biru asked what she means by "it", Reno quickly shook her head and told Biru that since he has helped her to open the shop from dawn, he is allowed to go home early. Biru protested, but Reno shooed him by telling him that she is feeling generous today.

As Biru parked his bike in his favourite park near the town's limit to spend the spare time before night comes, he sees Mrs. Gemilang walked into the nearby graveyard, bringing the bouquet of white lily that she bought from their shop. Biru, who is still curious in the earlier interaction between his boss and his neighbour, discreetly follows her until she stops in front of a carefully-maintained looking grave, and went to hide behind a nearby tree. Biru grew horrified once he overhears her talks to her son, who apparently died by suicide years ago. As the young man turned to leave now that he feels he has really overstepped the boundaries by overhearing what obviously means to be private, he accidentally stepped on a fallen branch, which creaks loudly, alerting his presence to the mourning woman nearby. Caught red-handed that he is stalking her, Biru becomes severely flustered and apologizes profusely for his deed, stating that his action is unacceptable and that he only follows her since he is always left confused at the routine between her and his boss, Reno.

The tearful old woman, who is just surprised at his presence, laughs quietly and motions for him to sit beside her in front of the grave. As Biru did so, Mrs. Gemilang smiles softly and said that his action reminds her of her late son Aris, who always has large curiosity during his lifetime. She told him that Reno is his son's former classmate. While she is never involved in the severe bullying that apparently is the reason why Aris took his own life, Reno seems to feel guilty eversince because she didn't stand up for her son, and as such, always apologizes to her for the incident whenever the old woman went to her shop to buy flowers, eventhough Mrs. Gemilang herself never blames her for what happened. After she finished recounting the story, Biru holds her right hand and said that he is sorry for the incident, and that Aris must be a wonderful son. As they smiled at each other, the camera pans up to show that the sun starts to set in the horizon.

The sixth day is the last screening day for the festival. There are 3 films that will be screening today. For the morning session there will be only one film being screened.

Directed by Komang Raka, the director of The Maestro who win Best Film at 2021 PAMPAS Academy Award. The movie Galuh tells a story of a beloved traditional dancer that have a bitter life which full of joy, heartbreak, violence, love, friendship and trust.

From his childhood, Damar Anggada is very attracted towards art particularly dance. So after he decided to join a dance group, his family can't say no. He is very talented that the head of the group, Chandra Kinanti, give him the role of Galuh. Galuh is one of the role in Arja, a traditional stage performance in Pemecutan. But for him, the performance is called Arja Muani because of the all men actors who play it. The dance group do a play from town to town which makes Damar become a well known Arja Muani's performer. His natural beauty and grace performance makes everyone fall in love with him. One that surely makes notice is Ki Arsa Jaya. Ki Arsa Jaya is a noblemen from Busung Yeh. The group is frequently being called to perform there so that Ki Arsa Jaya can see Damar's performance as Galuh. He is fall in love deeply with Damar. After several bouquet and love letters, Ki Arsa Jaya finally meet Damar. He bluntly say about his feelings towards Damar. Damar reluctant at first knowing that Ki Arsa Jaya is a known womanizer. But Ki Arsa Jaya is not giving up. He do everything to get Damar attention even he follow the group wherever they are performing. This act touch Damar and he agree to be Ki Arsa Jaya mistress.

Although they are a couple, but their relationship is being hidden from the public eye. Only Chandra Kinanti and the group's performers know about their relationship. Over the time, Nyi Subang, the wife of Ki Arsa Jaya notice the strange behavior of her husband and get suspicious that her husband might have another mistress. She ask her guards to search for information. During the group performance in Majelangu, Damar got a letter from his fan asking to meet him in the restaurant in the town. He is a little bit suspicious about the letter but in the end still go to the said restaurant. Nyi Subang have wait for him there. She confront Damar about her suspicion. Damar try to hide the fact but with pictures as proof, he can't deny it again. Nyi Subang keep her calm although knowing the truth. She just ask politely to Damar to end their relationship. She is also reveal that this is something that Ki Arsa Jaya use to do but it will end up hurting the mistress as they will be abandoned once Ki Arsa Jaya have found a new muse. Nyi Subang wants Damar to realize about that and ask him to reconsider his decision.

Damar think of it hardly. And when he is together with Ki Arsa Jaya, he ask about his previous mistresses and adventures. Ki Arsa Jaya become defensive and left Damar behind. On the next day, their picture went viral. The local newspaper and television channel cover their story. Ki Arsa Jaya barge in Damar's place and confront him about the leak. Damar denied that he has something to do with it but Ki Arsa Jaya refuse to believe it. He then end their relationship and leave Damar. Damar feels sad and devastated. He also can't go to the public as the fans has turn against him. He has been marked as 'the other woman'. Chandra Kinanti come to his place to comfort him. Kinanti is very close to him and Damar have consider her as his mother replacement after his mother death when he was still teenager. Kinanti try to persuade Damar to come back to the group and begin dance again. But Damar reluctant to do so. Kinanti doesn't force too much and ask him to come to the group whenever he's ready. Damar closed his place and live in fear as the anger mob sometimes raid his house. Mark the wall with harsh word and even throw rocks to the house sometimes. Once in a while, Kusuma Wijaya always come to his house. He is ordered by Kinanti to take care of Damar as he is still afraid to comes out of the house. Kusuma feels bad for Damar's condition.

One day Kinanti come to Damar's house. She ask him to come back to the group as his replacement got sick and unable to continue to performed. Damar wants to decline the offer but Kusuma reassured him. He then agreed to do it. His first time come back to the stage got a terrible result. He become stage fright when he step into the stage which makes the other dancers look at him in confused. Kusuma then try to comfort him and luckily Damar is manage to recover. The performance goes well although not his best performance. Over the time, Damar overcome his fright and able to perform greatly as if the case with Ki Arsa Jaya has never happen. He relieve that he has a friend like Kusuma Wijaya who is always there to help him. At this time someone is approaching him. His name is Gading Wedastra, a businessmen who owns several textile store. Their relationship become more and more closer each time. Damar is infatuated with him and he feels like the situation now is better then with Ki Arsa Jaya as Gading is a widower.

Gading then ask Damar to move in with him and he agree immediately. But this is when the thing goes down. Gading begin to control Damar's social life. He can't go anywhere without Gading knowing even to practice in the group. One day, Gading even ask him to stop dancing as he doesn't want any man look at him with lusty eyes. Damar declined his request but he is ended up beating him badly. Damar then makes an exception, he will stop performed but he can still teach them at the group. Gading agree with the condition. Kinanti feels odd with Damar request as she knows that Damar really loved dancing and performed, but she can't argue more. Damar begin his term as a dance teacher in the group and every new dancers are happy to be teach by him. But in the household, things are not getting better. Gading always find an excuse to blame Damar for something. And he is always beating him every time he blame Damar for something. Damar ended up wearing a closed clothes so no one see his wound. But Kusuma and Kinanti realize the oddity. Every time they ask Damar about it, he always tell them that everything is okay. The situation goes bad after Damar unable to come to the group to teach as he is being beaten badly and unable to move. But he just say that he caught a bad flu to Kinanti. After a week of his absence, Kusuma try to visit him but Gading doesn't give him permission to meet Damar. Kinanti and Kusuma then lost contact with Damar as his house phone is unreachable and Gading is always cast them away every time they come to visit. This makes them worry.

Kusuma with the help of the group members then try to infiltrate to Gading's house. He success to knockout Gading and find Damar lay helplessly in his bed. His condition is worse then the last time they met. Kusuma rush to the hospital so Damar can be save. The doctor says that Damar is badly injured and there are several old and new wound in his body. Damar is also malnourished. It seems that he is not eating much. His lower body is also injured because of a forced sex. Kusuma feels devastated after knowing the truth. He placed charges to Gading for what he have done. Kinanti feels relieve that Kusuma is always there to help Damar. Once she ask about Kusuma's feeling towards Damar. He say that they are just friend. Kinanti just smile knowing that Kusuma might hide his own feeling or maybe he is not realize it yet.

With Kusuma and Kinanti care, Damar gained his health and strength gradually. But there's a huge trauma there. Damar is reluctant to be touch by anyone. Every time Kusuma or Kinanti accidentally touched him, he pull himself. Kusuma also sometimes hear Damar crying in his sleep and even screaming loudly in his dream. This makes him feel so sad. Kinanti ask Kusuma to always look after Damar while she is busy with the group. One night, Damar screaming again in one of his bad dream which makes Kusuma who sleep in the coach alerted by it. He rush to the bed and hug him in reflect, try to comfort him. But the hugging give a bad response from Damar as he is punching and screaming more loudly to Kusuma, ask him to release him. At this time Kusuma realize that Gading have repeatedly rape Damar whether in his good or injured condition. Kusuma tear falls down as he hug him tightly. He bear the pain from Damar's punch and struggle in his arms. He just wants Damar to share the pain with him. Damar then fell asleep in exhaustion. Kusuma feels relieve and put him on the bed. Kusuma rush to the bathroom and cry badly as he understand the worst life that Damar face everyday in Gading's house.

The next morning, Kinanti come to visit and she see the change in both of them. She feel happy for it. In the end of her visit she say to Kusuma that she relieve Damar is in good hands now. Kusuma just smile clumsily. At night, Damar wake up screaming from another bad dream. Kusuma rush and hug him dearly. Damar try to release the hug as he still afraid to be touch by anyone. But Kusuma tighten his hug. Damar forcefully try to release the hug. He even scream for it but Kusuma stand still. He then whisper to Damar and say that he won't harmed him and he just wants him to share the pain with him. Damar break into tears. His body tremble. Kusuma hug him again tightly and then kiss him in the forehand. Damar now realize that the man in front of him is in love with him no matter how his condition now. Kusuma whisper that he will take care of Damar until the end of their day. Damar's hands trembled to reach Kusuma and hug him back. Kusuma smile as Damar hugging him, realize that Damar has overcome his trauma.

A light rain accompany the afternoon session. The weather seems to be not friendly as the heavy rain pour the city later the night. The guests and movie fans are still enjoying their evening watching the screening. There are 2 film being screen together with the closing film.

Produced and Directed by Eka Wijaya, Satu Hari is non speaking short film that shows one day routine of the main character.

Majid Widyatama is the one who Produced, Directed and Write the movie entitled Memilih. The movie revolves around Wijaya family who is in the brink of separation and how the son of the family, Ali deal with the situation.

Ali is a silent, sensitive young man from a middle-class family who has just graduated high school. While preparing for the upcoming college entrance examination, he mostly spends his days either by studying or hanging out with his close friend and crush from high school, Dinda. During one of their hang outs, Dinda reveals to him that she is dating a former classmate of theirs. Heartbroken, Ali cheerfully congratulates her despite feeling miserable inside.

His calm home life takes a turn when his working mother Nur suddenly accuses her husband, stay-at-home father Awang, for cheating. Nur, who has been frustated by the difficult financial situation her office is currently in and her husband's apparent disregard for the money she got by spending it on merchs, is "divinely inspired" to check on her husband's phone and found that he has been in constant communication with another woman. They begin to fight daily, until one day Nur expresses her wish for a divorce.

Ali, who still feels heartbroken after Dinda's revelation, began to isolate himself from his family, claiming that he needs to prepare for the examination. Deep down, however, Ali is still unable to believe that his caring, loving father might cheat, and can't help but think that maybe this is a misunderstanding on his mother's part, since Ali knows about the stress his mother has from her office condition as she frequently talks about it with him. With that in mind, Ali begins to think if it's better for him to investigate the matter alone in order to gain better understanding of the conflict. However, he then remembers that the examination is just a couple of weeks away and there are some materials that he needs to work on. Soon, Ali is conflicted between investigating it and focusing on his study. Deep down, Ali is also afraid that if he choose to investigate, it might involve him in the problem and as result, might worsen the situation between his mother and father.

In his confusion, Ali is thinking about asking for Dinda's opinion about the problem, hoping that since she comes from a broken home family, she would likely have better understanding from her experience and might gives him pointer about what he should do with the situation. However, he suddenly remembers that she is dating another person, thus makes him stopping short from asking her as he is afraid of disturbing his friend's budding relationship. His doubts about his mother, however, is gone once he accidentally overhears one of his parents' fights, where his father confirms that he is indeed, has a feeling for another woman, but insists that he doesn't want their marriage to be over. Overwhelmed with the revelation and the blooming feeling of betrayal in his mind, Ali watches helplessly as their parents continue to scream at each other, before finally his mother stomps out from the house to drive somewhere else. That night, when his mother still have yet to come back and isn't answering his calls, Ali decides to go out and look for her only to find his mother sitting alone in a park not far from their house, crying. Nur says that she wants to die, though Ali warns her to not do anything stupid before driving both of them home.

After that, with the situation at home keeps deteriorating and his mother often makes excuses to go home from work late, Ali begins to feel exhausted. He already doesn't get many sleep with his parents' fighting through the night, and he also begins to feel anxious about his chance of getting accepted into the university, especially since the stress begin to affect his study. The night before the examination, Nur comes to his room and asks Ali if it's okay for him to live without his father. As his stress level peaked, the memory of his mother saying that she wanted to die starts to reverberate in his mind, shaking him up. Overcame with emotion, Ali screams at his mother to leave him alone. Shocked, Nur silently leaves the room while Awang, who hears the scream comes to his son's room and scolds Ali for yelling at his mother, reminding him that Nur is having a hard time right now. Feeling extremely guilty, and still pissed at his father, Ali tunes his father out by daydreaming. Before he walks out from Ali's room, Awang stops at the doorway and apologizes to Ali for everything, saying that he will always love him no matter what happens.

The next day, Nur drives Ali to the examination place, a campus where Ali used to win a photography competition. As Nur remarks on this, Ali was reminded of their exchange the night before. Looking down, he apologizes to his mother, saying that he is not ready to deal with his mother's question the previous night and to please give him time to think about it after the examination is done. Smiling tearfully, Nur parks her car at the nearby parking lot and says that she has always forgives him, and that she is also sorry for all the time she and his father might have intrude his studying by their fighting. Ali says that it doesn't really matter before asking his mother to pray so he might pass the exam, and then walks out from the car to enter the building. As he looks for his examination room, he passed by Dinda, who is sitting alone by herself in front of her room. Dinda cheerfully asked him how he is doing, before grimaces as she gets a good look at his expression and stating with worry that he doesn't look okay. Smiling tiredly, Ali begins to have flashbacks about everything that happened to him before and sighing, saying that it has been an eventful month. Dinda then stands up from the bench and turns to stand beside him, saying that although she has a boyfriend now, she will always be available if he needs to talk about his problems, especially since for a long time of their friendship, she recognizes Ali as somebody who tends to bury their problem deep and thus needs coaxing to open themselves up to the others. Ali, who starts to get overwhelmed with emotion from hearing his friend's words, tears up before smiling at her, thanking Dinda for offering her time and promises to tell her everything after their examination is over, before he went back to walk into his room, that is located nearby. From behind his back, Dinda smiles and says that she will be waiting and for Ali to do his best.

During the exam, as Ali began to stumble upon the questions on the paper, he is reminded of everything that happened to him before, and of his parents' and Dinda's words. Ali smiles and mutters that he has survived the whole ordeal and he won't let some questions prevent him from passing the important examination in his life right now, as he has promised to do his best. Ali then writes his answers and once the time is up, stands to turn his paper in and leave, never looking back into the room.

The scene then turns to a family court. Nur and Awang has filed for a divorce, and the judge makes their separation permanent after a proceeding. The judge then asked which parent Ali chooses to live with. Ali states that he has made a decision, but asks that the judge tell his parents to wait outside before he tells him. His decision is left unresolved.

A heavy rain start to pour in the city from an early morning. This makes the organizer feel anxiety as the awarding night will be held at an outdoor venue. And the preparation is also on hold because of the rain. Luckily the rain start to stop at the midday and the preparation can continue.

The night has come and the venue is pack with people. Reporters and movie fans are lining up to the entrance of the venue, Ardha Chandra Amphitheater. Artists and filmmakers are coming one by one to the venue, passing through the red carpet which leads to the entrance of the amphitheater.

The amphitheater looks stunning with the glowing of lights that showing the details carved on the stage background. The symbol of Siwa Nataraja, Shiv as the cosmic dancer, can be seen on top of the central gate. The seat at the venue is already full. Artists, filmmakers and some movie fans can be seen. The sound of gamelan, the traditional orchestra music of Pemecutan is play as the background with the players can be seen seating at the left and right part of the stage. The stage is square in shape with additional at the 2 sides which usually used for music players. Surrounded the stage is a water lily pond which separated the stage and the seating area. A dozen female dancer are entering the stage. They are performing Tari Pendet, a well known welcome dance.

The dancers dance beautifully which captivated the audience especially foreigners. The dance is about 8 minutes long and it is ended with the dancers throwing the flowers that they are brought as the dance property. The clapping sound can be heard from the audience. As the gamelan sound is also ended, a voice is heard.

Around of applause can be heard as the hosts are walking from the right side of the stage into the front. They are Sintya Kemalasari which looking beautiful wearing a long white lace dress. Accompany her is veteran actor, Lukman Hadi who is wearing a maroon suit.

SK: Seems like we are going bilingual tonight
LH: Tentu saja. Dengan dwi bahasa, kita bisa menyentuh pemirsa dari dalam dan luar negeri.
SK: Exactly. Both domestic and foreign viewers now can easily following the show. First, off all we'd like to thank for all the entries for this year festival.
The audience are clapping to respect the entries.
LH: Dan tentu saja kepada dewan juri yang telah bekerja keras untuk memilah dan memilih para pemenang kita tahun ini. And for the first award, we are welcoming Satrya Wibisana.
(Translation: And of course to all the judges that have been working hard to sorted and chooses this year winners.)

Sintya Kemalasari and Lukman Hadi then walk away to the back stage. While the head light is spotting on Satrya Wibisana who is coming from the left entrance. He walk pass the stage and reached the right part of the stage where there is a podium there.

Good Evening, Selamat Malam, Rahajeng Wengi semeton sinamian. I'm honor to be here today representing the first award of this fantastic festival. The award that will be presented is Silver Clamp for Short Film.

Announcer:

The view shift into the large screen on the left side of the stage. On the screen, viewing the footage of nomination for the category. There are 2 nominees, Penasaran (Curiosity) and Satu Hari (One Day). After the footage is finished, the camera turn back to Satrya.

And the winner of Silver Clamp for Short Film is

A clapping sound are roaring throughout the venue as Azizah Mahesa standing up. She receive a lot of hand shakes and hugs which congratulate her for her win. Her smile widen as she reached the stage. She climb from the right bridge. There is a bridge that connected the seating area and the stage which is separated by water lily pond. Satrya Wibisana congratulate her and give the Silver Clamp Statue to Azizah. He then give Azizah a time to deliver her speech.

Wow! This is surprising!
Azizah shouts while lift up the statue and the audiences are cheering again.
I'm thanking for the organizer who have been so great at delivering this film festival. I'm hoping that the movie, Penasaran, will be accepted in a wider audience. And of course I'm thanking to all the crew, the actor and actress. The film can't be made without all of you. This is for you.

Azizah lift the trophy once again before she finished her speech. She is then escorted to the left entrance together with Satrya Wibisana. The audience give around of applause for her speech and for the first award category.

Good evening everyone. Rahajeng wengi. It is a great opportunity for me to be able to standing here in front a the great filmmakers. Not just from Pemecutan but also from abroad. I'm also feel thankful to Ubung Film Institute for their initiation and determination so this film festival can be held every year.

Some others are also congratulate him as he walks toward the stage. Kadek Oka Sulati give him the Clamp Statue and congratulate him.

He do the twirl which makes the audience laugh.

The outfit is pretty much the same. Well, I'm here not to pose or being a model for a fashion house but to deliver a category. It is Silver Clamp Teruni Award, an award for best actress. And the nominees are...

The large screen on the left side is showing the clips of performance from lead and supporting actresses of the 7 competitive entries. A total of 10 actresses are being nominated. Sandra look surprise in her sit. Ayu Ratri who sit next to her immediately hug her while Sandra is still disbelief that she win the award. After sometimes, she can compose herself. She is then standing up and walk to the stage. Everyone is congratulate her as she walks. Nala Salim even standing at the seating alley waiting for her to pass. They hug each other for a while. Salim seems to whispering to Sandra before she continue her walks. Reaching the stage, Nengah Setiawan also congratulate her and give a light hug before giving her the Clamp Statue.

Huft! I'm shaking. Hahaha.

Ismadar is jumping from his seat. He feels the joy and the surprise after the announcement. Desmond who is seating next to him, hug him tightly. They are both shares the joy. Anna Sharen is also congratulate him. He walks fast to the stage. Stopping here and there as everyone congratulate him.

On the stage, Kamila Karyono give him the Clamp Statue and also congratulate him with a kiss on his cheek. Ismadar then take over the podium.

Hah. This is really surprising. I don't know what to say. Hahaha. But anyway, I'm thanking the film festival first and the organizer. This is really a great place to showcase a movie. The mid-30s man walks rather fast to reach the right podium. He looks stunning wearing a navy blue suit. The slim glass that he wear added the classy style.

Selamat malam and Good evening to the audience. Hope everyone still enjoying the show. Just stay calm until the end and maybe there's a door prize waiting.

The audiences are laughing at his joke.

Hhmm. Okay I think that's for another show.

So let's get serious here. I'm here to represent the Pemecutan Grand Prix Award. This was the main award for this film festival before it is going international. It is solely for Pemecutanian films. So, we're put a little ego here.

A scream of joy can be heard from the left and center seating area. The producers, Putu Ananda Putra and Ayu Ratri Handayani together with Komang Raka, the director are walking hand in hand to the stage. From the other part, Gede Wirama, Ayu Ratri, Sandra Lestari and Yudha Birawa also walk to the stage. The stage are rather pack with that many people. Wayan Raka Anggara give the Clamp Statue to Putu Ananda Putra before give him the place.

Astungkara. This is surprising. We are so happy. Okay, thank you to Ubung Film Institute for the great festival. All the crews, the artists and everyone that involved in this film. We won!!!

The audience are giving a standing ovation as all the crews are hugging together. They are then being escorted to the back stage together with Wayan Raka Anggara. The stage lights are immediately dimmed. The intro of a song can be heard and the head light spotting the central entrance where there is a man standing there. He is walking slowly to the center of the stage as he sing the original soundtrack of The Maestro.

After the song is ended, the camera then shift to the right podium where Sintya Kemalasari and Lukman Hadi are standing there.

LH: That's true. And there's a few awards left. For the next award, we have the winner of Best Supporting Actress PAMPAS Academy Award.
SK: Mari kita sambut. Putu Sudha Kamaranthi.

The headlight turn to the right entrance where a late 20s woman walk elegantly in pastel blue embroidery mermaid dress. She give a light smile as she walks to the left podium.

Huft. What a great night.
Congratulation to the winners so far. And Good evening audience. It's good to be here. Watching great films. Meeting with filmmakers from another countries. It's a great experience. And I am here to announce the Grand Jury Award.

Announcer:
Category Grand Jury Award. The nominees are...

The footage of the 7 competitive entries are once again showed on the right screen. It's not a long footage but surely captures the most memorable scene for each films. The camera then showing Kamaranthi again who is standing there with an envelope on her hand.

And the Grand Jury Award is given to...

A combination of applauses, scream, shouts and cheers can be heard after the announcement. Putu Ananda Putra, Ayu Ratri Handayani and Komang Raka are walking together to the stage. The are receiving hugs and hand shakes along the way. Putu Sudha Kamaranthi give the Clamp Statue to Ayu Ratri Handayani this time before she congratulate the others. The artists also come from the back stage to accompany them at the podium. Ayu Ratri Handayani take the podium.

I am speechless. Knowing that a film with a sensitive issue got this much appreciation is really overwhelming for me. And I'm thanking all of you for this award. The Institute, the crews, the artists and of course the audiences. The viewers who have been accepting our film. Thank you.

The audience give another applauses and standing ovation after a moving speech from one the director of Galuh. They are being escorted to the back stage together with Putu Sudha Kamaranthi.

Prima Lesmana walks from the left entrance. He looks stunning with a batik printed suit. Arrive at the right podium, he clear his throat before leaning forward to the microphone.

Selamat malam. Good evening. What a beautiful night. I'm very happy to stand here between the respective filmmakers not just from Pemecutan but also from abroad. And I'm here not just to give you a monologue. But to deliver one award. Silver Clamp for Screenwriter Award. And the nominees...

Announcer:
Category Silver Clamp for Screenwriter Award. The nominees are....

The left screen is showing the pictures of each screenwriters from 7 competitive films side by side with the film that they written. After all the screenwriters are being shown, the screen is showing all the screenwriters in their seating position with the name of the film underneath it. Prima Lesmana then take over the show.

And the Silver Clamp for Screenwriter Award goes to...

A loud scream can be heard from the left row of the seating. Maavelijk and Ancic are hugging each other. They are feeling the joy and surprise. Both walk hand in hand to the stage. Everyone congratulate them as they pass the row. At the stage, Prima give the Clamp Statue to Ancic and congratulate them both. He give Maavelijk a moment to give the speech.

Good evening. I'm speechless. This is unbelievable. Hahaha. We're thanking to the institute for this great film festival. For the producers to pick up our writings. Nuharaini, thank you for bringing our writing to life. Thank you for the artists. You are all great. Thank you.
Ancic take over the podium.
This award is also for Kashvelga who is unfortunately can't be here tonight. This is for you. We won!

The audience are also laugh for the excitement that being represent by Ancic at the end of their speech. A round of applause is given to them as they are escorted to the back stage with Prima Lesmana following from behind. The headlight then turn to the right entrance. A woman walk elegantly with a warm smile on her face as the announcer introduce her. She is wearing an ivory lace long gown.

Best Actress of 35th PAMPAS Academy Award, please welcome, Putu Ayundari...

Good evening and Selamat malam. I'm so happy to be here. To be part of this great event. And now I am entrusted to deliver the next award. The Silver Clamp for Directing Award.

Announcer:
The nominees for Silver Clamp for Directing Award are...

The right screen is showing a footage of the directors from the 7 competitive films. It is showed the directors as they are directing the films. One by one of them are being shown. As it end, the screen is showing the directors from their seating position tonight side by side with the poster of the film. The camera then turn to Putu Ayundari who is holding the envelope.

I have the result here.
So the winner of Silver Clamp for Directing Award is...

Komang Raka looks stun. He doesn't move from his seat while his wife who is next to him already hug him tightly. It took a while for Komang Raka to digest the result. He is then stand up and walk to the aisle to reach the stage. Everyone congratulate him. Hand shakes and hugs. One by one as he reach the stage. Putu Ayundari also hug him before give the Clamp Statue to him. Komang Raka stand at the podium, looks confused while holding the trophy.

I...Okay, I'm speechless.
The audience are laughing for his confuseness.
I'm so happy that I can't even say anything. Huft. This is really surprising. Okay. Thank you the Institute for the great event. Our crew. Our artists. Everyone that make this film come true. Thank you. I'm so excited when I'm directing the film. And I'm happy with all the positive feedback that we receive. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

The audience give an applause for the speech. Some of them are giving a standing ovation for Komang Raka's winning. As Komang Raka and Putu Ayundari are escorted to the back stage, another sound of music can be heard. A fusion between ethnic and contemporary music. The headlight split into both left and right sides entrance. On the right, Ayu Laksmi is walking slowly as she humming to the music. While on the left side, there is Baladewa who is walking while holding the guitar which is also his signature style. Both of them walking to the center of the stage and begin to sing the song that's become the runner up of 90th WorldVision Song Contest.

The audience are giving their applause for the performance of Baladewa and Ayu Laksmi. The stage is immediately being cleared as the camera is focusing on Sintya Kemalasari and Lukman Hadi. Both of them walks to the center of the stage.

LH: That's what you call a performance.
SK: It's sure is. Mereka benar-benar memberikan semangat untuk kita semua yang masih menunggu-nunggu siapa yang akan memenangkan penghargaan utama malam ini.
(translation: They are really giving the spirit for us who are still waiting for knowing who will take the ultimate award for this night)
LH: We sure do.
SK: And the nominees for Golden Clamp Award are....

Category Golden Clamp Award. The nominees are...

Both screens are viewing the footage of the 7 competitive films that entering this year festival. The footage is not just showing the clips from the film but also some production footages. A light clap can be heard as the footage keep showing one by one of the nominees. As the footage ended, the screens show the posters of the nominees.

SK:That's our 7 great nominees.
LH: This is so intense
Lukman Hadi is opening the envelope and give it to Sintya. They are both make a sign together.
The Hosts: And the Golden Clamp Award goes to....

Nuharaini feels shock as the hosts are announcing the winner. Ancic and Maavelijk are hugging each other. Nahwaruddin, Sharen and Desmond Harry are also shouting in joy. While all the audiences are giving them a standing ovation. Nuharaini and all the crews are walking together to the stage. Many others are giving hand shakes and hugs to congratulate them for the winning. Arrive at the stage, Sintya give the Golden Statue to Nuharaini before congratulate her and the others. Lukman Hadi follows her from behind. Both of them are stepping back and giving the spotlight to the winner.

This is unbelievable. I can't believe we win. Wow! Thank you for the Institute. The Jury. This result is shocking for me. For all my crew, thank you for the hard work. We did it!
Desmond Harry then take over the microphone.
This is also to the movie fans in our home country. Thank you for all of your support. We can. We can built the industry together.

As Desmond finished his speech, a loud applause and standing ovations are given to them as the winner of the ultimate award of Ubung Film Festival. An award that will be always remember forever. As the crew are being escorted to the back stage, Sintya and Lukman are once again step in to the microphone.

LH: Dengan penyerahan penghargaan tadi maka sampailah kita dipenghujung acara malam ini.
(translation: And with the last Award given, we are reaching the end of our event tonight.)
SH: We are thanking to the Institute to make this happen. To the Jury for the tremendous selection. To the great entries that have entertain us for this past week. And of course to the audiences, the movie fans who have always support this festival. Thank you all.
