Recent News,

September 25th: With a vote of 3 yays and 0 nays, the New Greater Lardyland bill is passed, relaunching the Greater Lardyland pact, with this bill passing, Lardyland hopes to create new and better partnerships with more and more regions in the near future.

September 26th: A new recruitment campaign is started, and a vote for potentially adding an rp in lardyland is created.

October 2nd: The Vice-Delegate and the Minister of the Interior resign due to mass criticism over their administrations, elections are also currently being held as of this day and they have immediately been replaced due to that. The new Vice-Delegate is Snow Miser, and the new Minister of the Interior is Mehmet Temeri

November 9th-November 15th: After the former founder of Lardyland, Captain Lard, got bored of Nationstates, he decided to ban almost everyone in Lardyland and got himself banned by the moderators. Discussions began on what to do next, a new region, Spammystan, was founded in case the Lardyland community would have to migrate. The next day a Liberation proposal for Lardyland was placed into the Security Council and another, more well written draft was being drafted by the Pacific's Foreign Minister, Xoriet. Discussions began on how to save Lardyland from this, the Discussions lasted for a few days until it was finally agreed that 3 members of Lardyland would refound the region to make sure that it can't get refounded by enemies of Lardyland. The mission was a success, a Provisional government was also established in Spammystan. On November 15th the Spammystan Provisional Government also became the Lardyland Provisional Government after a brief discussion with the new founder.

A surprising amount of people think we are fascists. Mainly because The Pacific always exaggerates everything, and other raiders also think we are fascists.

But, as someone who has been involved with lardyland since like early 2020 or late 2019, I can say that we aren't and never have been Fascist nor nazi.

The most i ever saw were like very edgy jokes, but there are no actual fascists in the region.

You guys are oddly obsessed with us. We prefer to ignore you, although your RMB spends a concerning amount of time pinging me on occasion. We'd raid you even if you didn't have people who quoted Hitler on the RMB, didn't maintain fascist embassies, and even if you hadn't joined that old fascist alliance just because you spam and embassy spam so much. There were also a number of impersonation and flag-stealing incidents from Lardyland directed to us, and once or twice a coordinated spamming of The Pacific's RMB. However, ignoring you is preferable.

2. It appears that the more I learn about the conflict, the more anti-peace I am.
Don't get me wrong though, I'm not supportive of behaviour that would result in anyone facing Mod wrath. I just think that solving the conflict would require sacrifices nobody is willing to make. To make the GCRs happy, Lardyland would have to stop doing stuff that makes Lardyland Lardyland and the GCRs and other Fashbashers would have to dial back on their personalities as well. Do you want that?

57. I've got embassy request spammers in my other regions but I don't have to consciously ignore them, I simply don't feel them. And it's only like every 25 days if they remember to send the next request... Any volunteers to tell me why embassy request spammers are an issue?

16. Why are people always asking "does @region@ have embassy with Lardyland?", pointing out that "@region@ has an embassy with Lardyland" etc....? How many regions raided by your kind had the raids justified partially or fully by "they have an embassy with Lardyland" or "they are run by a guy who used to have a nation in Lardyland"? How many of such regions do you watch with the intention of raiding them? By this time one should be able to smell obsession both ways.
But I have to agree, you do a lot of ignoring in the times when you ain't busy obsessing. The problem is you can afford it. They can't. Being in the majority, Lardylands opponents (mainly GCRs) are hardly hindered by Lardylands actions. The same can't be said about Lardyland or the small, weak regions raided or otherwise harassed simply because they had an embassy with Lardyland. Even if the people joined arms and staged a coup or something... I mean, there was a big coup in one of the GCRs and it was all in vein.

6. You're talking to the guy who turns trolls and annoying people into personal amusement fools. Unless you have at least one "@nation@ mentioned you in a RMB post in Lardyland" notice every time you open NS, all I hear is infants whining and there is no need for you to worry. But if you have them there, then that's an issue and I shall talk to Pinochet because the perpetrators oughta be dealt with for the crime of artificially escalating the conflict in direct contradiction to the recently established government policy.

3. How many of your regions are held by Lardyland? None? And now, who's been refounding away happily in Spam? Still Legio Pacifica? You know, it must be hard not to be obsessed with your kind if literally all the bad stuff can be attributed to yur kind, from meaningless small things to such issues as Spam or the "Lards are fash" conspiracy.

A nation's name should have no impact on their region's relations, especially given the contents of the statement you claimed to have read and especially since they have done nothing to demonstrate any actually fascist behavior

You may point to isolated events from our past but these events are not a pattern, in case you don't know our M.O. for many years was doing things for the meme, we've been better about dialing this back in recent times

That's my 2 cents anyways since Pinny's name is like 50% of the arguments against lardyland
