[Q] Is blood acceptable under PG-13?

I was writing a roleplaying post and decided to add on an art to display the ongoing events. As far as I undertstand from the One-Way-Rule-Shop, dismemberment and outright gore are unacceptable because of the PG-13 rule. As such, I’ve censored all of the gorish elements in the image, however, I have my concerns about the general blood display being allowed on the site. The censored image is here.

Basically my question is: does it violate the PG-13 rules and regulations? Thank you.

In your case, yes. I don't think any player besides you spends as much effort trying to get as close to the edge as you do. So I'm going to give you, personally, a blanket ruling: if you think you should ask, the answer is always 'No'.

The way I see it, if you feel you need to skate that close the edge as you so often need to, you should start looking for a more permissive or private site for your roleplays. NationStates is obviously too restrictive for you.

I know that you, for one reason or another believe that I enjoy pushing rules to the limit and/or walking at the edge of the line, however, I would prefer if you would treat me without any personal grudge and prejudice.
