OVERVIEW
Figtrub International Airport is the largest airport in terms of passenger volume and cargo handled in the Republic of Mikat. It is the primary international air transportation hub of the country and serves regional and international flights from the largest airlines of the world. An airport rail link connecting to Mikat City proper was recently opened in July 2021. The rail link shortened the travel time from a 2-hour drive to under 20 minutes. Covering 5,000 square meters, Figtrub has one terminal, 1,000 parking spaces of which half are covered.

Green Line
The Green Line is a newly built airport rail that connects the Figtrub International Airport to Mikat City proper and shortens the travel time from and to the city from 2 hours to under 20 minutes. The airport link derives its name from the color of its rail stock. The Green Line is fully airconditioned and has free public wifi.
Fig Tree Cafe
The Fig Tree Cafe is an airport lounge that any visitor can access, regardless of their airline or seat class. Customers need only to pay the fee for the pass in order to enjoy the facility and it services, including a quiant cafe, shower facilities, free Wifi and telephone services and free newspapers and magazines. Customers don't need to book in advance, they can just walk in and relax!
