FLOX Roster Guide (WIP)

Week 1

FLOX OMEGA DIVISION 2040 SEASON
Austin City 4–1 Rapido Burns
Alexandria City 3–0 West Hills FC
Bearden 4–2 United Marietta FC
Pearlham SC 3–4 Reedostown
Hawthorne Kickers 3–4 Rome Beach
SC Nortonshaw 1–2 Capital FC
Galaxy SC 5–3 Ferryman's XI
Carleton Park Rangers 3–4 Islandside
Delano City 2–0 East End FC
Vanosdale 5–4 Dursten Easterners

Opening night of FLOX saw a wild shootout in a rather bleak sea of opening week games. Newcomers Vanosdale, did a lot of work in the transfer market and had it show off! They scored 5 times against the Noted OAM goalie Laurents D. Though not all was lost for the viewers in Oberour Ar Moro! Daric Piz-d’Oë scored a goal in the 54th and Youen Nazon a LW moved to ROM scored two goals. Galaxy took down Ferryman's hard behind a hat trick from debutant Eshian, Anthony Baudelio. The improved Islandside team finally got some time together as they held off a late charge from CPR, and both AC's beat up on weakling teams from Rapido and West Hills respectively. Hawthoren got off to a slow start and Rome Beach pounced winning 4-3 while Delano took down EE and the new non-human player Oksana Igantov 2-0, though that wasn't for Ignatov's lack of trying. Pearlham also struggled losing to normally defensive Reedostown, 4-3.

Week 2

Rapido Burns 1–3 Dursten Easterners
East End FC 5–2 Vanosdale
Islandside 5–4 Delano City
Ferryman's XI 1–0 Carleton Park Rangers
Capital FC 2–5 Galaxy SC
Rome Beach 3–3 SC Nortonshaw
Reedostown 3–4 Hawthorne Kickers
United Marietta FC 1–5 Pearlham SC
West Hills FC 0–2 Bearden
Austin City 1–0 Alexandria City

Dursten starts off Thursday night by taking down Rapido 3-1, with their new stud striker Youen Nazon scoring another goal. Hawthorne Kickers outlasted Reedostown in a surprisingly high scoring game. Galaxy took down Capital 5-2 as the acquisition of Baudelio looks smarter and smarter every day. Ferryman's XI take down a very sluggish looking CP The battle of the AC's goes to Austin City who played a fine defenseive game, as did Alexandria city, but a team with Carlton Brower and three additional NTers at Defender, prove to much for Alex City. Rome Beach and SC Nortonshaw draw, but at the cost of a pair of the Levi siblings.

Week 3

Alexandria City 3–2 Rapido Burns
Bearden 2–2 Austin City
Pearlham SC 3–0 West Hills FC
Hawthorne Kickers 3–0 United Marietta FC
SC Nortonshaw 3–4 Reedostown
Galaxy SC 1–1 Rome Beach
Carleton Park Rangers 1–1 Capital FC

Delano City 1–2 Ferryman's XI
Vanosdale 1–0 Islandside
Dursten Easterners 3–2 East End FC

Bearden and Austin City are two titans of modern day FLOX, so naturally they were the Thursday night kickoff game. A 2-2 draw seemes only like the mot natural result for two teams so evenly matched up with each other. On the weekend Pearlham kept West Hills shut out for a third straight game, Kickers kicked around UMFC, and Reedostown got by SC Nortonshaw who themselves are reeling from an injury bug of late. Galaxy struggles in the dome against RB and CPR and Capital put up a hard fight the end result of which is a 1 all draw. Vanosdale scratches their way by a shockingly improved Islandside and Dursten squeaks ahead of East End 3-2.

Week 4

FLOX OMEGA DIVISION 2040 SEASON
Rapido Burns 0–1 East End FC
Islandside 0–2 Dursten Easterners
Ferryman's XI 0–3 Vanosdale
Capital FC 5–4 Delano City
Rome Beach 5–3 Carleton Park Rangers
Reedostown 0–1 Galaxy SC
United Marietta FC 2–1 SC Nortonshaw
West Hills FC 1–2 Hawthorne Kickers
Austin City 3–1 Pearlham SC
Alexandria City 2–3 Bearden

Week four was lead off by the Thursday night game between Galaxy Sporting Club and Reedostown. It was an absolute brutal defensive match with a lot of good defensive work from players such as Aristotle Bryant and longtime Bryan Ramone. UMFC knocked off a banged up SC Nortonshaw 2-1, East end takes down Rapido 1-0 in a rainy slugfest. Dursten looks like the Dursten we all know and love as Daric Piz-d’Oë scores both goals in a 2-0 win over a much improved Islandside squad that will be the thorn in many teams flesh in the future. Asustin City takes down Pearlham handedly and Rome Beach cruises in the dome to a 5-3 win over CPR. For the Sunday night matchup Bearden took down Alex City 3-2.

Week 5

FLOX OMEGA DIVISION 2040 SEASON
Bearden 5–2 Rapido Burns
Pearlham SC 2–0 Alexandria City
Hawthorne Kickers 1–2 Austin City
SC Nortonshaw 1–1 West Hills FC
Galaxy SC 5–2 United Marietta FC
Carleton Park Rangers 1–0 Reedostown
Delano City 5–2 Rome Beach
Vanosdale 4–5 Capital FC
Dursten Easterners 2–2 Ferryman's XI
East End FC 0–0 Islandside

The week got kicked off Thursday with a premium matchup between Pearlham and Alex City, Pearlham's Andrew Gasey got two goals and looked to have had a hat trick, only to have the goal negated by offsides. Capital outlasts Vanosdale 5-4, Galaxy thrashes around the much weaker UMFC and Nortonshaw and West Hills get needed points with a 1-1 draw. Delano City's Few Kennedy gets player of the week though, Few scored 4 of the teams 5 goals in their 5-2 conquering of Rome Beach.

Week 6

Rapido Burns 1–2 Islandside
Ferryman's XI 5–3 East End FC
Capital FC 1–2 Dursten Easterners
Rome Beach 3–5 Vanosdale
Reedostown 1–3 Delano City
United Marietta FC 3–4 Carleton Park Rangers
West Hills FC 2–4 Galaxy SC
Austin City 2–0 SC Nortonshaw
Alexandria City 3–0 Hawthorne Kickers
Bearden 3–3 Pearlham SC

What an odd week of FLOX Omega Division football. Of the ten games playede on week 6 of the season, only 3 home teams won their matchup up. Ferryman's XI won 5-3 over East End. Ferryman's recent acquisition Dana Akiak playing great for the team and has turned into a team leader despite being so young at merely 19 and Katie Gol;den of Cassadaigua looked great but had a couple tough shots get by her. Austin City took advantage of a reeling SC Nortonshaw to blank them 2-0 and Alex City mildly upset the Hawthorne Kickers by blanking them out 3-0. Other big games in the Omega Division included Dursten squeeking out a win over Capital and Vanosdale overcoming a quick 2-0 start from Rome Beach ten minutes in, to defeat them 5-3. Galaxy played West Hills hard fast and beat em' up early winning 4-2 in Bearden.

Week 7

Pearlham SC 3–0 Rapido Burns
Hawthorne Kickers 3–3 Bearden
SC Nortonshaw 3–2 Alexandria City
Galaxy SC 4–2 Austin City
Carleton Park Rangers 4–2 West Hills FC
Delano City 1–1 United Marietta FC
Vanosdale 3–1 Reedostown
Dursten Easterners 1–1 Rome Beach
East End FC 4–4 Capital FC

Islandside 1–4 Ferryman's XI

Thursday night proved to be a thriller! Kickers vs Bearden is always a premium matchup and having all of the fandoms eyes on you at Thursday night. Denis Classie scored two late goals at 77th and 92nd minute to steal a point from Omega Divsion rival Kickers. SC Nortonshaw held on to a win over Alex City despite more injuries piling up, at this rate Zach Bob may have to start and when your team mascot has to start that can't be good! CPR took down West Hills, Delano tied up with UMFC, Pearlham crushed a lowly Rapido, Dursten drew RB and EE Got a 4-4 draw with intra-territorial rival Capital FC. Meanwhile on Sunday Night, Ferryman's XI took down a surging Islandside team 4-1.

Week 8

FLOX OMEGA DIVISION 2040 SEASON
Rapido Burns 1–3 Ferryman's XI
Capital FC 2–1 Islandside
Rome Beach 0–1 East End FC
Reedostown 2–4 Dursten Easterners
United Marietta FC 2–2 Vanosdale
West Hills FC 1–1 Delano City

Austin City 1–4 Carleton Park Rangers
Alexandria City 3–2 Galaxy SC
Bearden 2–1 SC Nortonshaw
Pearlham SC 1–1 Hawthorne Kickers

Thursday night was not the best game, but hey you'll get the clunkers with the good un's. East End upended a sloppy Rome Beach team at the Benson Dome 1-0 in a weirdly normal game of football especially for a dome. Capital took on Islandside and won 2-1, Cody Denjamic and his substitute Carina Bruce, both getting goals. Alex City got by Galaxy 3-2 with a 82nd minute goal by Harrison Gilchrist. Dursten dominated Reedostown 4-2 in a game that was not as close as the score implied. UMFC drew Vanosdale and West Hills got a needed point from drawing Delano City. Austin City had a weird and uncharacteristically bad game. Losing to a solid but not spectacular Carelton Park Rangers team 4-1.

Week 9

FLOX OMEGA DIVISION 2040 SEASON
Hawthorne Kickers 1–2 Rapido Burns
SC Nortonshaw 3–3 Pearlham SC
Galaxy SC 3–4 Bearden
Carleton Park Rangers 1–0 Alexandria City
Delano City 1–1 Austin City
Vanosdale 3–1 West Hills FC
Dursten Easterners 2–1 United Marietta FC
East End FC 1–3 Reedostown
Islandside 4–1 Rome Beach
Ferryman's XI 1–2 Capital FC

Well would there be any other game to play on the marquee thursday night game than a matchup of Bearden and Galaxy SC? Two rivals who hate each other for reasons none other than, simply the two teams being equally good. In the 55th minute it turned into a slugfest! A literall brawl erupted in the 56th minute after a header went in the goal off the head of Kylian LaCroix, the opponents were looking for an offside call when none was given when it appeared a player or fans said something tauntingly and a brawl erupted. in the end multiple reds were handed out and the game went into a lul with most the teams just wanting to get out of there. Otherwise the rest of the week was uneventful save a couple other games. Capital overcame Ferryman's XI 2-1, Dursten over UMFC 2-1, Islandside over RB 4-1 but otherwise the big game was Rapido Burns' 2-1 win over the Hawthorne Kickers! The team now has 3 points to their total after losing the first 8.

Week 10

FLOX OMEGA DIVISION 2040 SEASON
Rapido Burns 4–4 Capital FC
Rome Beach 4–4 Ferryman's XI

Reedostown 2–4 Islandside
United Marietta FC 3–1 East End FC
West Hills FC 1–4 Dursten Easterners
Austin City 4–3 Vanosdale
Alexandria City 1–1 Delano City
Bearden 0–3 Carleton Park Rangers
Pearlham SC 0–1 Galaxy SC
Hawthorne Kickers 3–5 SC Nortonshaw

Hawthorne Kickers season has had a rough start. A 5-3 home loss to the SC Nortonshaw team that can't seem to field its starting 11 on a consistent basis has proven this. meanwhile another big name in the sport thats struggled in this week is Bearden. They had a wild and sloppy game losing 3-0 to CPR but likely the Galaxy SC-Bearden brawl didn't help. AC drew DC 1-1. Dursten now leads the division after a 4-1 crush of West Hills FC and AUstin City beats newbies Vanosdale 4-3. Rapido got a point drawing Capital and 4 all and Rome Beach did the same in the West Gulf Derby!

After 10 MDs a surprise leader is at the top. Dursten Easterns are up by a point over Galaxy, who has themselves seem to corrected course. How will the next set of games go? Who knows......

Week 10

FLOX OMEGA DIVISION 2040 SEASON
SC Nortonshaw 4–3 Rapido Burns
Galaxy SC 1–2 Hawthorne Kickers
Carleton Park Rangers 4–3 Pearlham SC
Delano City 0–2 Bearden
Vanosdale 2–4 Alexandria City
Dursten Easterners 0–1 Austin City
East End FC 2–2 West Hills FC
Islandside 2–3 United Marietta FC
Ferryman's XI 2–2 Reedostown
Capital FC 5–3 Rome Beach

Opening game of the week was the biggest rivalry in modern day FLOX Omega Division, Galaxy SC versus the Hawthorne Kickers! Hawthorne took a lead in the 70th minute when Bero Lazzara knocked in a penalty kick to give the Kickers a 2-1 lead they wouldn't relinquish. Austin City took down Dursten as reserve player Mario Higata scored in the 88th minute to knock down the leading Easterners. A wobbly, hobbling Nortonshaw team barely took down Rapido 4-3. Ferryman's XI tried its best but could only draw with the tough Reedostown team. UMFC, and I never thought id' say this, upset Islandside 3-2. While East End and West Hills drew 2-2. Bearden also won to take a one point lead by taking down Delano City SC 2-0.

Week 11

FLOX OMEGA DIVISION 2040 SEASON

Alexandria City 3–0 Dursten Easterners
Bearden 4–3 Vanosdale
Pearlham SC 3–4 Delano City
Hawthorne Kickers 1–1 Carleton Park Rangers
SC Nortonshaw 1–4 Galaxy SC

This is the Season of the veteran Keepers! Cooter Harris is having a fnatastic season at CPR and he had one of his finer games preserving his team a point in a 1-1draw with the Hawthorne Kickers a game in which he preserved that one 1 goal draw for 70 minutes. Delano City SC beat up a very inconsistent Pearlham SC 4-3, Galaxy took care of SC Nortonshaw and Islandside took down fellow Yo-Yo team West Hills FC 2-1. Alex City got by Dursten 3-0 surprisingly on a couple of of early goals from Harrison Gilchrist.

On Thursday night we had a showdown in Carleton Park. CPR and keeper Cooter Harris of Happilopper held off the surging Nortonshaw attack and the team again held on to a 1-1 draw. Hawthrone Kickers star Bero Lazzarra got his second hat trick of his career scoring all three goals in a 3-1 win over the Delano City Sports Club. Dursteng ets a key draw versus Bearden, Islandside gets four goals including two from Paige Dyson and upset Austin City 4-2. UMFC take down Capital 4-3 and Galaxy crusises over Rapido 2-0.

Hawthorne Kickers 1–2 Vanosdale
SC Nortonshaw 1–2 Delano City
Galaxy SC 2–1 Carleton Park Rangers

On Thursday Night, Galaxy played CPR and cruised to a 2-1 victory. It was one of those games that sounded better than they game actually was. Galaxy toyed around with the Rangers as once they got to a 2-0 lead. Pearlham drew Dursten who is now sliding, and Bearden beat East End. Reedostown took out lowly Rapido while Rome Beach put one over UMFC. Vanosdale and striker Youen Nazon got a huge goal late in the game when he kicked one into the goal at minute 84, to seal the deal for Vanosdale. Delano Beat up on Nortonshaw, Alex City beat Islandside despite another Paige Dyson Hat Trick. Austin City and Carlton Brower ran all up and downt he field beating Ferryman's XI. Rapido has not had a fun go of it. The biggest game so far this season in terms of a blow out and they are on the wrong side of it. CPR Cruised scoring early and often, four players scored goals including two a piece from Misa Kawakami and Oliver Curtis. Hawthorne took out Dursten with a 4-3 scoreline, and the most exciting game was probably thursday night between Delano City and Galaxy SC which was a 2-2 fun game. Bearden beat up on Islandside and Ferryman's XI beat Alex City 4-2. East End took out Pearlham.

We go from Rapidos 6-0 drubbing last week, to Pearlham on crack! Pearlham takes down down an Islandside who looked completely overmatched and poor Ivan Zinchencko a very compitent goalkeeper couldn't keep up with Andrew Gasey and company. Thursday night saw some good football being played. Austin City took down Rome Beach with two late Carlton Brower goals in the 63rd and 71st minutes as Austin City came from 2-0 down to garner a huge W vs Rome Beach. Bearden took down RB's rival, the Farryman's XI team in a 3-1 victory. Hawthorne and East End drew each other 1-1. CPR snuck by a tough Vanosdale team late, Bearden looked on point with Dennis Classie being his usual self and getting a hat trick for the Bulldogs. Austin City cruised by Reedostown, SC Nortonshaw beat up on East End, and Delano took care of Rapido. Bearden and Bill St John, with help from Dennis Classie beat up on ROme Beach 4-3. East End beat Galaxy 4-2 and CPR won 4-2 against Dursten and their usually potent defense. THis was in part thanks to Lara Wedderban a reserve striker for CPR got two goals in 12 minutes late (61,73). Reedostown 2–1 Bearden
United Marietta FC 1–1 Alexandria City

Dursten draws on thursday night after a 2-2 slog with Delano, but again Daric Piz-d’Oë looks like a surefire newcomer of the year winner right now with another set of goals. Reedostown upsets Bearden on a late goal by Alfie Mills. Rome Beach beat down Pearlham in the Dome and Nortonshaw eands season half on a high note with a 2-1 win over Ferryman's XI as both Rome Beach teams played home games today I can't imagine how bad the traffic there was. Islandside 0–1 Carleton Park Rangers
East End FC 0–2 Delano City
Dursten Easterners 1–3 Vanosdale

What a weird day for FLOX omega Division. Every game was won by the home team aside from one. That game was a 2-2 draw between the Ferryman's XI and Galaxy SC teams. Austin City came into a packed Rapido stadium, (though not saying much as Rapido is home to the Omega Divisions smallest stadium) and cruised to a 4-2 win. Kickers won in the dome on a Kyle Broadway goal in the 80th minute.. Delano Cruises 2-0 and CPR gets by Islandside 1-0.

Alex vs Austin is always an entertaining matchup in FLOX especially as of late. The deul of the AC's turned into a draw though thanks to Harrison GIlchrist late heroics, a 72nd minute goal from the young human from Sylestone put his team from getting no points to getting 1 and preventing Austin City from getting three. Hawthrone got a key win ant the Richmond Ave Bowl with their takedown of Reedostown. Bearden beat West Hills 2-0 Pearlham over UMFC 4-2 with another Andrew Gasey Hat Trick and CPR drew Ferryman's XI in the rain 0-0. Despite the trio of Yarville, Broadway and Lazzera getting a goal, Hailey Rae Crawford just looked a bit off and the UMFC team got 3 goals themselves. XTRA BROADCAST INTERNATIONAL - Southwest Eastnorth Football Association - SWENFA Directional Premier League

In honor of XTRA gaining rights to SWEN's Directional Premier league, we would like to put together a preview of this rather young but promising league!

Amarock AWAC Express

Manager: Anton Scoby (56)
Assistant Manager: Luke Graham (40) Terri Leopald (39)
Goalkeepers: Jerry DeMutt (SWE) - Alfonso Richter (SWE)
Defenders: Jennifer Smith (SWE) - Paris Dukaukis (SWE) - Lance Thorton (XAN) - Shane Bradford (SWE) - Tim Teipold (SWE) - Garry Gettingberg (SWE) - August Pershing (SWE) - Maya Tiffin (SWE)
Midfielders: Bernie Beard (SWE) - Yafe Laurens (PFA) - Dave Clinton (CDG) - Tipper Fraley (SWE) - Nigel Thorn (SWE) - Victoria Slovak (SWE) - Jim Perry (SWE) - Andrew Rice (SWE)
Forwards: Hank Del Jux (XAN) - Fremicheal Anderson (SWE) - Scott Barnes (SWE) - Luigi Antonio Baretta (SWE)
Full Name: Amarock Wildcatters Atletic Club
Nicknames: Express
Location: Amarock (pop 90,000)
Stadium: Metropolitan Coliseum (9,000) - https://i.imgur.com/A8IL85a.jpg
Kit Sponsor: Metropolitan Petroleum Group
Average Attendance: 6,421
Commentary: Amarock is one of the two big oil boom cities in SWEN, this is why the Wildcatters Athletic Club was able to obtain a license for the league a couple seasons ago. With Amarock's wealthy benefector and club member Dennis Schutlz being the driving force behind the team, expect the team to have $$$ but aminities are mid pack so that could keep some bigger players away in the long term. their big signing was former Xannerian and Baker Park player Hank Del Jux.
Supporters and Rivalries: Oasis Blur FC (The Black Gold Derby)
The Fans Expect: top-5
The Pundit's Prediction: 7th

Auberlein Originals

Manager: Dennis Smeed (60)
Assistant Manager: Kyle Wadeburn (33) Ashley Polk (40)
Goalkeepers: Rook Gilzean (NPH) - Jorge Dupont (SWE)
Defenders: Davin Warnbush (SWE-NT) - Tim Luttle (SWE) - Manny Garcia (SWE) - Jaque Labrador (SWE) - Orlin Haas (XAN) - Tim Bryant (SWE) - Sven Arnoldsson (SWE) - David Harris (SWE)

Forwards: Hashaan Akil (SWE) - Ulyesses Barnett III (SWE-NT) - Makyle Vatterday (SWE) - Austin Branson (SWE) - Tom Briggs (SWE) - Jennifer Ledde (SWE)
Full Name: Auberlein Originals
Nicknames: Originals
Location: Auberlein (pop 225,000)
Stadium: Auberlein National Stadium (40,000) - https://i.imgur.com/Lfj5CqB.jpg
Kit Sponsor: TBD
Average Attendance: 29,332
Commentary: Originals again look like the team to beat on the east coast, Ulysses Barnett will be an international force to be reckoned with sooner than you think, the 25 year old from the Highland Park suburb of Auberlein has been a breath of fresh air for this team and the Originals need to keep him on the roster at all cost.
Supporters and Rivalries: East Coast Titans (First Capital Derby) / Virginia United (Clash of the Capitals)
The Fans Expect: Top-3
The Pundit's Prediction: 2nd

Chester Engineers

Manager: Bradley Cunnroe (41)
Assistant Manager: Tim Dasholt (33) Adraianna Pliffert (40)
Goalkeepers: Jessica LaRioux (SWE) - Donny Yardley (XAN)
Defenders: Mary Gill (SWE-NT) - Garrett Fuller (SWE-NT) - Rita Lane (SWE) - Dennis Long (SWE) - Mike Christian Jr. (SWE) - Avia Reed (SWE)
Midfielders: Ben Trufant (SWE) - Arnold James Tolliver (SWE) - Colby Harnett (SWE) - Mary Ann Duval (SWE) - Austin Bradley (SWE) - Truman Cafontez (SWE) - Scott Jones (SWE) - Aric Davidson (SWE)
Forwards: Allen Figge (SWE) - Garry Young (SWE) - Mauricio Valentino (SWE) Josh Drummond (SWE) - Owen Salviddo (SWE) - Filbert Rouen (SWE)
Full Name: Chester Engineers
Nicknames: Engineers
Location: Chester (pop 101,250)
Stadium: ChesBank Stadium (10,025)
Kit Sponsor: TBD
Average Attendance: 6,522
Commentary: The Engineers are for the most part going to be the team to beat in Chester. Even with the rival Triumph spending more money in the offseason, it appears that the unstoppable defense of Gill, Fuller and Hall can lead to some tough low scoring names, but the problem lies with the lack of help up front, can the Engineers over come some recent mediocrity in the striker position? If so they could be a top 7 team, but unless Omobolanle Van Aalsburg turns out to be good striker too, who knows? They signed an 23 year old academy product from Qasden and maybe just maybe he can lead them out of the depths of offensive mediocrity.
Supporters and Rivalries: Chester Triumph (Chester Derby)
The Fans Expect: Top 7
The Pundit's Prediction:9th

Chester Triumph

Manager: Oswald Porter (68)
Assistant Manager: Reese Brinstar (35) - Juan Argos (45)
Goalkeepers: Grantland Furrow (SWE) - Mark Argon (SWE)
Defenders: Jessica Lee (SWE) - Kylie Brock-Hamptonshire (SWE) - Thomas Gordon (SWE) - Wade Thompkins (KOR) - Harrison Goodwin (SWE) - Michelle Knorr (SWE) - Lee Dower (SWE) - Trevor Wright (SWE)
Midfielders: Tyler Aguillar (SWE - NT) - Germaine Hossack (XAN) - Fiefel Bowyer (SWE) - Sid Plundell (KOR) - Max Johnson (SWE) - Yvette Purvis (SWE) - Kevin Jacobs (SWE) - Rashaan Tolliver (SWE)
Forwards: Trace Hollander (SWE) - Keeley Graham (SWE) - Yuri Barber (XAN) - Justin Powell (SWE) - Pablo Garcia (XAN) - Mike Crompton (SWE(
Full Name: Chester Triumph Football Club
Nicknames: Triumph
Location: Chester (pop 101,250)
Stadium: City Municipal Stadium (20,000) - https://i.imgur.com/TpotM6A.jpg
Kit Sponsor: TBD
Average Attendance: 9,111
Commentary: Chester's other team is in a tough spot. They got a decent roster of players, but with the league so top heavy I could easily see this team running outside of the top-10. Like their counterparts in the suburbs the team will need sustained offensive production from the striker spot if they feel like they want to compete
Supporters and Rivalries: Chester Engineers (Chester Derby)
The Fans Expect: top-5
The Pundit's Prediction:11th

East Coast Titans

Manager: Brad Keesing (39)
Assistant Manager: Jules Ludwinger (52) Harrison Bropp (45)
Goalkeepers: Andre Gillette (SWE) - Tony Bryant (SWE)
Defenders: Agustus Bernard (SWE) - Liam Borden (SWE) - Vicky Boyd (SWE) - Jessica Roush (SWE) - Antonio Burns (SWE) - Lloyd Van Der Kampf (XAN) - Max Garzock (SWE) - Thomas Breckenbaum (SWE) - Evan James (SWE) - Lacy Arnott (SWE)
Midfielders: Trevor Johnson (SWE) - Nick Ball (XAN) - Nicky Diaz (SWE) - Bryan South (SWE) - Kingsley Kermond (SWE) - Kris Boyle (SWE)
Forwards: Renton Hoy (SWE) - Dale Judd (SWE) - Devin Probst (SWE) - Leon Manuel Ortega (SWE)
Full Name: East Coast Titans
Nicknames: Titans
Location: Auberlein
Stadium: Glaussner Park Stadium Complex (13,000) - https://i.imgur.com/NfPNgdz.jpg
Kit Sponsor: TBD
Average Attendance: 5,100
Commentary: Well it's the ECT team that went nowhere last season. So how did the team recitify this? Not at all! this may be a team toward the bottom of the record books for a while, Look out though for Renton Hoy, he can do some damage against unsuspecting top teams.
Supporters and Rivalries: Auberlein Originals (First Capital Derby)
The Fans Expect: Not much
The Pundit's Prediction: 12th

Midfielders: Rickie Baker (SWE) - Tommy O'Grady (SWE) - Lee Phelps Jr (SWE) - Sherman Astudillo (XAN) - Marcus Perez (SWE) - Tom Orn (SWE) - Billy Lewis (SWE) - Herm Shelton II (SWE)
Forwards: Garth Thompson (SWE) - Omar Reed (SWE) - Vicky Van der Camp (SWE) - Dillon Bridges (SWE) - Mark McGowan (SWE) - Lydia Turner (SWE)
Full Name: Graingerport Maelstrom
Nicknames: Maelstrom / The Big Storm
Location: Graingerport (pop 122,000)
Stadium: Eastside Stadium & Events Center (10,000) - https://i.imgur.com/CuQsAJ6.jpg
Kit Sponsor: McKenna Seafood
Average Attendance: 8,252
Commentary: The Malestrom like so many teams are kind of stuck in a weird spot in this seasons league. With teams like Oasis spending big bucks, we'll see what can be done from the Maelstrom to secure a top finish like the fans want. They went out and secured a top Farfidillian amateur prospect but he's 32 and can only do so much as the aging Farf player can.
Supporters and Rivalries: Upper Coast Wave (Upper Coast Duel)
The Fans Expect: Top-5
The Pundit's Prediction:10th

Hartlespool Hurricanes

Manager: Dion Parker (40)
Assistant Manager:
Goalkeepers: Max Pastori (SWE-NT) - Brandon Harris (SWE)
Defenders: Adrian Saarloos (SWE) - Mitch Hearn (SWE) - Grant Young (SWE) - Jimmy Grant (SWE) - Tony Brown (SWE) - Leon Garcia (SWE)
Midfielders: Roberto Fillipe (SWE-NT) - Laure Etienne (CMT) - Archie Reynolds (SWE) - Jason Polk (XAN) - Tyler Murt (SWE) - Kenny Gregg (SWE) - Kevin Doyle (SWE) - Landry Jordanson (SWE) - Paulette Donaldson (SWE)
Forwards: Phillip Di Grassi (SWE-NT) - Nic Van Heusen (XAN) - Lance Horton (SWE) - Dalton Bigsby (SWE)
Full Name: Hartlespool Hurricanes
Nicknames: Hurricanes, the Purple Storm!
Location: Hartlespool (pop 135,150)
Stadium: AFK Outdoors Mountainview Stadium (13,000) https://i.imgur.com/7CdS01B.png
Kit Sponsor: Standard Office Supply
Average Attendance: 9,299
Commentary: Here's your sneaky good team of the season. The Hurricanes might be a bit of a low key spoiler in this season as they again return a sneaky good Phillip DiGrassi back tot he team after he spent some time abroad in Xanneria. He was their leading their team in goals the first two seasons of the league and now is back. Also having a talented Goal Keeper in NT reserve Max Pastori will do wonders for the 'canes.
Supporters and Rivalries: South Hartlespool Saints (The Hartlespool Derby)
The Fans Expect: between 5-10th
The Pundit's Prediction: 6th

Montreaux Jazz FC

Manager: Dale Cooper-Johnson (65)
Assistant Manager: Brett Lord (30) - Jennifer Reed (42)
Goalkeepers: Mick Bolen (SWE-NT) - Jerome Boggs (SWE)
Defenders: Linda Fogg (SWE-NT) - Brent Hubert (SWE) - Lincoln Hereford (SWE) - Jenna Rae Cosby (SWE) - Tyler Lloyd(SWE) - Ansel Smith (SWE) - Lee Partridge (SWE) - Davis Hooker (SWE)
Midfielders: D.J. Collins (XAN) - Ivan Fogg (SWE) - Perry Stuart (SWE) - Graham Murphy (SWE) - Dominic Shafer (SWE) - Kenny Towers (SWE)
Forwards: Ian Gordon (SWE-NT) - Parker Dalton-Hempstead (SWE) - Kelly Burns (SWE) - Oshie Johannsson (SWE) - Carlos Gasperilla (SWE) - Mack Hoyle (SWE)
Full Name: Montreaux Jazz Football Club
Nicknames: Jazz / The Purple Kings!
Location: Virginia City (pop 500,000)
Stadium: United Capital Stadium (30,000) - https://i.imgur.com/cdwDdk2.jpg
Kit Sponsor: UnionBank of SWEN
Average Attendance: 13,250
Commentary: Montreaux could be the best team in the capital, but they could be the worst team in the capital, and they could finish in the same spot in each scenario. The Virginia Triumvirate is gonna be a bloodbath this year. The Jazz do play in one of the oldest stadiums in the nation at 35 years old, so they got a lil bit of history, but as of late there been a push to move to a new set of digs, but who knows, the Montreaux Neighborhood isn't exactly full of stadium sized empty lots. So keep an eye out on rumors surrounding the future of this team
Supporters and Rivalries: Virginia City (The President's Derby) Southwest Rangers (City vs Suburbs)
The Fans Expect: top team in Virginia
The Pundit's Prediction: 5th

Oasis Blur FC

Manager: Mulder O'Brien (67)
Assistant Manager: Chris Houton (40), Deelia Raymouthe (51)
Goalkeepers: Piotr Yarovski (XAN) - Dwayne Gudrough (XAN)
Defenders: Reed Brewer (SWE) - Mark McMurdo (XAN) - Faustio Yakkerman (SWE) - Elliot Smith (SWE) - Norm Van Ewett (SWE) - Jack King (SWE)
Midfielders: Mark Sternes (SWE-NT) - Jimmy Jefferson (SWE-NT) - Alfonso Diaz (XAN) - Lucas Freeman (SWE) - Tommy Jenkins (SWE) - Frankie Lee (SWE) - Shaun Guthrie (SWE) - James Wampler (SWE)
Forwards: Chris Houton (SWE-NT) - Olly Gibson (HVY) - Doner Matacostelas (FFD) - Trea Bradburry (SWE) -Sean Brinks (SWE) - Jeff Tulley (SWE)
Full Name: Oasis Blur Football Club
Nicknames: The Blur, The Moneybags
Location: Big Sandy Oasis (pop 51,000)
Stadium: PumpTV Oasis Dome (26,000) - https://i.imgur.com/UHifhVK.jpg
Kit Sponsor: PetroSWEN
Average Attendance: 7,520
Commentary: Can you buy championships? Well those at the Oasis think so. One of the fastest growing cities in SWEN Big Sandy is home to the southern half of SWEN's petroleum industry, and PetroSWEN Boss Jeff Fortner thinks the team could even grow into a bigger situation with its city as he expects the oil boom to do wonders for the area. As for the team while
Supporters and Rivalries: AWAC Express (The Black Gold Derby)
The Fans Expect: A championship
The Pundit's Prediction: 2nd

Ripken River AA

Manager: Laurie Kelly (55)
Assistant Manager: John Claude (40) Vincent Prauge (65)
Goalkeepers: Karahijana Alejesjes (FFD) - Nigel Thornbottom (XAN)
Defenders: Tip Ryan (SWE) - Rohan Nord (SWE) - Blaine Figeroua (SWE) - Coleen Horton (XAN) - Peter Richardson (XAN) - David Harrison Jr (SWE) - Nick Cooperton (SWE) - Colton Breene (SWE) - Bernie Dopenkirst (XAN) - Jimmy Reed (SWE)
Midfielders: Lisa Davidson (SWE-NT) - Timo Paul (SWE) - Koshiro Yamaguchi (XAN) - Norris James (SWE) - Harvey Gransby (SWE) - Kenny Jost (SWE)
Forwards: Jessica Roth (SWE-NT) - Freddie Ray Lankford (SWE) - Justin Van Noy (SWE) - Andrew Kinsler (SWE)
Full Name: Ripken River Athletic Association
Nicknames: Orioles
Location: New Baltimore (pop 144,000)
Stadium: Welcome Telecom Roth Family Stadium (30,000)
Kit Sponsor: Roth Construction
Average Attendance: 27,544
Commentary: A bit of a controversial team in SWEN, The RRAA was, like AWAC, an athletic club with a wealthy benefactor. It so happens said benefactor had a daughter on the team. Jessica Roth's dad Chris did a lot to get the RRAA a slot int he new league and she's rewarded the team with a title and a shiny new stadium that hosted the CdC two years ago.
Supporters and Rivalries: Graingerport Maelstrom (Coastal Cup Derby)
The Fans Expect: Mid Pack
The Pundit's Prediction: 8th

Kit Sponsor: Gundaker Express Logstics
Average Attendance: 1,950
Commentary: do I have too? This team sucks! It feels like Marcus Agnew founder of the team had just enough money for a franchise fee and not much more for buying talent......
Supporters and Rivalries: Hartlespool Hurricanes (The Hartlespool Derby)
The Fans Expect: Does this team have fans, they do have the worst attendence in the league so who knows.....
The Pundit's Prediction: 14th

Stadium: Suburban Home Insurace Stadium (14,000) - https://i.imgur.com/B0y43fS.jpg
Kit Sponsor: Capital Homes
Average Attendance: 11,357
Commentary: Like with Montreaux, you have a team that could finish top in the city or last in the city and still finish in the spot under each circumstance. Home of some mercenaries, SW didn't get anyone in the National team though if you ask many fans, Oasis bringing Chris Houton back may have kicked Rowan Hurst out of the NT. So expect a couple spicy games against the Blur....
Supporters and Rivalries: Montreaux Jazz (City vs Suburbs) / Virginia United (Pine Tree Rumble)
The Fans Expect: Top 3
The Pundit's Prediction: 3rd

Upper Coat Wave

Manager: Boston Pfiffer (40)
Assistant Manager: Jermaine Freedman (31) Aubrey Keo (37)
Goalkeepers: Dom Slater (SWE) - Kellyeon Blair (SWE)
Defenders: Evan Toll (SWE) - King Harris (XAN) - Adam Hongaka (SWE) - Mary Turner (SWE) - Nolan Marks (SWE) - Norris Smits (SWE) - Horace Gandy (SWE) - Jeff Brady (SWE)
Midfielders: Adam Kout (SWE) - Leeland Harrison (SWE) - Trevor Adams (SWE) - Mark Johnson (SWE) - Harrison Bradley (SWE) - Joanna Lloyd (SWE) - Daughtrey Ferninbecker (SWE) - Parker Fain (SWE)

Stadium: U-Coast Knox Dealers Stadium (8,000) - https://i.imgur.com/yD1SFQP.jpg
Kit Sponsor: Arbor Home Stores
Average Attendance: 5,256
Commentary: Upper Coast is the one team that just exists. In the league, Existing is not favorable. Don't expect this much from this team, could be a trip to the bottom despite their fans vision.
Supporters and Rivalries: Graingerport Maelstrom (Upper Coast Duel)
The Fans Expect: top-10
The Pundit's Prediction: 13th

Virginia United

Manager: Arnold Jefferson (55)
Assistant Manager: Callie O'Brien (37) Norbert Staugher (45)

Midfielders: Elio Garner (SWE) - Kyle Vaughn (SWE) -Lavinia Pivlic (CMT) - Justin Miller (SWE) - Hardy McCullough (SWE) - Tom Bombardi (SWE) - Jimmy Turner (SWE) - Kyle Upton Jr (SWE)
Forwards: Bryan Bosniak (SWE) - Taylor Little (SWE) - Olyia Gandough (XAN) - Terry Harney (SWE) - Kevin Bradley (SWE) - Max Bernardo (SWE)

Stadium: Pride of Virginia Stadium (32,000) - https://i.imgur.com/OrCP0v3.jpg
Kit Sponsor: Obvious Brewing
Average Attendance: TBD New Stadium
Commentary: With a new play toy, the Go-Go's could be a top team in the DPL, yet with the case of the other two teams, Southwest and Montreaux could still out class them. A new Stadium called the Pride of the Virginia looks to host this team in an exciting new season full of hope and optimisim
Supporters and Rivalries: Montreaux Jazz FC (The President's Derby) Southwest Rangers (Pine Tree Rumble)
The Fans Expect: top-5
The Pundit's Prediction: 4th

And lastly this is what us in the Xannerian media think the finishing order will be for the DPL

2045 FOOTBALL LEAGUE OF XANNERIA OMEGA DIVISION PREVIEW

Alexandria City

Image

FULL NAME: Alexandria City Football Club
NICKNAME: Violets
STADIUM: MetroCom Deluxe City Stadium (45,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS: 8th (8-5-9 29pts)
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION:

Alexandria City was probably the team most hard hit by the imposed sanctions on spending over the last two seasons. The team struggled to a sub 30 point season which a lot of blame could be put on the team not being able to spend like they used to, but many fans also see the Alexandria City Football Group as "distracted" and "Not paying attention enough" while they pursue purchases of team in other nations. But the team did pick up some free transfers on the market that could pull them out of the funk they got them selves into. Sigurd Rustwyth and Mark Abernathy are good one year rentals, while Paskou De Meson is a youthful addition to a veteran line up that needed some youth in it. Also look out for Octavious Smith in the Mid.

Austin City

Image

FULL NAME: Austin City Football Club
NICKNAME: The Limitless / The Wildcatters
STADIUM: Pfluger Stadium (52,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS: 2nd (12-7-3 43pts)
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION:

It's Austin City, so you know this team can compete. Despite being one of the most remote teams in the Omega Division they continue to day in and day out put out great teams. THey didn't get in trouble like Alex City did with poor roster management and have been rewarded duely. Last season they got within a victory of over taking the Kickers for spot #1 and a CL berth but this season could be the year they usurp the kickers from spot number 1.

Bearden

Image

FULL NAME:Bearden Football Club
NICKNAME: Bulldogs
STADIUM: Garmin Stadioum (57,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS: 4th (10-4-8 35pts)
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION:

Another team that is famous for being in contention is Bearden. Bearden again made it out of that tight fight for the final two CC spots with a narrow 35 point total. Bearden of course would be the one team to have survived the financial restrictions on Foreign players, mainly cause this is Bearden and they are well known for the domestic scouting they do. They did make some splashes this year though, bringing in Hoyer Harbors of Southwest Eastnorth and Dawson Plante of the Xannerian NT that made the playoffs in the most Recent Campianato Esportiva.

Capital FC

Image

FULL NAME: Capital Footballing Club
NICKNAME: 'Stars' 'Politicians'
STADIUM: XANAir National Stadium (65,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS:6th (9-5-8 32pts)
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION:

Capital is always one of those teams that are hard to predict. they came painfully close last season to making a Challenger's Cup berth yet weren't even the closest team to miss out. They've made some great moves this off season though. Bringing in Joel Latibaudre of Destin Easterners fame, looks like help right a ship that was leaking defensively. Also they brought in a huge amount of foreign talent on the left side in hope of cleaning up that side of the ball. Also look for high school midfield phenom Allie Jordan to contribute in the midfield.

Carleton Park Rangers

Image

FULL NAME:Carelton Park Rangers Football Club
NICKNAME: 'Park Rangers' 'Dark Blues'
STADIUM: TanFed Services Stadium (30,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS: 10th (7-6-9 27pts)
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION:

CPR is in need of their namesake it seems. The Rangers are doing their best but it's again likely we'd see them be threatened with relegation. It's scary though when a team has to bring on two keepers in one transfer window as CPR is trying to do. Malia Jackson comes back to Xanneria after some time away in Sylestone, and will be day 1 starter. Also brought in, Macbon's Jean-Claude Chappuis will provide some depth for the Rangers and maybe if things go south compete for the starting job in Carelton Park.

Delano City Sporting Club

Image

FULL NAME: Delano City Sporting Club
NICKNAME: 'Motorheads', 'Red-Blacks'
STADIUM: Cunningham Family Stadium (60,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS: 3rd (10-5-7 35pts) VIRGINIA CUP CHAMPIONS
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION:

Delano City SC was a good team and maybe just maybe they'll get better. The team lost a handful of players in the transfer window, not to transfers or Free Agency, but straight up to retirement. That being said, they still have Max Smith and Hailey Rae Crawford locked up and look to improve their offense even more so. They brought in 18 year old phenom Austin Navarro and brought in his fellow winger on the Xannerian NT, Justin Ingram to pair up for the attack. Aviya Uchiha a veteran of the Baker Park system and a Kita-Hinode native was signed to bring in depth and be a mentor to the young corp of wingers. Though there has been some rumors of this causing a bit of discontent in the camp of Navarro who felt slighted by the announcement they'd be splitting time. Also look for good things from Eemeli Koppel of the Cordian Isles.

East End FC

Image

FULL NAME: East End Football Club
NICKNAME: 'East Enders' 'Green Swarm'
STADIUM: EEFCU Federal Credit Union Stadium (40,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS:9th (8-5-9 29pts)
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION:

This team got 8 wins last year but that might be their ceiling. The team is suffering from an ageing issue with many of the key contributors over 30. Alfie Mills is 35, Sophitia Coppila is 30 and Pasco Hernando is 33. The team should address this over the next couple of seasons. They brought in Sanford native Max Burris and young former UD-Loy City women's team member Alexis Van Der Sloane to help out, but is it enough to keep them out of relegation, or will the end of the remnants of the Amos Alton team go down in fire and end up in the Beta League?

Galaxy SC

Image

FULL NAME:Galaxy Sporting Club
NICKNAME: 'Astros' 'Green Terror'
STADIUM: City of Hawthorne Stadium (74,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS: 7th (8-6-8 30pts)
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION:

Galaxy slipped last year. 7th place with 30 points would be great at some places but for the Green and Orange it's not. The team has done some big moves in the off season though. In hopes of shoring up a mediocre defense, they brought in Keeper Jessica LaRioux and Right Back Jacque Labrador, two players set to play defense on the SWEN National Team. Then for the Defensive midfield they brought in young-un's Dennis Rassmuessen and Winwig Judy along with Darya Ibanez of Kistana Galaxy. Look for the team to finish higher this year than they did last. This will be much to the chagrin of every other FLOX team cause as the saying here in Xanneria goes

If your not Galaxy SC's rival, you're feuding with them.....

Hawthorne Kickers

Image

FULL NAME: Hawthrone Kickers Football Club
NICKNAME:'Kickers' 'Packers'
STADIUM: RIchmond Avenue Bowl (30,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS: 1st (14-3-5 45pts)
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION:

Can a Champions League team get stronger? Hawthorne Kickers think so. Rhinestone Hailey and cousin Dillon Hailey come in on the roster, with Hailey helping out that loaded defensive backfield that already contains Liv Brownstreet and Tomato Soup Avery. Also joining in the fun is Zinnia Thurstan of Qasden, a National Team member for those cats, who should do well in goal now that Hailey Rae Crawford transferred to Delano City SC. Lennox Fox was also signed from United Marietta as a depth piece and Kelton Wardell of the UPIT Eagles. This Omega Division titles is once again Kickers to loose!

Hawthorne United

FULL NAME: Hawthorne United Footballing Club
NICKNAME: 'Silver-Blues'
STADIUM: Mercyhurst Road (40,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS: 1st Beta League (15-5-2 50pts)
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION:

Hawthorne United had one of the single most dominate performances in any pro league in 2044. They blitzed through the rest of the Beta League for an amazing 15 win, 50 point season. Was it sustainable though? Doubtful. The Hawthorne United roster was stacked with a lot of veteran players. Players mostly over 30, did the team do anything to address that? Not really. But can the team survive more than one season in the Omega Division? Yes. This Roster still has talent. Look at Rodney DeMartha and Geoff Praytor, at 36 and 34 respectively they are doing things many thought couldn't be done by CAM and LB's at that age. I think HU will survive another year.

Pearlham SC

Image

FULL NAME: Pearlham Sporting Club
NICKNAME: 'Revolutionaries' 'Barnstorming Blues'
STADIUM: Wolfram Stadium (70,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS: 5th (10-3-9 33pts)
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION:

Pearlham SC, the godfather team of Xannerian Football, have been in a rut lately. They have been fringe Challenger's Cup contenders but can never get over that hump it seems. Always a team who on paper can be a Champions League contender but always falling just short. The fans are getting tired, and even their 106 year streak of them being the only pro-team in town is now over as Pearlham Celestia has recently been promoted to League V. Pearlham fans getting anxious, but they do have a roster capable of good things. Mark Hailey Jr has started to remind fans of his father, and proved that he isn't a legacy signing afterall. NT Teammate Robbie Gordon comes over to play OM with Thomas l'Estableir of OAM signed out of college.

SC Nortonshaw

Image

FULL NAME: Sporting Club of Nortonshaw
NICKNAME: 'Norties' 'Loons'
STADIUM: Nortonshaw Municpal Stadium (40,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS: 2nd Beta Division (10-7-5 37pts)
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION:

Ah yes Nortonshaw's back! After a one season hiatus due to an injury plagued 2043, the clown princes of Xannerian Football are back. Better yet, they got three National Team members after the Levi siblings declared for Xanneria as the home nation. The Levi's are a well known commodity and helped the Norties rise from the fourth to first tiers in a rapid pace. They led a suffocating defense that gave up only39 goals. It helped too as the team was actually tied with Asbury Park for the second promotion spot, but that suffocating defense helped garner them a nice +13 Goal Differencial. Nortonshaw should do well if healthy, The Levi's are back and should be leading this team to glory! But also don't forget this is Nortonshaw afterall. Bossman and owner Gene Vick went out and got former Southwest Eastnorth Manager Jayson ROx to return to football as a player. He will be the starting ROM on this team.

OFFICIAL PREDICTIONS FROM XTRA SPORTS
1.) Austin City
2.) Hawthorne Kickers
3.) Pearlham SC
4.) Bearden
5.) Galaxy SC
6.) Alexandria City
7.) Delano City SC
8.) SC Nortonshaw

After a third of the season has been played, we're starting to see some interesting tropes in the Football League of Xanneria. There's only one sure thing in the league right now and that is the Hawthorne Kickers. Behind a young striker in Dillon Harvey and a veteran presence in Salvador Reetz, The Kickers are looking like an even stronger version of the team that thoroughly dominated FLOX last season. They've done every thing they need to do to upgrade a team and prevent the league from catching up. Meanwhile one of the bigger surprises is Galaxy SC, the team had been in a lull recently and over the last few seasons the fanbase, that Xanneria loves to see disappointing, has done just that. But man, Xannerian football is so much better when Galaxy SC plays the villains. Lead by the unassuming duo of Raheem Gordon and Geraldo Perez, the Astros have been a sneaky good team as of late. The defense though, that's where it's at for the Galaxy SC team. the new acquisitions of Labrador and LaRioux have been phenomenal and if it wasn't for Zinnia Thurstain at Hawthorne, LaRioux would be an easy lock for Keeper of the year.

A couple teams trending in places I didn't expect have been Delano City SC and SC Nortonshaw. Delano has reportedly been a huge mess, and the experiment with Navarro splitting time with Aviya Uchiha has not worked as neither looked super comfortable out there and Uchiha even managed to get an Own Goal in the Austin City game. Worse yet, Hailey Rae Crawford his been off from her usual self and it sounds like rumors are out there that she may be dropped from the National Team and they might bring back Mookie Danube. Nortonshaw on the other hand has been once plagued by injuries and in typical Nortie fashion it's been weird. A plague of Migraines have effected the Levi triplets causing them to not be able to play in unison for most of the games so far this season. This has really messed with the defense and even in the CPR game they had to start second stringers DeLacy, Casey and O'Malley. It's a miracle that Zach Bob hasn't been put in Right Back yet for the Norties.

Meanwhile at the Bottom though, it's the "Xannerian La Querida" as they are now being called, East End FC. I have in my years never seen a team so hopeless. Which really is a shame that we're seeing a team that once produced manager Amos Alton die this quickly. And it's not like they have bad talent on their, just a few bad cogs have grind the gears to a halt. Heck if I were Hawthorne Kickers right now I'd try putting Max Burris on my transfer target lest, since Liv Brownstreet will be retiring at the end of the year anyways.

Xannerian Prospects XI

Last year was a bumper crop for Xannerian prospects as the new revived National Team went all in on youth (and maybe some slight nepotism.......) so What can this years crop of top prospects do? With a large amount of the team for Xanneria being youth, it will be a lot harder for this years crop to break in the NT. Although there are a few opportunities with both Anton De Vreis and Liv Brownstreet retiring from international competition at the end of the CoH it may be bright for the FAX to bring in their replacements early.

GK: Emma Redmond - Iona School
Younger, former teammate of current NTer and Capital FC midfielder Allie Jordan, Emma is said to be the girls equivalent of Terro Kipperonan, she's 6'0" and still has great range with excellent timing. She is also the only high school kid on this list but also is openly adement about wanting to play abroad instead of college.

DF: David Iowa - South Delano University
"A diamond in the rough" is what several sports writers have called David, he's arguably one of the most technically sound, least flashy players in Xannerian college association football right now. He also is a player who has a good chance at making it on the NT as a replacement for Liv Brownstreet. Never before has USD seen such talent!

DF: Ranger Selltick - University of West Troy-Palace City
The son of Vdaran and Audioslavian Parents, Ranger played with his twin brother Hibernardo at Troy Fall High School, in the southside of Palentine. There they were one of the most decorated kids in the East Troy high school athletic system. That being said, they both went their separate ways as Ranger went to the west coast powerhouse at WT-PC where he would lead the stiffling Bulldogs defense, while his brother went to UD-BB.

DF: Hibernardo Selltick - University of Denalia-Buccaneer Bay
The twin brother of Ranger Selltick, Hibernardo went to a different school in hopes of making his own path, and to be honest he did just that. Known as a theif, Hibsy as they began calling him lead the Southwest Conference in steals, where as his brother was a more smooth sliding type, Hibsy would straight up take balls from you. He also has above average passing ability.

DM: Pierce Reynolds - University of Delano
One of many stud players for the Delano men's association football team, Pierce stands out from the crowd with his violent style of play and willingness to make body sacrifices for for defensive measures. We're not sure if that would translate well internationally but we think he's still a top DM talent.

DM: Joao Franco Yamamoto - Pearlham College
The son of Hinodijan Parents, JF Yamamoto is one of the most technically sound DM's out there. a different package from Pierce. He is a more smooth technical player and is a thunderous long distance passer, a talent needed to survive in Xannerian football, we see big things for him.

OM: Pekka Olionen - Estra University
A huge Union Laguada fan growing up, Pekka based his gameplay style after the famous Beta league OM Tim Schutterbaum. Emulating Tim's style has done well for young Pekka, as he got a lot of looks coming out of Laguada's Benson-Finerton High School. He chose to stay local playing the University of Estra lions and lead them to three consecutive West Coast Athletic Conference championships.

OM: Barb Dwire - University of Delano
While the Delano men's team gets a lot of attention, lookout for the ladies there too. Barb is a tough flexible midfielder who can play offensive or defensive mid. A deft touch when helping out the offensive attack, she can also wreck shop on defense with her viscous physical play style.

ST: Jari Juups - University of Denalia-Loy City
Denalia-Loy City has always been a talent factory for the Xannerian FA and FLOX, UDLC's newist is Jari. A tough to beat speed striker who can out run you and also put the ball in impossible to defend areas of the net. Also an above average passer he had several key assists in UD-LC's dominant season.

ST: Timo Perkinen - Gallagher View College
Timo might be the all-time fastest player in AICS. While, he can dribble a ball downfield faster than anyone else in the AICS, his passing skills and aim seemed to be a bit more unrefined than most Xannerian players. He actually would be a great talent in a foreign league though as his game is way more adaptable there than in Xanneria

ST: Toomas Napi - Univeristy of Lower Plymouth
Lower Plymouth got one on the boys frome Upper Plymouth. While UPIT and UPU are the more well known teams in the Plymouth area, Lower Plymouth got Toomas. A Game changer he helped the Tigers win their first conference title in 15 years, and was the driving force behind their two season domination of the conference in 43 and 44. Look for him to international and breakout there.....

2045 FOOTBALL LEAGUE OF XANNERIA OMEGA DIVISION PREVIEW

Alexandria City

ROSTER:
FULL NAME: Alexandria City Football Club.
NICKNAME: The Violets
STADIUM: MetroCom Stadium (45,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS: 7-7-8 28pts
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION:
One of the biggest controversies in FLOX football this season involved Alexandria City and their signing of former Bearden Keeper Vicky VIckstrom.............to their subsidiary in SWEN called New Balitomore City. This has been a deal that has been put heavily under the microscope by the press and fans alike, but upon further inspection it seems this may be more on Bearden as they were the ones who approved the deal and they got a bigger upgrade in the goalkeeper spot. For the AC goalkeeping spot the Violets signed Adi Achmad Dirja a promising Pemecutan keeper who played on the nations U-18 team, a midfielder from Kimi-Soumi named Mika Noronen and they shored up an already stout defence with the additions of National Team members David Iowa and Mark Hailey Jr who famously wanted out as his fathers team in Pearlham last year. Also of note is JUstin Ingram who found a home on AC after the Delano City SC debacle.

Asbury Park

ROSTER:
FULL NAME: Asbury Park Football Club
NICKNAME: The Tidal Wave
STADIUM: The Benson Dome (60,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS: 13-4-5 43pts (Beta Division)
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION: Welcome back to the Omega Division Asbury Park. AP is well regarded as one of the most unique teams in the top two tiers of Xannerian Football. A team that plays in an indoor dome, the team uses that to its advantage as they are known to have a speed driven offensive attack. But now they are in FLOX's Omega Division, the top tier, so management has done their best to overhaul the roster and put up a competitive show. They brought in Sophitia Coppolla from East End FC, a player known as the lone bright spot on that team comes aboard as an OM with veteran presence and also brings along Max Burris, a talented but oft hurt RB. Also coming in are two Nepharan players in Sasha Pfaelzisch and Garrett Strongintharm, two talented players from Tumbra and Southwest Eastnorth respectively. Overall it will be interesting to see how the transfers work out in the somewhat anarchic system Trent Uhlstein has brought forth.

Austin City

ROSTER:
FULL NAME: Austin City Football Club
NICKNAME: The Limitless
STADIUM: Pfluger Stadium (52,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS: 13-5-4 44pts
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION: Austin City went insane! Or maybe they just tried to prefect the future. But no matter what, Evan Jefferson Jrs shocking transfer to Bearden may break this team or it may make this team stronger. Reportedly but uncofirmed, is the the rumor that some weaker performances in the World Cup Qualifiers have soured him on the team. Also his 24 goals were great but the closest GA of any other IFCF team was Bearden a full 5 goals lower so that may have been a bit of additional reasoning for the aggressive move. In his place comes talented Hapilopper keeper Billy Solomon.

Bearden

ROSTER:
FULL NAME: Bearden Football Club
NICKNAME: Bulldogs
STADIUM: Sushi Sue's Stadium (65,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS: 12-4-6 40pts
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION: Bearden returns but under some auspicious circumstances. The departure of Vicky Vickstrom to SWEN is very odd, but in turn they got Evan Jefferson Jr. A weird transfer for sure given that Evans may have been a bigger name but Vickstrom had fewer GA last season. Granted a deeper dive can sometimes give way to Vickstrom having a better defense around her as Jefferson did have more shots to defend than Vickstrom. The loaded defensive backfield lost Milos Tibbonen to Southwest Eastnorth too, but he gets replaced by Grilt-Gerol Zka a Qusmi prospect.

Capital FC

ROSTER:
FULL NAME: Capital Football Club
NICKNAME: Stars
STADIUM: XANAir National Stadium II (65,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS: 7-7-8 28pts
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION: Capital fans during the transfer window

Carlton Park Rangers

ROSTER:
FULL NAME: Carleton Park Football Club
NICKNAME: Rangers
STADIUM: TanFed Services Stadium (26,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS: 5-6-11 21
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION: This team better be counting their lucky stars. CPR could have easily been demoted had the dreadful East End team of last year not existed. They have been very active in the transfer window in hopes of staying afloat next season though. 18 year olds Ruy Pavia of Cabo Azul and Anabel Deklan of Eastfield Lodge, they will be helped out by Nepharan veteran Luthienne Koetter and the wonderfully talented but massively under the radar Elton Joshua Keys. the Goalkeeping situation sees last years reserve keeper Jean-Claude Chappuis move up too, this could be a fresh spark of talent that the team needs to stay afloat in an ultra-competitive FLOX Omega Division.

Delano City SC

ROSTER:
FULL NAME:Delano City Sports Club.
NICKNAME: Red and Blacks
STADIUM: Cunningham Family Stadium (60,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS: 6-6-10 24pts
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION: One of the most tumultuous season in recent memory for any FLOX team, Delano was one of the lucky teams who were glad that East End ended up as bad as they were. Between the complaints Austin Navarro had about playing time, which ended sparking a fued between him and Justin Ingram, to the decline of Hailey Rae Crawford, this team needed a reset and they got one. The Team did a major overhaul but the question now lies in how good was the overhaul? Geraldo Perez comes from Galaxy SC, but he's not on the Astros roster for a reason, they also brought COrdula Norlymann in from Zeta Reka and Hugeltodom and she's a bit of a wildcard. "Can Delano survive" is going to be one of the big questions this year.

Galaxy SC

ROSTER:
FULL NAME: Galaxy SC
NICKNAME: Astros
STADIUM: City of Hawthorne Stadium (72,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS: 9-6-7
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION: It was cathartic for the rest of the league when the much dislike Galaxy SC team went on a cold streak the past few years and failed to qualify for the IFCF. Those days are over now, Glalaxy SC qualified for the IFCF on the back of a pair of Southwest Eastnroth players. Jessica LaRioux and Jacque Labrador both made the SWEN National team for the work with the Galaxy SC team last year giving up a paltry 18 goals in 22 games. The counterpoint tot hat was that the offense only scored 19 goals. To fix this Galaxy went all in bringing another Southwest Eastnorth player in Austin Navarro (abliet he defected to SWEN in the off season do to ongoing issues between him and Justin Ingram) and top college player Jari Juups. So we could see one of the strongest teams from galaxy in a long time coming up here this season.

Hawthorne Kickers

ROSTER:
FULL NAME: Hawthorne Kickers Football Club.
NICKNAME: Kickers
STADIUM: Richmond Ave Bowl (32,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS: 16-4-2 52pts
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION: How can one of the most dominant team in recent memory get better? Well they got younger, sort of.... With the retirements of Liv Brownstreet in the defensive backfield and Salvador Reetz on the front end AND the return of Dillon Hailey from injury, they got more depth and talent than they did last year. With the retirement of Salvador Reetz, we saw Yolinda Sequin transfer from hawtorhne United to the Kickers, after United decided to rebuild. I say, it must be nice not having to move to a new home during a transfer. As for the Brownstreet replacement the Kickers brought in Meg Freuchie a former Schottian NTer now residing in Quebec. A younger player, she replaces the 37 year old Brownstreet at age....*checks notes*....35.

Hawthorne United

ROSTER:
FULL NAME: Hawthorne United Football Club
NICKNAME: Silver-Blues
STADIUM: Mercyhurst Road (40,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS: 5-9-8 24pts
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION: There was a bit of a wake up call for the Beta Division winner two seasons ago. Hawthorne United stumbled to a finish of 5-9-8 and that result triggered something in both management and players. Yolinda Sequin asked out and got to transfer cross town to the Hawthorne Kickers. Not only that but several player transferred to other teams in other divisions as the management, like Delano City, decided to go on a firesale. In their stead is a collaboration of veteran players with home nations stretching from Bonesea to Virginia Nova, to Hapilopper. Look out for Brady Hooper, he is a protege of the talented Cooter Harris.

Pearlham SC

ROSTER:
FULL NAME: Pearlham Sporting Club
NICKNAME: Revolutionaries
STADIUM: Brady Stadium (70,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS: 9-3-10 30pts
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION: Always on the precipice of IFCF competition, last season may have been one of the most Pearlham seasons ever. Most fans point to the first game versus East End FC as the reason they didn't. A bizzare 1-0 loss to the EEFC team was a damning issue for last season, but this season the most pressing concern is the loss of Mark Hailey Jr. Hailey stated that he felt really uncofortible playing for his dad's team and had really wanted to move to another team weather domestic or international. He found a suitor in Alexandria City. His replacement is Ranger Selltick. Pearlham needs to do something this year to contend more for IFCF positions or they could garner even more doubters.

SC Nortonshaw

ROSTER:
FULL NAME: Sports Club of Nortonshaw.
NICKNAME: Norties / Loons
STADIUM: Nortonshaw Municipal Stadium (45,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS: 7-5-10 26pts
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION:The team Struggled last year in the first half. Communication issues and weird line up choices seemed to plague the team throughout the first half, but the team did pull out of the muck of a lower half battle with Delano and Hawthorne U to get a respectible 28pts. The Levi siblings again look to anchor a defense that seems to click when they are all on the field. Gone is Jayson Rox, a former coach for the Southwest Eastnorth National Team. He was brought in to play his old spot as OM but struggled and didn't get along with teammates at all. once he suffered a mysterious concussion it also seemed as if the team did better.

2046 FOOTBALL LEAGUE OF XANNERIA OMEGA DIVISION PREVIEW

Alexandria City

ROSTER:
FULL NAME: Alexandria City Football Club
NICKNAME: Violets
STADIUM: MetroCom Stadium (45,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS: 6th (8-6-8 30pts)
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION: Alexandria City had a relatively quiet off-season. The only move they made was to bring in a young Ko-Orenite player by the name Losonaru Sasolthingun to slot in at Left Defensive Midfielder. After the tumultuous off season last year though, finishing 6th place and essentially doing nothing this offseason is seen as an improvement for the Violets though. The question for the Violets is if they can make the jump up to the top-4 with out any significant roster movements.

Asbury Park

ROSTER:
FULL NAME: Asbury Park Football Club
NICKNAME: The Tidal Wave
STADIUM: Benson Dome (60,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS: 10th (5-9-8 24pts)
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION: Asbury Park's "Greatest show on Turf" came to Omega Division after their breakthrough campaign in Beta Division. I'm going to be honest it went better than I think most people would have predicted. Especially after the first part of the season which saw several shutouts by opponents. if Asbury Park wants to stay afloat though they'll have to continue to get production out of Alphonso Reeves, a tri-national with the ability to play for Xanneria, Cobrio, or Osarius' national teams. Reeves is the heart and soul of the Tidal Wave's offensive production and where ever he goes, the team goes.

Austin City

ROSTER:
FULL NAME: Austin City Football Club
NICKNAME: The Limitless
STADIUM: Pfluger Stadium (52,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS: 2nd (11-5-6 38pts)
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION: Yeah they made a IFCF run and finished second, but there is a bit of concern in the Austin City camp. The experiment to bring in Billy Solomon has done okay, but competitively, seeing Bearden have massive success with Evan Jefferson Jr has to have the team a little worried. They still got Allison Burnes, Anton Vito and Paul Gessecki on the roster so they should be able to score in bunches still. Also watch out for physical defensive midfielder Junyad Yalwan, a FA from Squornshelous he should fit in well with the defensive play style of Xannerian Football.

Bearden

ROSTER:
FULL NAME: Bearden Football Club
NICKNAME: Bulldogs
STADIUM: Sue Garmin Stadium (45,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS: 1st (14-3-5 45pts)
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION: Well they pulled it off, Bearden won another FLOX OMega division title this time behind one of the greatest end of season runs I've seen is a long time. Behind Evan jefferson Jr they had a run of nine games where they gave up only 4 goals. You know what? The rich get richer too! Bearden had both LOM's leave so they went out and acquired Cheryl Mac from the Mertagne Under-21team and brought in former Kirkenes FC player Nurullah Arslan.

Capital FC

ROSTER:
FULL NAME: Capital Football Club
NICKNAME: Stars
STADIUM: XANAir National Stadium II (62,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS: 5th (10-6-6 36pts)
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION: A 0-1 loss to Austin City on the last day shot down any chances the Stars had at finally had at breaking the "Big IV's" hold on IFCF spots. This collapse put a fire under the Stars management and they have gone out and done some shopping. Stars brought in Zeta Reka and Hugeltedom National Team striker Arnald Gal from CSKA Quebec and he looks to add a spark to the line up that already has Gil McKenna in it. Can the Stars make a push to overcome the "Big IV"? It will be seen in 22 weeks.

Delano City SC

ROSTER:
FULL NAME: Delano City Sports Club
NICKNAME: Red-Blacks / Motorheads
STADIUM: Cunningham Family Stadium (60,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS: 8th (6-7-9 25th)
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION: Delano City has had a rough patch the last few seasons. The doomers in the fanbase are at a point where they think relegation is very likely. But us experts think they'll be fine. Claudia Norlymann has looked like a bona-fide star at Delano and should almost single-handedly keep the team afloat, and their signing of Davide Coffey should strengthen a mediocre defense. That being said expect some roster changes at the end of the season again. The defense backfield are all over 32 and the DMs are all over 28, so there's a chance DCSC might get younger in the offseason.

Galaxy SC

ROSTER:
FULL NAME: Galaxy SC
NICKNAME: Astros
STADIUM: City of Hawthorne Stadium (74,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS: 3rd (11-5-6 38pts)
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION: Its Galaxy SC, they have all the Movieland glitz and glamour and even the fakeness of it all. Galaxy, after a couple down seasons is back to their form of being that team thats so good that they get constantly despised by everyone weather out of jealousy or just spite for the money they can constantly pump in and out. Here is the thing though, about this years Galaxy SC team. It's the same as last years! A team well regarded for its flash and shine, did nothing this year. They kept their roster in tact and look to position themselves to make a deep run this season.

Hawthorne Kickers

ROSTER:
FULL NAME: Hawthorne Kickers Football Club
NICKNAME: Kickers
STADIUM: Richmond Avenue Bowl (36,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS: 4th (10-7-5 37pts)
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION: Well Kickers had a season. It wasn't the peak season like two years ago, but they did well enough to get IFCF qualification and not embarrass themselves. Like their rival Galaxy SC, they did nothing in the offseason. So for them the mantra is just to keep pace and hope others don't improve enough to kick them out of the IFCF.

Hawthorne United

ROSTER:
FULL NAME: Hawthorne United Football Club
NICKNAME: Sliver-Blues
STADIUM: Mercyhurt Road (40,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS: 11th (5-5-12 20pts)
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION: Thank the lord for Carelton Park. Any other season, Hawthorne United would have been relegated with the product they put on the field. HU stunk of the show with five wins and five draws, but thankfully didn't get eliminated. But for this season I think we in the media are mostly in agreement this team probably is gonna go back down after this season.

Pearlham SC

ROSTER:
FULL NAME: Pearlham Sports Club
NICKNAME: Revolutionaries / Barnstorming Blue
STADIUM: Wolfram Stadium (70,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS: 7th (6-7-9 25pts)
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION: Well this a do or die season for Pearlham. Traditionally seen as Xanneria's "best of the rest" team Pearlham need to pull themselves back up from 7th and actually contend for an IFCF spot again lest they try a full on rebuild. Pearlham has pieces such as Robbie Gordon, Ranger Selltick and Thomas-Agustin l'Establier, but can these pieces gel together for an IFCF qualification run?

SC Nortonshaw

ROSTER:
FULL NAME: Sporting Club of Nortonshaw
NICKNAME: Norties
STADIUM: Nortonshaw Municipal (40,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS: 9th (7-4-11 25pts)
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION: Can the Norties keep afloat? Thats what many people are asking of them after years of the Levi siblings, who helped the team get a triple promotion but also have been seen as a bit of a bust as an experiment involving them on the Xannerian NT has been rather mediocre. Nortonshaw does have legendary Wreckerian midfielder Buiscut Gilbert helping out but still the product on the field has been average at best and it could come back to bite the team if they aren't careful.

United Marietta FC

ROSTER:
FULL NAME: United Marietta Football Club
NICKNAME: Gorillas
STADIUM: Elliot Family Stadium (60,000)
LAST SEASON RESULTS: 1st Beta Division (14-3-5 45pts)
SYNOPSIS/PREDICTION: Well this will be interesting, United Marietta FC is back in the top flight. Unlike Asbury Park, they kept a lot of their roster too. This team is a much more proficient team than Asbury Park who openly says they are all offense and a prayer for defense. Can this teama ctually stay up in FLOX Omega Division? Hopefully! This team is known to have been a bit of a bad luck team. New ownership in 2033 took over and invested a ton of money in the team through facilities including the new state of the art Elliot Stadium. The stadium named for William Elliot a long time fan and business owner in Marietta. But the team collapsed on them about 4 years later and the team has despite the best efforts of management, been a bit of a YoYo team ever since. Unlike Asbury Park who completely revamped their team before joining in the Omega Division, UMFC kept their roster mostly the same, but for what its worth they did make one big signing when they brought in college stand out Kenzie Brookwright to play GK. Can UMFC Stay up for any period? Well thats to be seen, but there is a chance they could.
