It was a bright day in downtown Canton. All was peaceful. Strangely peaceful. No attacks, no bombs, no gunshots. But in dark ally ways the Leader of the Tyranti Soldiers in The King Isle was speaking "We have a new PM. He is a fool. I wanted someone tough on those commies. But he is a complete softie. We must take the isle and get Manley back in power." his followers chanted "REVOLT, REVOLT, REVOLT" A few hours later the streets in Canton weren't so peaceful. Entire cars full of Rebelling Tyranti soldiers were racing towards the parliament building. All over the country, the Soldiers rebeled. The coup had begun.....

Sealand is privately sympathetic to the Tyranti rebels, and the public have sympathies and private connections to the rebels. The government also slightly supports rebels, but this relationship is delicate, and Sealand does not recognize the rebels as the official government. Minimal money, supplies and medical aid is sent to the rebels, and 2 volunteer corps, each with 7 500 inexperienced but well armed and equipped troops sign up to fight on either side.

The Fenwick Brigade's nuclear-powered airliner, stolen from the Top General, buzzes King Isle repeatedly (using countermeasures to defend against any possible attacks from the two distracted sides) before several hundred highly-armed, highly-trained mercenaries parachute out: this is the Fenwick Brigade, or at least part of it. The Fenwick Brigade carefully guide their parachutes down into Canton's residential districts, and prepare to take the civilians captive for enslavement.
