The MHL program was codeveloped with DMI Tactical, in Pudu and Netane Kinetics in the Marquesan States with the goal of developing a lightweight, high-speed multirole missile which was designed either for launch from helicopters and light aircraft or for launch from Man Portable Shoulder Launchers. (MPSL) The "Fire Lance" missile is 1.6 meters in length and weighs 18.6 kilograms. It is 80mm in diameter with folding wings and a single solid-fueled rocket stage with an altitude compensating aerospike nozzle. Its light weight, large wing area and high speed give the missile enough energy to maneuver to meet a target evading at 9g, at the missile's maximum effective range of nearly 7 kilometers. The missile can climb vertically to engage an aerial target at just under Mach 1.6 to a maximum altitude of 3,860 meters and is optimized to engage pop up attack helicopters; its speed and armor penetration make it exceptionally difficult for pilots to evade. Fire Lance may be operated in a top-down attack profile against armored vehicles; the missile will automatically attack in this mode when the launching platform's radar is in ground targeting mode. The faceted nosecone of the Fire Lance missile conceals a sophisticated Inverse Monopulse SARH guidance system, on an Indium Gallium Arsenide (InGaAs) EMP-hardened System-On-Chip computer. Combined with a "Kanaloa" Timing & Inertial Measurement unit, the lightweight and compact guidance system has a very high jam rejection, taking guidance from the launching aircraft or vehicle's onboard radar. The missile is capable of all-aspect attack and has an 80% single shot hit probability with a 50cm Circular Error Probable at maximum range. Its high speed reduces the amount of time for effective usage of any potential countermeasures. The warhead is a shaped charge, or Self-Forging Fragment warhead, with a tantalum liner and a shock-insensitive modern high explosive compound with a detonation velocity of 9,380 M/Sec. When detonated, the warhead creates an ultra-high speed jet of liquid tantalum, giving the warhead a penetration power six times its diameter, or 450mm of modern composite armor. The powerful warhead, versatile seeker and high speed agile missile body are a potent combination which allows Fire Lance missiles to be employed against many armored vehicles, helicopters, aircraft and other targets.

The 3rd Generation Partizan missile has evolved into the fastest kinetic kill vehicle ever developed for the Forces Marquises aux Armes. This hypersonic wire-guided missile controls its movements in flight via the use of an ultra-thin fiber optic filament from the launching platform and a gimballed aerospike in the exhaust path which focuses the exhaust around a spike rather than forcing it through a nozzle. This allows the missile to always perform at its optimum thrust profile regardless of the launch altitude. The missile can be fired from ground, air and naval platforms; its compact dimensions and light weight permit a wide variety of solutions. The powerful thrust of the Partizan missile accelerates the missile to its burnout velocity in only 1,000 meters, attacking moving targets at distances as great as 6.3 kilometers and fixed targets out to 11.3 kilometers. The Type-A warhead of the Partizan missile is a 5.00 kilogram Staballoy (Titanium/Depleted Uranium) penetrator rod which protrudes from the front body of the missile due to its length. Surrounding the long, thin penetrator is the coiled fiberoptic filament which spools both from the launching platform and from the missile simultaneously to minimize stress on the filament. The penetrator produces more than 49" of armor perforation against the most modern composite armors at its burnout velocity, and still remains an extremely potent weapon at great distances from the burnout point due to its very high transit speed to its maximum range. When employed from aircraft, the missile seeks the most direct path to the target, and is programmed to attack the thinner top armor of main battle tanks. Fired from a ground vehicle, the missile climbs in altitude during its boost phase, and dives on the target from near vertical in the terminal phase and striking top armor to devastating effect. The lightweight, compact but extremely powerful missile permits mounting to vehicles, helicopters and light aircraft which use their stabilized, high-definition targeting optronics to direct the Partizan missile with a very high degree of accuracy. The gimballed thrust and fiber optic guidance system is widely considered to be un-jammable and the kinetic penetrator is immune to attack by laser-based APS. Since the boost time is incredibly short and the glide path of the missile is very long, it can be retargeted in flight permitting complex flight paths to hit maneuvering targets. Total engagement time with the Partizan missile is designed to be minimal, (under six seconds from target lock to maximum range) with sufficient power to defeat even the heaviest armored vehicles on the modern battlefield. Alternative warhead packages have been developed for the Partizan system including Runway-Busting munitions which use a semi-armor piercing case and a delay fuse. Impacting a runway with very high kinetic energy, the charge buries itself in the ground beneath the runway before detonating, fracturing the concrete around the crater and hampering repair work. An additional warhead, developed for use against thinner skinned APC's and IFV's punches through the thinner armor with its kinetic energy and detonates a dual-compound White Phosphorous and Magnesium charge, designed to defeat the crew and the interior of armored vehicles that would otherwise be overpenetrated by the high speed missile.

Cost Per Missile:(Place orders Here.)
300,000 NSD.

The Marquesan government saw a need for a new "clean sheet" design for an anti-tank missile to replace a long-standing rocket in the arsenal. A design competition began, resulting in the winning 105-Caliber Thermal Anti-Tank Missile, by Netane Kinetics. TAT.105 "Cinquedea" is an extremely accurate medium-range (18 miles) weapon powered by a smokeless solid-fueled aerospike rocket to a slightly supersonic Mach 1.07. The aerospike is attached to a gimbal, allowing it to vector thrust as much as 30° off boresight; this permits ideal maneuverability characteristics for the missile. Cinquedea's 160mm diameter allows it to carry a wide primary shaped-charge warhead capable of penetrating 1,170mm of armor steel before the secondary 7.5-kilogram Beryllium-enhanced high-explosive warhead detonates. Cinquedea is a top-attack weapon, which climbs to an ideal cruise altitude of roughly 100 meters before diving straight down onto its target, aiming for the hotspot above the vehicle's engine and using an extremely precise dual-band M/LWIR seeker which is highly resistant to thermal countermeasures. Cinquedea can be fired from vessels, helicopters, aircraft and ground vehicles; it is in service with all branches of the FMA and many of its allies.

450,000 NSD.

The Bayonet missile arose from a multinational requirement for a lightweight, compact air-to-air or surface-to-air missile with smokeless rocket propulsion and extreme maneuverability. The missile is heat-seeking and can either use the launching vehicle's sensors for long distance locks, or can lock on after launch having been fired at the target using radar guidance. The Bayonet missile has a very high countermeasure rejection rate due to its high-definition seeker and inertial navigation system, which discriminates precisely between the jet exhaust of the targeted aircraft and even modern thermally matched flares moving on unpowered trajectories. The missile travels to its target using an onboard Ring Laser Gyroscope for inertial navigation until a primary lock has been made using the missile's dual-band infrared seeker. A high-definition (10 megapixel) dual band sensor rests on a high speed electric gimbal which allows the missile to track targets 90°off boresight and the missile's control surfaces permit extreme maneuverability, with an upper limit of 100 g during flight. The Revision-2 motor provides 62 seconds of boost through a gimballed aerospike which precisely vectors thrust with an extremely low (<5 microsecond) reaction time with increased thrust due to latest generation smokeless propellants. R2 Bayonet has a top speed above Mach 4 and a true Beyond-Visual-Range capability with a maximum altitude of more than 20 kilometers, or 65,000 feet, rare for a missile in its class. Weighing less than 100 kilograms, the Bayonet missile is a mainstay of the Marquesan fighter aircraft and helicopter fleets, and a common defensive armament on ships and lightweight wheeled platforms. Bayonet carries a 16.16 kilogram warhead comprised of annealed T15 (High Tungsten) steel rods welded at their ends and filled with a 2:1 cocrystalline mixture of CL-20 and HMX explosives, which is less shock sensitive than other explosive compounds but has a firing power 1.8x the energy of dynamite. Upon detonation, the welded rods disperse in an annular, or ring-shaped pattern at hypersonic velocity, sufficient to destroy a nearby aircraft without requiring a contact detonation.

1,600,000 NSD.

The Revision 3 Misericorde missile is a high-speed, beyond visual range Air-To-Air missile which is optically-guided with an advanced, high definition dual-band infrared sensor. The 10 Megapixel Mid-Wave and Long-Wave Infrared sensor sits on a high-speed gimbal; the sensor itself has a 60° field of view, but the gimbal can traverse at 145° per second, allowing the missile to track targets in high-speed turning engagements much faster than it is possible for a manned aircraft to be operated safely. The sensor package operates from a System-On-Chip computer, constructed from Indium/Gallium/Arsenide circuits to provide resistance to electromagnetic pulse. The sensors onboard the missile are cooled with an electrothermal, or Peltier, cooling plate which keeps the sensors at optimal temperature despite the surface temperature at the missile's Mach 4.51 top speed. Using real-time digital image correction, the Corvus sensor removes the smearing effects of poor atmospheric conditions and battlefield obscurants like smoke, cloudcover and dust, piercing even thick oil smoke to make positive target identifications at extended ranges. Once the missile has acquired the target image loaded at the moment before launch, the weapon will home in with a very high countermeasure rejection rate. It can be fired from far outside visual range, guided to the target area by the launcher's onboard radar or by any nearby friendly radar such as a ship or AWACS, allowing a missile to be retargeted in flight. Once the weapon identifies the target, it begins its terminal attack and the launching aircraft's radar can be switched off, which often confuses enemy pilots as they believe they are being targeted by a radar-guided missile, and then are attacked with a heat-seeking missile.

Misericorde is extremely agile; long thin stability fins run along the body of the missile with a ventral intake duct for the air-breathing rocket/ramjet engine, called "SHIVRR", or Smokeless High-Impulse Vectored Rocket/Ramjet. The rearmost fins provide guidance in flight, synchronized to vanes in the exhaust path which control the vector of the missile's thrust. The missile uses Slip-to-Turn to maneuver, turning at as much as 80g against even the fastest airborne targets such as cruise missiles and small, agile jet fighters. The 3rd Revision Misericorde has an improved thrust package which brings maximum range up to 140 kilometers with an additional three seconds of boost at a higher thrust rating than the previous engine due to improvements in air management inside the ramjet and changes in the explosive compound used in the rocket motor, which mixes burning rocket exhaust with supersonic air to augment the oxygen level, producing greater thrust than the rocket engine alone. The ducted rocket/ramjet engine provides an exceptionally-wide engagement envelope and "no escape zone" for the OGM.189; In the final moments of the terminal phase, the missile performs a "best case" analysis and either seeks a contact shot or attempts to maneuver as close to the target as possible before detonating its warhead. The 33+ kilogram warhead uses a beryllium-enhanced, shock insensitive modern explosive compound inside a welded cage of hardened copper rods which upon detonation fan out in a ring-shaped, or annular pattern at hypervelocity. The concussion produced by the large warhead and the tight, even distribution of the rods in flight mean that a direct hit is not necessary and that even detonating at distance of 50 meters or more from an aircraft is very likely to kill the aircraft. Closer strikes can destroy very large aircraft such as multi-engine bombers due to the explosive power of the missile.

1,800,000 NSD.

The Corseque program was initiated to create a very long standoff-range missile which could be carried internally in the Divine Wind and Headhunter weapons bays for the Forces Marquises aux Armes and its allies; it is precisely dimensioned to fit and the missile's layout has been optimized, with a "Deneb" X-Band radar receiver in its nosecone, the warhead along the missile's center of gravity and rearmost a powerful rocket-augmented ramjet engine with twin mid-body intake ducts which allows for two minutes and 45 seconds of boost, propelling the missile to a Mach 5.3 cruise speed and a maximum range of 300 kilometers. The Revision-3 uprated thrust package is called SHIVRR, or Smokeless High-Impulse Vectored Rocket/Ramjet. Corseque rolls to turn, using front and rear directional fins for control and long stability fins at the center. Linked to the rear fins, vanes in the exhaust path vector the rocket's thrust. This arrangement permits maneuvers at up to 73 g, its dual dorsal and ventral intakes permit the engine to maintain its supply of supersonic air in high speed turns where one intake might be obscured by the missile body. The missile is massive, but agile and this level of control permits a very wide variety of potential attack profiles depending on the target. Most often, the Corseque missile is used against warships and ground-based radars and anti-aircraft defenses. The launching aircraft can fire the Corseque missile without powering on its own radar, launching the missile into a threat area at great distance. The missile's seeker includes a sophisticated System-On-Chip computer printed on sapphire substrate with Indium Gallium Arsenide (InGaAs) chips which are highly resistant to jamming and electromagnetic pulse. The X-band onboard "Deneb" radar is powered not by batteries as is typical of radar homing missiles, but by thermoelectric "Peltier" plates surrounding the rocket motor which convert waste heat into electric power. This arrangement permits a much heavier warhead to be fitted to the missile, and produces adequate power to run a true Active Electronically-Scanned Array, or AESA radar. The Deneb is an extremely sensitive instrument, and its passive function permits it to home in on even faint or shut-down hostile radars with extreme accuracy. RHM.147 missiles are designed to home-on-jam and, once a target has been located, the missile remembers the location of the radar and will begin actively seeking the target with its own 10-watt transmitters on the X-band, scanned at 20 Hz along pseudo-random frequencies in the terminal phase. The missile can operate in an Air-to-Air capacity, using its radar for target marking, or in a surface attack profile, for imaging, allowing the missile to adapt to changing threat conditions, to be retargeted in flight or to classify new targets as they emerge and prosecute them in order of priority. The missile reports back to the launching aircraft with a mid-course datalink, allowing multiple missiles to be fired into a target area simultaneously. When one target is engaged, the missiles in flight update their target priorities automatically and engage other targets, so that multiple aircraft firing multiple missiles can prosecute high volumes of targets simultaneously and efficiently.

According to the attack profile the warhead will operate in one of three fuze settings depending on the target and engagement conditions; in Proximity, Multiple mode, the warhead will detonate at an ideal distance from a formation of aircraft for best dispersion of the warhead rods. In Impact, Single mode the warhead is fuzed to detonate upon impact with a single aircraft or structure, such as a ground-based radar or communications relay, focusing the power of its warhead on the single target. In Impact, Delayed mode, the warhead penetrates into the target a distance before detonation when weapon velocity has reached zero. Once inside the target, such as a ship or a large building for a ground based radar, the warhead detonates with devastating effect. The warhead is of the annular type, this encases the explosive filler in rods which are welded together at the ends. The hardened copper alloy rods used in the Corseque missile contain amounts of cobalt and beryllium to dramatically increase their hardness. When detonated, the welds break apart, spreading an extremely even ring of hypervelocity rods and a massive concussive blast from 96 kilograms of shock-stable modern high explosive, mixed with toxic beryllium to create a powerful incendiary effect. Against air targets, this warhead is absolutely devastating and many times more powerful than typical air-to-air missiles. Against ground or naval targets, the hardened copper alloy rods are more than sufficient to puncture steel ship structures and the powerful warhead is more than adequate to destroy even large land-based radars with a single missile. Because it is fired typically from beyond visual range and does not need the launching aircraft to have its radar powered on when launched and may or may not have been detected before firing, the Corseque missile is considered especially potent as a long-range "AWACS killer" and is one of the fastest such missiles that exist.

The Ahriman Surface-to-Air missile is a dedicated high altitude, high speed weapon designed to contend with the most modern 5th generation fighters, high-supersonic bombers, hypersonic cruise missiles and modern theater ballistic missiles. The weapon is nearly a ton in weight and more than six meters long, its eight directional control wings give the missile a total wingspan of just over a meter and its hypersonic cruise speed just over Mach 4.7 means it can reach its maximum range of 150 kilometers in a minute and a half, or accelerates to its maximum altitude of nearly 37 kilometers in 30 seconds. Its latest-generation Revision-2 thrust package includes the SHIVRR engine, or Smokeless High-Impulse Vectored Rocket/Ramjet. Using four intake ducts midlength along the body and centered between guidance fins to keep airflow disturbance to a minimum, the agile Ahriman missile can maneuver with its target, rolling to turn at up to 30 g using both external fins and vanes in the exhaust synchronized to the rear fins which vector exhaust thrust precisely. SAM.155 tracks its target with Active Radar Homing, using an ultra-high resolution AMPI.mXR "Cygnus" tandem seeker which allows the Ahriman missile to track targets at extreme altitudes. Once launched, the active X-band seeker can draw as many as 200 watts peak power, using thermoelectric generation tiles lining the interior of the missile around the rocket body to generate electrical power rather than relying on batteries. The onboard Active Scanned Array (AESA) radar refreshes at 30 Hz, producing sharp, accurate doppler tracks. The tandem Long-Wave Infrared seeker uses a 10 megapixel sensor with a 20x power telephoto zoom lens to produce stunningly clear thermal images in all weather conditions. An onboard EMP-hardened System-on-Chip Computer using Indium Gallium Arsenide circuits digitally correct the image produced by the infrared sensor in real time, allowing precise discrimination of the target at great distances. An annular blast warhead has been fitted to the Ahriman missile, which encases the explosive filler in long rods welded together at the ends. The Ahriman missile's rods are made from a hardened Copper/Beryllium/Cobalt alloy; when detonated, these rods break away in an extremely even ring pattern at hypervelocity, proven to produce kinetic kills in clusters of falling warheads or formations of aircraft. The modern, shock-insensitive high explosive is mixed with toxic beryllium to produce a massive concussive fireball, which propels the rods outward. This warhead is fearsome in use; with greater than 120 kgs of explosive filler, it is one of the largest such warheads ever deployed on a surface to air missile, this makes a direct hit ultimately unnecessary as a relative near miss with an Ahriman missile still most often produces a kill. Ahriman is designed to be launched from VLS cells onboard warships and can be launched from canisters on wheeled or tracked TEL's. It is compatible with a wide array of X, S and C-band radars, so the missile can be adapted to work with technology from many nations.

The S307 warhead is a contact detonation warhead of compact, lightweight design which allows it to be mounted in a variety of weapon systems. S307's are in use throughout the Forces Marquises aux Armes in five torpedo and missile systems. The warhead is a high-fusion yield design which uses a gold tamper to increase radiation pressure in the weapon, which uses tritium to enhance the fusion yield. The purpose of deploying a contact detonation warhead in military use is for crushing heavily reinforced bunkers. Upon detonation, the S307 warhead produces enormous pressure. In a contact detonation role such as the HTS.108R2N, "Morningstar-N", the weapon will penetrate roughly 6 meters into the earth before detonation, producing a crater 300 meters in diameter and 70 meters in depth; this would hurl an enormous expanse of highly irradiated soil and debris skyward, but importantly would create a 20,000+ kilopascal pressure spike.

The Morningstar missile is a high subsonic stealthy standoff munition employed by the Marquesan Armed Forces and its allies abroad. Morningstar is a Fire-and-Forget missile, which carries a sophisticated onboard computer and can be fired into extremely hostile zones with no prior intelligence or targeting data, instead relying on its sensors to recognize, classify and attack targets fitting the mission profile. Morningstar can also be guided by its launching platform to precisely hit a target which has no infrared or other distinguishing feature, such as a buried bunker. Morningstar missiles can be fired from canisters from land or vertically from naval launch cells, they can also be launched from the air and fitted to the weapons bays or hardpoints of strike aircraft. Once fired, the onboard Kanaloa TIMU will bring the missile to a predetermined target area without referencing GPS, during which flight the missile's Deneb radar will be operating in a passive mode, detecting threats in a doppler scan-and-track mode. Once in terminal seeking mode, the X-band radar switches to active mode, precisely imaging the target. During the flight, the sophisticated dual-mode "Corvus" themal seeker uses terrain contour matching referenced to the onboard inertial guidance computer to precisely determine the missile's location in relation to the target, to the terrain and to threats identified either by the Corvus seeker or by the missile's compact X-band radar. The missile can be fired in an Active Radar Homing mode, it can be fired in a Sea Skimming attack mode during which flight the missile will bank to turn at very low altitudes rather than popping up over encountered objects in the water. The missile can be fired in land attack mode, classifying targets as it flies and relaying information back to the launching platform via high-speed datalink. The high-resolution sensors on the Morningstar missile are networked together, coherently blending the images produced by the weapon's 10-watt X-band radar and images produced in Mid and Long-Wave Infrared by the dual-mode thermal seeker, which automatically corrects for poor atmospheric conditions like dust, smoke, cloudcover or active rainfall. These all-weather, long range cruise missiles have the intake for their turbine engines on the top of the missile in a serpentine duct that does not expose the turbofan engine's bypass fan to radar and disguises/diffuses the exhaust in an electrothermal cooling-plate lined diffusion channel, cooling the exhausted air before it can be exposed to a thermal seeker from below the missile. The missile's efficient turbine engine gives Morningstar a long 1,470 kilometer standoff range at 1,120 Km/H. Homing in on its target, the Morningstar missile uses the CDL sensor to classify the objects in its view until it reaches the predetermined target. One of two warheads is fitted in the Morningstar missile, a conventional TAPHEI package containing a shaped charge primary and a high explosive secondary, or a nuclear surface detonation warhead. The conventional warhead's very large shaped charge warhead delivers its warhead through as much as four meters of rock, earth, hardened steel or reinforced concrete. The secondary warhead is a nearly 300 kilogram shock-insensitive modern high explosive, mixed with toxic beryllium to produce an intense incendiary effect behind armor and a huge concussive blast. This package is effective at totally destroying all but the most deeply buried bunkers completely; however a missile silo or a bunker at greater than a hundred meters depth can be attacked with the Morningstar missile and the S307.217TAu nuclear warhead. S307 is a contact detonation warhead carrying a thermonuclear physics package. The warhead is designed to produce a crater 260 meters in width and deliver more than 20,000 kilopascals (or 3,000 PSI) to the target, sufficient to crush even the hardest, most deeply-buried targets.

The A258 warhead was developed to miniaturize the Marquesan boosted-fission warhead down to the smallest practical point. The final design weighs roughly half the finished weight of the next largest S307, and roughly a third the weight of the A281. The compact dimensions and light weight of the physics package allow for mounting in the EIS.154R2N "Hydra-N" missile, in this role used as an extremely high speed, high-altitude interceptor for reconnaissance aircraft and extremely high priority air targets, such as formations of intercontinental-range standoff bombers, or large numbers of falling re-entry vehicles. The 215 kiloton yield of the A258 warhead produces a 50+ kilometer fireball at a design altitude between 30 and 40 kilometers with negligible effect at ground level and no radioactive fallout.

The EIS.154 system, codenamed Hydra, is a dedicated exoatmospheric interceptor system launched from sealed canisters carried by TEL or loaded for vertical launch from warships. Hydra conforms to the 640mm diameter of other large-frame Marquesan-built missiles; the design uses a two-stage booster rocket which propels the missile on a ballistic arc to its 1,120 km downrange burnout distance and 570 km operating altitude. Once at design height, the ballistic nosecap is jettisoned, which activates Hydra's AMPI.mXR "Cygnus" Tandem Seeker. The Cygnus seeker combines an uncooled 10-megapixel long-wave infrared sensor and 20-power telephoto zoom lens with a powerful X-band Synthetic Aperture radar. With the ability to draw up to 200 watts for power from thermoelectric generator tiles placed along the missile body capturing waste heat from the rocket as it flies, the Hydra missile can image targets in space from great distances, classifying targets in flight such as satellites, or ballistic missile warheads. The two sensors work together to track multiple very-high speed targets and precisely distinguish between targets, debris and decoys. Once the missile has confirmed a target lock with its own optics, the bus jettisons its outer shielding, exposing ten sub-munitions in five columns, two high. Each individual submunition contains a gimballed, thrust-vectoring hydrazine thruster, a 24-kilogram shaped charge warhead package and an uncooled 10 Megapixel LWIR sensor. The submunitions can engage targets as low as 100 kilometers altitude and as high as 2,500 kilometers; maximum intercept speed is classified, as is the maximum loiter time of the weapon bus in orbit. Each warhead seeks its target using its sophisticated high-definition thermal seeker to effectively distinguish targets against either a hot or cold background and are capable of attacking in a look-up or look-down attitude. The warhead contains a Self-Forging (or Shaped Charge) Tantalum fragment and a modern shock-insensitive high explosive with a very high detonation velocity, which can penetrate 450mm of composite armor steel and destroys the warhead or satellite target by blasting it apart.

The BGM.139R3 missile is one of the fastest long-distance strike weapons in service anywhere in the world. The third revision of the missile revises the second stage of the missile and its terminal seeker, lowering the altitude of apogee to a more flattened 40 kilometers and dramatically increasing the missile's horizontal speed. Summanus retains its solid-fuel 640mm diameter first stage, which launches the 9-meter tall stack on a ballistic trajectory and can be ejected from submarines via gas generator, from Hot Launch Canisters under its own power or as an air-launched ballistic missile. The solid fueled rocket second stage of the R3 missile propels the Summanus warhead stage to nearly fifteen times the speed of sound. Once second stage jettison occurs, the warhead package can glide for a considerable, but classified distance from its 900 kilometer burnout distance. The Summanus missile is guided into the target area by a sophisticated Timing & Inertial Measurement unit containing a miniaturized Ring Laser Gyroscope and other instruments to precisely determine the missile's location in respect to the planet below. Once over the target area, the warhead performs a Pitch-Down maneuver, jettisoning its high-temperature ballistic cap and exposing the weapon's AMPI.mXR "Cygnus" seeker while airbraking down from the weapon's cruise velocity to acceptable impact speed. The AMPI.mXR package colocates a Synthetic Aperture X-Band radar, electronically scanning its field of view at 30 Hz. Combined with this, an uncooled 10 Megapixel Long-Wave Infrared sensor on a 20-power optical telephoto zoom lens allows the missile to precisely image the target regardless of nightfall, atmospheric obscurants, poor weather conditions or heavy vegetation. The Cygnus system penetrates even heavy rainclouds to allow the missile to identify disguised, buried and IR-cold targets from great distances. The all-weather capability of the sensor allows extremely high accuracy; once the missile has confirmed its target, the missile pitches level, and fold-out wings will deploy from the weapon body at just under Mach 5, allowing Summanus to maneuver at 72 g to evade hostile fires. In the terminal phase, the missile uses its inertial navigation and Cygnus seeker to precisely guide itself onto the target, with an ideal impact speed of roughly Mach 4.4. Summanus can be armed either with a TAPHEI conventional tandem warhead or the S.307.217TAu thermonuclear physics package. The conventional warhead uses a large 50 kilogram shaped charge warhead to clear earth, rock or concrete, or to punch through up to four meters of hardened steel armor before detonating a very large 180 kilogram unitary warhead. This package uses shock-insensitive modern high explosive mixed with toxic beryllium to produce a tremendous concussive blast and incendiary effect. The TAPHEI warhead carried by the Summanus missile is sufficient to destroy all but the most hardened and deeply buried command bunkers; a strike against a naval target typically sees the warhead penetrate completely through the warship to detonate on the keel with disastrous results. If armed with the S307 warhead, the missile produces a 260 meter wide crater with an X-ray enhanced boosted thermonuclear fireball, designed to deliver more than 20,000 kilopascals (or 3,000 PSI) on the target; adequate to crush even the most strongly reinforced underground missile silos or command bunkers at the cost of high radiation in the area and considerable fallout. Summanus is the fastest long-distance weapon system designed for the Marquesan government and is among the most advanced such missiles in the world.

The A281 warhead is the largest of the three military warheads accepted for use by the Forces Marquises aux Armes, in use on the Witiko Supersonic Standoff Cruise Missile, and the Immortal-II Submarine-Launched Ballistic Missile. A281 is an airburst munition, designed to detonate at 2.05 kilometers altitude. The warhead burns tritium to increase the fusion yield of the two stage weapon, with a gold tamper which increases the X-ray pressure on the weapon, helping it to be more compact than designs using a natural uranium tamper. A281 produces a 140 kilopascal pressure wave at 30 kilometers distance with higher air pressures closer to the detonation. The pressure of this 1,438 kiloton yield is sufficient to completely destroy the center of a major city or a large formation of surface warships, which is the more likely tactical use of such a weapon. Despite its immense destructive power, this is a low-fallout weapon, which has been approved for tactical use by the FMA against high value strategic and tactical targets which must be completely destroyed humanely without undue expenditure of manpower resources.

Cost Per Missile:(Place orders Here.)
13,500,000 NSD.

The Witiko missile is a uniquely powerful supersonic cruise missile produced for the Marquesan Armed Forces and its allies. Witiko is designed for high-altitude supersonic release from tactical and strategic bomber aircraft; the weapon is nearly 8 meters in length and conforms to the 640mm standard diameter of other Marquesan heavy missiles; it is powered by a massive single stage airbreathing Rocket-Augmented Ramjet engine which allows the missile to cruise at Mach 3.86 while sea-skimming or terrain following. The missile weighs 2.8 tons at launch, it has a standoff distance of 726 kilometers, the majority of which the missile spends cruising at roughly 17,000 meters where the air is thinner and the missile encounters less resistance. Witiko scans the terrain below it as it flies with an uncooled Long-Wave Infrared sensor which uses Terrain Contour Matching to reference the weapon's onboard Inertial Measurement Unit and precisely determine location, speed, altitude, attitude and heading. The weapon is highly agile and because of the nearly unmeasurable drift in its inertial navigation system, has a Circular Error Probable of just over a meter. Its onboard X-band AESA radar produces crisp, clear radar images which are referenced to the LWIR sensor and digitally corrected to eliminate the effects of atmospheric obscurants like cloudcover, rainfall, smoke and dust. Magnified by a 20x Power Telephoto Zoom lens, the LWIR sensor can stare at its target over exceptional distances, which allows the R2 Witiko to enter its terminal attack at greater distance than the previous version of the missile. Dropping down to as low as three meters above the wavetops or terrain, Witiko uses its LWIR sensor and X-Band SAR to match terrain contours or to avoid objects on the water without popping up in altitude to expose the weapon to enemy radar. The missile spends its entire flight at high supersonic speed and carries one of two warhead packages, either a massive 426 kilogram conventional warhead, or a thermonuclear airburst warhead. The conventional warhead carries 8/10 the explosive power of a ton of TNT; it is an armor piercing design, engineered to punch through the beltline armor of modern warships and detonating inside the ship with devastating results. The shock-insensitive high explosive filler is mixed with toxic beryllium to produce an incendiary effect behind armor, adding to the raw destructive power of the Witiko missile, which is often adequate to break capital warships down to their keels while still afloat. The thermonuclear physics package for the Witiko missile is the A281.320TAu airburst munition, which is a fearsomely powerful 1,400 kiloton boosted-fusion warhead. A281 is a high X-ray design using a gold tamper to increase the radiation power of the weapon and tritium to boost the efficiency of the warhead, making it one of the most compact and powerful modern weapons yet tested. The A281 warhead is designed to airburst at just over 2 kilometers altitude, and produces a high pressure shockwave sufficient to destroy naval warships and heavy steel buildings for a 30 kilometer radius. Although the weapon has a high X-ray yield, the airburst height minimizes fallout; if armed with the A281 warhead, the Witiko missile will pitch up a few moments before detonation, climbing from its sea-skimming approach altitude to optimum detonation height.

In a contact detonation role such as the BTM.131R2N, "Makara-N", the weapon will penetrate roughly 6 meters into the earth before detonation, producing a crater 300 meters in diameter and 70 meters in depth; this would hurl an enormous expanse of highly irradiated soil and debris skyward, but importantly would create a 20,000+ kilopascal pressure spike.

Cost Per Missile:(Place orders Here.)
45,000,000 NSD.

The Makara missile is a true Tactical Ballistic Missile; it is the mainstay armament of the Naga-class Heavy Strike Cruiser and is in service with the Marquesan Armed Forces and its allies abroad. BTM.131 is a two stage design using solid-fueled rocket engines with altitude-compensating annular aerospike nozzles to optimize their efficiency at all altitudes. First stage burnout occurs 226 kilometers downrange and the much longer second sustainer stage gives 380 seconds of boost and propels the missile 900 kilometers downrange. The warhead package is moving at just under Mach 8 when 2nd stage burnout and jettison occurs at 44 km altitude. This flight altitude, much too high for interception with even the highest altitude surface to air missiles and too low to be intercepted by the most modern ballistic missile interceptors allows the Makara warhead package to fly for a considerable, but undisclosed distance on inertia. The missile relies on inertial guidance to bring it to the target area, but once in its attack zone, the missile sheds its ballistic nosecap and exposes the terminal seeker, a long-wave infrared sensor paired to a compact AESA radar which scans the X-band at 30 Hz across its field of view. The Synthetic Aperture Radar takes incredibly clear, crisp images of the terrain below the missile, using terrain contour matching to positively identify the target area and the target. The missile references a 10 Megapixel Long Wave IR sensor paired to a 20x Power Telephoto Zoom lens to the radar, producing digitally-corrected Radar-and-IR overlays in real time. The Makara missile's 2nd generation seeker package has incredible accuracy in field tests, producing kills on deeply buried bunkers and heavily reinforced targets in all weather conditions, day or night and at long range. Once the target has been confirmed, the warhead bus will jettison its warhead package, which falls onto the target at just over Mach 5. One of two packages can be carried by the Makara missile; the first is a Terradynamics, or earth-penetrating warhead with a thick, hardened steel case which penetrates to 6 meters below ground level before detonating. The warhead carries 430 kilograms of shock-insensitive modern high explosive, mixed with beryllium to enhance the blast characteristics; this is enough energy to crush heavily reinforced command bunkers at a depth of 30 meters; it is the most powerful non-nuclear strike option in the Marquesan Armed Forces inventory. The nuclear package for Makara carries two S307.217TAu surface contact warheads. The S307 warhead is designed to detonate on contact with the ground, producing a 260 meter wide crater and transmitting more than 20,000 kilopascals (or 3,000 PSI) to the ground, crushing even the most deeply-buried bunkers command bunkers or underground missile silos at the cost of significant radioactive fallout. S307 warheads are tritium boosted two stage, fusion/fisison warheads which use a gold tamper to increase the radiation pressure and the yield. These warheads will be aimed at the targets by the missile's weapon bus, which self destructs in air when warhead delivery is complete.

Varuna rockets are a multi-service weapon, in service with ground and naval units throughout the Marquesan Armed Forces and with allies abroad. The Varuna artillery rocket has a 70 kilometer range greatly exceeding many smaller MLRS systems; the rocket follows a ballistic trajectory from launch, but at burnout, jettisons its aerodynamic nose-cap to expose a Semi-Active Laser Homing sensor and begins a descent toward the target. The missile can maneuver at this point, evading hostile missiles and fires along a quasi-ballistic path while seeking a target identified by a specially-coded battlefield laser, either from an allied unit or from a drone. Homing in on the illuminated target, the Varuna rocket's warhead airbursts above the intended point of impact at an optimum burst height of about 5 meters. The thermobaric warhead uses toxic trinitroborazine nanofuel and a hydrazine accelerant charge which produces an enormous high-temperature fireball and a heavy concussive blast sufficient to flip armored vehicles over and crush non-hardened structures. For destruction of tactical bunkers, the B warhead for the Varuna rocket contains a hardened steel case and conventional high explosive filler, rated to penetrate up to 3,000mm of hardened, reinforced concrete before detonation. C configuration rockets carry eight (8) guided submunitions, which are released over the target area and use drogue parachutes to slow their descent. During the glide phase, Long-Wave Infrared sensors mounted to the downward-facing nose of the submunition scan the target area using advanced target recognition data preloaded onto a System-on-Chip computer carried on each submunition. The submunitions use guidance fins to direct themselves onto tracked and wheeled armor targets directed by their heat blooms, attacking from the top down. Each submunition is rated to penetrate 6 diameters in modern composite/laminate armor, or 450mm, resulting in mission kills on even the heaviest armored vehicles in use today.

The A281 warhead is the larger of the two military warheads accepted for use by the Forces Marquises aux Armes, in use on the Witiko Supersonic Standoff Cruise Missile, and the Immortal-II Submarine-Launched Ballistic Missile. Despite its immense destructive power, this is a low-fallout weapon, which has been approved for tactical use by the MFA against high value strategic and tactical targets which must be completely destroyed humanely without undue expenditure of manpower resources.

70,000,000 NSD.

The 44-ton SCM.600 missile is the keystone of Marquesan nuclear deterrent in Gholgoth. 12.5 meters long and just over two meters in diameter, it is an incredibly large and powerful weapon system, designed to be launched from SAN.161 "Ravana" class Strategic Attack Submarines. The weapon is a three stage design, with two solid-fuel booster stages with altitude-compensating aerospike nozzles. The weapon is launched from a sealed canister loaded into the submarine at port, ejected into the water at launch depth with a nitrogen pressure ejection system which pushes the missile upward on a booster platform and shoots the missile up above water level before the engines fire, protecting the submarine from the intense blast of the missile's exhaust. Once fired, the first stage propels the missile to nearly 9 times the speed of sound and 1,500 kilometers downrange. The second stage propels the missile a further 8,500 kilometers downrange and to its flight apogee of 720 kilometers altitude at a velocity of 22 times the speed of sound. Once second stage burnout and jettison occur, the third stage will jettison its ballistic nosecap, exposing the missile's "Corvus" Dual-Mode Infrared Seeker, which pierces cloudcover, heavy smoke and tempest rains to image the target area. Guidance and positioning thrusters orient the RV bus over the target area, which is scanned to confirm the target areas with the Cygnus Dual-Mode seeker. The AMPI.mXR targeting system uses a compact X-Band AESA radar which can draw up to 200 watts power to image the target in all weather conditions, day or night. Augmenting the radar which updates at 30 Hz, a staring Long Wave Infrared sensor attached to a 20x Telephoto Zoom Lens produces crisp, clear images, even through atmospheric obscurants like rainfall, dust or oil smoke. As each target is confirmed with LWIR and Radar, the missile releases its Reentry Vehicles on spin-stabilized descent tracks. The missile can carry a system of eight (8) S307.217Tau surface contact warheads or three (3) A281.320TAu airburst warheads, delivering these with rotation-inducing thrusters on each RV to maximize accuracy. Depending on the warhead package chosen, the S307 package will deliver its eight warheads into direct contact with the target; this weapon is a compact, high-yield warhead which is designed with a gold tamper to increase the radiation pressure and tritium-boosted two-stage fusion/fission. The sheer power of the weapon produces a 260 meter wide crater, transmitting more than 20,000 kilopascals (or 3,000 PSI) to the target, sufficient to crush even the most deeply buried, heavily reinforced command bunkers and missile silos. The secondary warhead package carries three A281 warheads, which are designed to airburst at 2 km altitude above their target areas; this much larger warhead produces a massive high pressure blast calculated to destroy warships or heavy concrete and steel buildings for 30km from the point of detonation. A single Surgical Kinetic Strike Vehicle, or SKSV can be carried by the Immortal-II platform, typically replacing two missiles on a Ravana-A class submarine. The SKSV carries 1,350 kilograms of tungsten carbide in a highly-aerodynamic re-entry vehicle, which is spin-stabilized and considered extremely accurate. An SKSV strike has 48,310 megajoules of kinetic energy at re-entry, striking the planetary surface at near orbital velocity. This weapon is sufficient to attack even the heaviest underground nuclear bunkers without inflicting unnecessary damage through the release of radioactivity.

The HOT.126 torpedo, codenamed "Kali" is a heavy torpedo in service with the Marquesan Armed Forces and its allies abroad. The weapon weighs more than 1,600 kilograms; it is just over 6.3 meters long and 500mm in diameter; the weapon is powered by a gas catalyst and pumpjet, which give the torpedo a high underwater speed of more than 35 knots and an extended 75 kilometer range. The weapon is typically launched in a "swim-out" method, using its fiber optic cable guidance to steer the torpedo and allowing the torpedo's passive sonar to feed information back to the submarine. When the torpedo has identified its target, it begins active pinging its target with high-intensity 18 millisecond wideband chirps from 490 kHz to 29 kHz, which provide an extremely detailed image of the target, helping the torpedo to discriminate the target from its sonar decoys. Kali torpedoes can either carry a massive 280 kilogram modern high explosive warhead, or the S307.217Tau thermonuclear warhead. The conventional warhead operates either by contact detonation with a submarine target or with an under-keel explosion with surface targets. The thermonuclear S307 warhead generates a 300-meter fireball underwater, vaporizing anything within that radius and creating a tremendous underwater pressure wave of more than 20,000 kilopascals. The RAS.200 System is a specialized rocket delivery method for a lightweight homing torpedo. Just over seven meters in length and 350mm in diameter, the complete missile weighs just over 700 kilograms. The RAS.200 System, codenamed "Trishula" fires from vertical launch cells aboard the FFK.96 "Damballa" class frigate, with a quasi-ballistic range up to 14,000 meters guided by midcourse update from the frigate. Once the booster rocket has been exhausted, the rocket jettisons the torpedo at its ideal launch fall height to hit the water near its ideal underwater velocity, roughly 100 km/h, after which the rocket body self-destructs. The torpedo starts homing passively as soon as its sonar has a clear picture, and starts diving in a helical search pattern until its target is identified in sonar. Once its targeting solution is found, the torpedo begins active pinging its target with wideband, 18 millisecond sonar chirps from 490 kHz to 29 kHz. These high frequency bursts of sonar create an extremely clear underwater picture, which helps the torpedo discriminate between the submarine target and its decoys. The warhead operates by contact detonation if possible with a submarine target or with an under-keel explosion with a surface target, but is powerful enough to produce a kill with a near miss in many scenarios.

Seadevil buoys operate a downward-looking passive sonar ring just below the surface and a weighted upward-looking ultra-low frequency transducer on a 1,500 meter shielded tether. This tethered transducer is intended to fall below any thermocline in the water, where deep-diving submarines passing through the trap will set off the mine and where the signal/noise ratio of the ULF transducer will be enhanced. A target not matching the sonic profile of known friendly vessels will activate the mine and release a wire-guided depth charge from the buoy, which freefalls on a 1,000 meter low-noise cable, using guidance fins on the weapon body, directed by the passive sonar on the buoy and the active sonar on the weighted tether. This system has a near-perfect accuracy record and because it is propulsionless and the buoy relies only on its saltwater battery and high-efficiency solar concentrator for power, it is nearly silent and therefore almost impossible to detect without an active ping in the water. If placed at 1 kilometer intervals, a single Damballa class frigate can lay a 60+ kilometer anti-submarine net effective against even the deepest diving hostile submarines. The buoys themselves are connected by an ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) Solid-State Plasma Antenna, which artificially generates signals; if one buoy is destroyed, tampered with or discharges a mine, the buoys act as a satellite-independent communication array which alerts the frigate that discharged it. This allows the frigate to loiter far from its minefield but to respond quickly to threats crossing its patrol line.

The PAS-1060, codenamed "Sarissa" is a medium-weight, precision anti-ship missile in service with the Anagonian Navy, and under license production both in Anagonia and in the Marquesan Union, Gholgoth. The weapon weighs 570 kilograms by itself, just over four meters in length and 380mm in diameter with sets of cruciform folding wings fore and aft. Its booster is 1.6 meters in length and the same diameter, making overall length 5.63 meters, and its wingspan 1.41 meters extended. Sarissa is designed to be launched from vertical launch cells on small and large warships, engaging warships as large as aircraft carriers, and lethal to ships below 20,000 tons. Because the missile is fired vertically and can adjust course up to 200° after launch, the ship does not need to maneuver or expose itself to its target to fire, and could fire all of its missiles at a target in one attack; "dog leg" waypointed flight profiles can be programmed in to allow multiple missiles to strike the target simultaneously, overwhelming its defenses. Sarissa carries a heavy tandem warhead, consisting of a powerful shaped charge primary which pierces up to 2.6 meters of rock, concrete or steel, delivering a 161-kilogram aluminized High-Explosive warhead, which produces a massive, enhanced blast behind armor. A highly-accurate INS + Active Radar Homing + DataLink midcourse update system allow Sarissa to attack with pinpoint accuracy, rated to a circular error probable of just 5,000mm.

The missile is ejected from its launch canister by a smokeless solid rocket booster, which burns for four seconds, accelerating the missile to just over 900 kilometers per hour at 6 g acceleration. Once exhausted, the booster is jettisoned, and a compact twin-spool turbofan takes over, the missile descends to under 8 meters in sea-skimming mode, and Sarissa cruises at Mach 0.92 cruise speed with a very low infrared and acoustic signature. The Confederate Electric TF-318 turbofan produces just over 700 pounds thrust, and is fueled by a 90-liter mid-fuselage fuel tank, aft of the warhead bay permitting up to 20 minutes of flight. Sarissa is agile to multiple mission requirements, able to deliver its warhead in a higher-altitude cruise missile profile at more than 240 miles, or it can operate in a sea-skimming profile for just under 134 miles. Fired into denied environments and performing evasive maneuvers, Sarissa can penetrate over 53 miles of actively-defended airspace, performing autonomous evasive maneuvers. The missile is guided by an onboard ring-laser gyroscope, providing simple, reliable and accurate positioning, which enables Sarissa to be fired well over the horizon, locking on after launch. The missile uses an onboard J-band, continuous-wave radar to illuminate its target during its terminal attack, activated at only 6 kilometers from the target to reduce its reaction time. Typically fired in a sea-skimming or terrain-following mode, Sarissa never exceeds 7.7 meters altitude, staying low to the surface until just before arriving at the target, then popping up to 180 meters and diving vertically on the target, in a pattern designed to defeat CIWS solutions. Because the warhead has a shaped charge primary, it pierces the thinly-armored top deck and typically the next deck below it completely before the secondary warhead impacts, very often detonating near or against the ship's keel, with the force of the explosion directed downward.

The Anagonian and Marquesan government's desire to co-develop a hypersonic surface-to-air missile capable of engaging and defeating the latest generation of high-speed anti-shipping and theater-range ballistic missiles led to "Project Pilum", and the HSI-1504 missile that resulted from the collaborative design process. Pilum is a massive, single-stage weapon, just under 4.9 meters in height and 325mm in diameter, powered by a latest-generation smokeless propellant rocket engine, known by its Marquesan nomenclature as a "SHIVR" engine, with thrust-vectoring vanes linked directly to the missile's rear fins. Upon launch, the missile ejects under its own power from its sealed canister, firing vertically using pure rocket thrust; once the missile is above Mach 3, ram doors open to augment the burning rocket fuel with atmospheric oxygen which retains supersonic flow through the rocket, allowing Pilum to fly at Mach 6.6, faster than nearly any known manned aircraft. The weapon can engage targets once it's traveled roughly 6,500 meters from the launcher, 2.8 seconds from the moment of launch; it can continue on to a maximum climb altitude of just under 20,000 meters, engaging other hypersonic missiles at a maximum of 32,000 meters horizontal distance, 80,000 meters against cruise missiles, 112 kilometers against fighters and 158 kilometers against larger aircraft. The extraordinary speed and power of the Pilum missile are harnessed by its guidance system, a simple and reliable ring-laser gyroscope and referencing datalink from the launch vehicle or vessel, in addition to a tandem terminal seeker, combining a J-band active homing radar with a long-wave infrared sensor, to help the missile discriminate the target from electronic decoys and thermally-matched flares with an extremely low error rate and very high accuracy. Pilum carries a continuous-rod warhead, wherein the HNB explosive filler is poured into a "cage" of steel rods, welded together at their ends. Upon detonation, the rods disperse in a highly uniform, ring pattern at hypervelocity, meaning the missile does not require a direct hit to kill its target. Pilum can be used against a wide variety of targets, in a wide variety of engagement profiles, while denying the enemy adequate time to defeat or avoid the missile.
