RULES:
No god-modding (lol) - while you can manifest amazing cosmic powers and can create your desire, it takes time for Your boons to influence the world
Also other gods might decide to intervene or interfere with what you want to achieve, give the other players a chance to do so before your Actions resolve.
Domains - choose 2 Domains, your godly portfolio, source of power. Common Domains are Wind, Fire, Agriculture, War, Storm, Magic, Love, Hunting, Forests
Each post/round you get 2 Actions which can be used to Manifest a power appropriate to your domain or for a Feat of Creation
Boons (blessings) are things you can give to Your Peoples to make things better, Curses are things you do with your Domain powers to make them worse. This can not be used to create only to change, influence or teach (eg you could make a field more fertile or teach your hero about boats)
FEATS OF CREATION: As a god You can create
- 1 An Avatar - one physical form that can act in the World
2 Natural features (mountains, rivers, forests, deserts, holy sites) which you place in the world and become special to you
3 Monsters can be placed in the world too, but unlike Avatars are not in your control (though any god can influence/provoke or commune with a monster for good or ill) (NB: Monsters arent always destructive, some might be guardian spirits)
4 Peoples - you create a small clan of worshippers who are under your guidance
5 Wild peoples - you can create other peoples in the world too and let them run wild for anyone to interact with, influence or kill
YOUR PEOPLES
Peoples start as a small primitive family group in a desolate world. They begin wholly dependent on You but through Your guidance they can rise, learning new skills and technologies, mastering the world around them and even becoming heroes. One of your people should be designated as Leader/Hero
You get to decide what Species/Race your people are and where they begin life in the world.
Other gods can use their Action to influence Your people
People Actions
Although People are created with one of your god Actions, once they are living in the world People get to take 2 Actions of their own
All Heroes get the gift of fire, in addition your people can explore, harvest resources, make tools, hunt, build, research technology, fight, breed, pray and develop rituals (magic)
Technology: Your people start knowing how to foraging plants for food and to use fire, they can also learn new skills and technology as they develop from a primitive state towards civilization.
Everyone can learn basic skills via IC posts, once a People know Toolmaking they can then make specialist tools for the other skills they know. Having specialist tools means that the People can use the Expert Skill without using a Action.

Advanced Tech* After your Peoples have Agriculture and Tool Making, the followingAdvanced skills/tech can be researched and developed as Tech chains. Some of these may be Domain skills and learning them may require invoking the relevant god

Hard Science While the start of each tech chain below can be researched as Advanced Tech, further science can change the game so needs to be agreed by all players.

- Navigation + Physics = Powered Flight
Domain Skills - gods can designate one relevant Advance Tech as a Domain Skill which only they possess (eg the Forge God may have Metallurgy as a domain skill). Peoples can only gain the skill from that god (through prayer, negotiation or theft)
Breeding - If your People undertake the Breeding Action or You use a Fertility boon then your population will rise. Provided you have sufficient housing and food this can be achieved and will gain +1 People Action. Breed can be used 3 times for each settlement level (clan huts - Village - City) eg 3 clans form a village, a village can then have 3 clans around it, 3 villages (9 clans) can make a City. City + Diplomacy can form a Nation.
A Nation can build new Villages without first needing clan huts
Magic - in this World magic starts from a base of pray and ritual, it involves calling on the gods (any gods) for aid. Such powers if granted should be subtle to start with but can grow with further research. eg a Hero might pray to the Fire god to grant them a boon. The god responds by allowing the Hero to use a ritual to make natural fires burn more intensely. On the second ritual action the Hero is able cause wood to burst into flames, the third ritual action allows the Hero to set other things on fire and the fourth allows them to hold a ball of fire in their own hand, by the fifth ritual action the Hero is able to call a column or even a wall of flame
Temples Peoples can build Temples to the gods as signs of worship. Temples can take any form from a sacred grove, a roadside cairn to a monumental ziggurat. Temples must be attended by Mortal Peoples or the will be ruined by neglect or they may be ruined by an attack. A ruined Temple can be rebuilt by peoples
If a god is slain it will respawn at a Temple (this will also ruin the Temple)
War Through an IC declaration Heroes can go to War leading their Peoples against others
Gods or their Proxies can also battle each other. However remember that slaying a god or its proxy is a difficult and epic event that can not be achieved in a single post, has wide ramifications for the whole game and should be plotted out ooc or through telegrams first
