I'm not sure that you can, but I may be wrong. I mean, maybe you can claim land but you don't technically own it?

If the Six Nations does come back that will be hard to deal with. I will not claim parts of New California. Edit: Sorry I misread his statement. I thought he said anyone could claim his territories when in actuality they needed permission. Instead I will claim a part of Washington state. I don't think anyone is there.

Can I write Laka, China and Russia (alongside with some of the nations of the CIS) going back to Afghanistan and being basically stuck there until now? Like the talib-backed terrorists blow up some buildings in China, Russia and attempt to stage things like these in Laka which prompts an invasion

Honestly: do you think that that would be allowed in a normal RP? When I spied on the IHS for those Anti rocket missiles half my agents were captured, so again, do you think that it isn't GMing?
