AREA OF OPERATIONS:
Circles represent Peacekeeper positions
The AO is divided between the Adirondack Mountains to the south and a large swath of flatlands to the north. Each team will be provided small patrol boats to perform naval warfare on the Hudson River, but these boats must be transported to the river from each team's base. Peacekeepers will be positioned across the map, defending two cities and a bridge. The AO will train participants in both mountain, forest, and conventional warfare.
ORGANIZATION:
Upon the beginning of the exercise, all applications to join will be closed. There will be three positions in the AO manned by ICDN Peacekeepers. These peacekeepers will defend crucial positions in the AO, such as bridges and two major cities.Upon start, country's forces will be divided into teams equally. The Blue team will begin from the west, while the Red team will approach from the east. Either team can attack peacekeeper positions to capture the peacekeeper positions. The Blue Team's base will be in Salaberry de Valleyfield, while the Red Team will be operating out of Magog. Both teams will start in their base before moving towards their objectives. Rubber bullets will be used in substitutes for actual bullets, and dummy bombs and shells will be used in place of actual bombs and shells. The winner will be whatever side controls the most territory at the end of the two week period.
RULES:
1. Neither team may leave the AO for any reason, with the exception of urgent medical care unable to be provided at base. Food, Water, Restrooms, Ammunition, and Medical Care will be provided at base.
2. Food, Water, and Ammunition must be transported to the frontlines via either convoy or airdrop.
3. Neither team may engage in dogfights due to the inherent danger it poses to both pilots and the people below.
4. Each country is responsible for bringing their own weapons. Rubber bullets, Dummy mines, Dummy bombs, and Dummy shells will be provided for each country by South Americanastan.
5. DO NOT, NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCES, INTENTIONALLY HARM ANY CIVILIANS IN THE AO. BREACH OF THIS RULE WILL RESULT IN YOUR COUNTRY BEING EJECTED FROM THE EXERCISE
THE BREACH OF ANY OF THESE RULES WILL LEAD TO DISCIPLINARY ACTION.
