It is 2030, and terror has crossed the line. The Third Olpenese Empire Association has just launched nuclear missiles as South Olpen, Meretica, the IHS, and The King Isle. Multiple nations have already declared war on international terrorism following the event, but impassioned cries are being made for all nations to fight fascism and terrorism in their borders. The current death toll is unknown, but in one attack alone more than 7 million innocent civilians died.
Their are calls for revenge all over the world, and many hundreds of thousands are signing up for the militaries Olpen at least. Military forces prepare to slaughter any known fascist terrorists and terrorist sympathizers if they do not surrender. It is clear that the combined forces of the developed world will snuff out the threat, but at what cost?

The Six Nations are among those that have declared a war on terror after at least 45 million were killed, including all but a handful of people in the Meretican government. (It is believed that around 80 million more will die as a result of the fallout; the nations are working as fast as they can to save lives.) As a result of this, one of the contingency plans from the Civil War has been put into place. Their armies have been mobilized to face the terrorist threat. Pro-democracy fascists within Meretica enlist at higher rates than expected, but none are put on secret missions or given command positions. With General Isaiah Hopkins coming out of retirement to lead the united armies of the Six Nations, it is believed that this will be a massacre against terrorists and their families. The attack is widely seen as a continuation of the Meretican Genocide.

ISC: A lottery is used again to choose families to go underground in case of another nuclear attack. Teachers, farmers, high-ranking generals, and the families of dead officials are prioritized.

Weirdly enough, one of the first organizations to pledge their full support for the intervention is The Order: an ex-nazi and ex-fascist organizations, dating back to WW2 Lakan-German relationships. They offer financial backing, medical supplies and, although for now as a possibility, armed volunteers.
The main reason for this is the internal struggle within The Order: Heilgard, the current leader is being challenged with extra-reformists, believing that any fascist elements within The Order should remove any remaining fascism within the organization

Providence island, the only area that was actually destroyed in the nation, is simply abandoned until the war is over. The 67 year old General Sherman has left retirement to fight back, being a Providence native. Quickly, all high level staff and ten thousand randomly picked civilians from every field are moved into bunkers (10k teachers, 10k plumbers, 10k HR people etc etc etc). After that, a first show first spot policy is used to move people into bunkers. Any fascist outposts are demolished, but the rather pro city policy regarding bunkers leads many to go with fascists for protection.

The King Isle has declared War on terror. And imediately starts sentencing terrorists to death and starts raiding terrorist bases

Many raids occur on TOEA HQs dwindling the number of active members down to a quarter of the original (890,000 left). With leaders captured and members in prison, the remaining TOEA leadership decide on two major actions. One is to start sister organizations in other countries, such as the Belectorthian Sovereign Rights Militia in Meretica and the Kingmen Revival Group in TKI and HK. The other, much more deadly decision was too destroy Scezonia. The bomb hit, but thankfully, do too someone who intended to surrender to the government in order to restore peace, it only hit Yetina Island. While millions were saved, 1,789,000 Yetinans died from the bomb. Yetina Island is going to be rebuilt and the war has been declared as over once the leader was tortured compelled to give a speech telling all remaining fascists to surrender. The leader was executed via hanging, and any fascists have been arrested for 30+ years and barred from office. A monument is being built to dead, but it is of secondary importance to rebuilding.

With the creation of the BSRM, the Meretican War on Terror hits the homefront. BSRM actions have not been on the nuclear level (it is doubtful that it will be), but several planes were hijacked by terrorists and used to destroy multiple buildings in Laenalaen, including the ancient White Tower that stood at the heart of the city for more than 500 years. Meretica begins mass arrests of people and families with direct connections to BSRM members and their families, hoping to put an end to terrorism within Meretica.

The Six nations combined declaration of war has raised serious concerns in Washington DC and the United States is following these events closely. The reason is United States itself along with NATO and third world country partners had declared War On Terror 21 years ago after the September 11 Attacks, in 2001 by Al-Qaeda. The United States affirm complete support for this operation and will continue to support the countries that are determined to terminate terrorists and terrorism. United States support states Of South Olpen and Meretica more particularly due to their determination to demolish and terminate this virus from the earth. And will continue to provide financial and military supplies.
