11 Years ago Irogg was an evil dictatorship ruled by general Gula Al-Ishari, but during the British Albertan-IDSF War Irogg was nuked several times. The nukes not only left the country devastated, it also left the country in chaos. For 9 years a violent civil war raged where several factions began fighting among themselves. One faction, the Islamic Emirate of Irogg(An Islamic extremists group) successfully took control of the country. This was internationally ignored until recently the terrorist group Al-Hydia bombed the Tyranti Embassy in Southwest Swayh Prijan

After investigations by the Tyranti Security Agency(TSA) it was found that Irogg armed and trained these terrorists. After long debate Tyrantio Land has put together a plan to invade Irogg, but to do this they need a coalition of nations to support them with aid and money. Already many nations have join and airstrikes have been commenced. Already the airstrikes have crippled the morale of the Iroggi army, but Emir Bakar has vowed to The Coalition that he will fight to the very last inch of ground under his control. Many areas of Irogg have been under constant attack from Christian Rebel groups, this has promoted a mass genocide against Christians, which is another reason for intervention.

The time has come…

Flare Regiment prepares to invade the nation of Irogg. High Colonel Raythe will be in command of the attack. On a small convoy of troop transport ships, the High Colonel speaks to his men.

“Our convoy of ships will drop us off near the port city of (insert name of city where Karachi is in real life) Here we will invade northward, pushing to Irogg’s capital city of (capital city). We all need to remember that for much of this time we’ll be in the desert. It’s gonna be hot and sandy. This can clog up tanks, vehicles, and machinery. It also hurts when it’s in your eyes, these two things you all know. What we don’t know is a definite idea of the enemy’s composition. I’ve been told to expect guerrilla tactics, which you all have fought against before. This is a standing army we’ll be up against, so expect enemy tanks, artillery and all sorts of shiny new weapons to use to rain fire on us. The enemy soldiers also just recently took this country, so all of these soldiers are trained veterans, and have fought in this terrain before. Few of you have even seen this type of terrain outside training or a happy little hike through the Valley Desert back on Rifta. We’ll also have support from a coalition of other nations. This includes Tyrantio Land, our old friend Zarnicovia Nova, and a few others. We’ll be doing things our way, and operating alone. They might try to work together, they might not. While they parade around taking out pockets of resistance, we’ll be marching straight to the capital. It’ll be a tough fight, but one we can win. So let’s get out there and show these sand rats the might of the Empire”

Many Iroggi Soldiers were armed with old broken AK-47s, but they knew that they had an advantage, Commander Al-Sakiri El Nazer began a speech to his men "Listen up, those foreigners on our land have done the stupidest most idiotic move in the history of moves, WE WILL PREVAIL, remember we live here. This is our home, so get up and fight for your god Allahu Akbar. So I want half of you men to dig in just in case they attempt to attack. And the other half will charge at my command, remember you will charge to save the emir, the emirate, and all of Irogg."

The Soldiers began cheering and began digging and mentally preparing themselves to charge headfirst at the enemy as soon as they landed.

The Riftan ships anchored two miles offshore. Unarmed drone flyovers showed enemy trenches on the coastlines. The soldiers are preparing their gear and equipment, as landing craft are dropped from the ships to the water. The war is soon to begin.

High Colonel Raythe stood with his men overlooking a table with a aerial photo of the beaches, as well as a map of Irogg.
”Those Iroggis took a few potshots at our drones. A few got pretty banged up” a Lieutenant reports.
”We’ll send aircraft in to bomb the trenches and defenses first. If they have any AA defenses then they’re hidden. I guess the drones couldn’t get close enough to tell” replies Raythe.
”No sir. The drones couldn’t get far inland with the Iroggis shooting at them. We detonated the crashed drones to prevent the enemies from stealing them.” the Lieutenant says.
”Good. We can’t let them get our technology, no matter how banged up it is. Inform our pilots of the plan, and order the men we move out immediately.”

Thirty minutes later, the Imperial forces had been completely prepared. Strikers took off from the carrier, and readied their weapons. Landing ships followed behind, filled to the brim with soldiers. The jets had successfully bombed many Iroggi positions, but many remained by the time the landers arrived. The men struggle up the beach towards the Iroggi trenches, under fierce fire from the enemy. Shouts and commands fill the air as officers try to rally the troops. Soon, a shout from the trenches rings trough the sounds of the battle as a wave of Iroggi soldiers swarm down the beach towards the Riftans. Shouts of “Firing line!” fill the air as the men get in a long column down the beach, desperately firing at the Irogg charge. Only infantry had been deployed at this point, and landers attempt to drop their tanks on the beach to assist them. The strikers had circled around again, and launched another bombing run against the trenches. Explosions deafen the ears of the soldiers as sand flies. The firing line slowly marches forward as the wave of Iroggis continues.

Meanwhile, on a different beach near the port city of Gwadar, the Eurumian naval task force arrived. A few planes were sent out to see the extent of Iroggi defenses, and came back reporting some trench systems, no discernible anti-air or anti-ship emplacements, and a large amount of Iroggi troops. The landing was cleared to begin. Around 200 small transport vessels, full of around 4,000 Eurumian troops, maneuvered themselves away from the ships that had carried them and towards the beach. Meanwhile, on the aircraft carrier Allegiance, 2 of the air squadrons, each with 7 fighter jets, 2 bombers, 2 multirole, and 1 heavy bomber, fueled up and took off to provide air support for the landings.

The Eurumian strategy was similar to that of Rifta’s. The Eurumites were to land a near a port city with a portion of their forces, then once the city is taken, unload the rest using the captured port. Once all the troops are ready, then they will march to the Iroggi capital and aid the other Coalition forces along the way.

Screaming war cries, the Iroggis were being slaughtered as they ran towards the enemy, many Iroggis in utter confusion running about and abandoning the battlefield. Commander Al-Sakeri called quickly to a small checkpoint in a small town nearby. "We need you to send in reinforcements, we need the suicide trucks." The soldiers at the checkpoint responded "They are on their way, may allah be with you." after barley holding off for a few hours the trucks roll into sight, at full speed they were going straight for Rifan lines. The remaining soldiers had stopped charging and had either all died or were hiding in the trenches.

Ready your weapons and prepare the mortars we charge once those damn bombers finisher their runs." the soldiers were ready to charge and die for Irogg and they armed themselves and prayed that they would send these unholy foreigners from their land.

When the Eurumian troops landed, they found themselves beset on all sides by an unending wave of Iroggi troops. The Eurumians fought bravely, but ultimately were all killed due to an overwhelming disadvantage of numbers.

Upon realizing that the initial landing force was completely destroyed, the officers in the task force came up with a new strategy. Due to there being no anti-air defenses (to their knowledge), they would use their planes to bombard the Iroggi forces and try to whittle them down, then launch a full-scale invasion with the remaining 14,000 troops and 60 tanks. This time, all of the Eurumian planes were launched, and prepared to bombard the enemy trenches and troops.

Only a few hours later they were forced to retreat to the trenches due to Eurimian Bombers. Captain Eliq and 4,000 of the original 15,000 attack force had been killed. They new Captain was a bit smarter and order the troops to stay in the trenches, "If they charge us while we are in the trenches we will simply open fire, flawless plan. And if they somehow manage to begin to overwhelm us then fight to the last man, remember to detonate your suicide vests and take out as many of those evil invaders as you can." Many soldiers agreed with the plan, but some began to realize "What if the Euromians don't charge." The plan was destined to fail.

As the Iroggis retreated to their lines, trucks rolled out from behind the trenches, each one heading quickly to the Riftan lines. Any well trained officer would have instantly known they were suicide trucks coming, and Flare Regiment had some of the best. If the Iroggis hadn’t retreated, and the melee continued, the men most certainly wouldn’t have heard the command, and many would have been killed, but since the Iroggis had retreated, most men were able to dive into craters. Only a few of the tanks had been deployed, and two were hit by the trucks, destroying one and severely damaging the other. After a delay, a few men were able to load rocket launchers, and damaged or destroyed several trucks just before they would crash into new tanks. The tanks that had time to be deployed safely fired their main guns at the suicide trucks as well. After destroying the truck threat, the men reorganized into the firing line, guns pointed at the trenches, with tanks behind them, and High Colonel Raythe walked out to the front.
He said, “You have fought bravely, but you have lost. Surrender now and live, or continue to fight, and die. The choice is yours and, If I were you, I’d choose the former”

Commander Al-Sakeri himself yelled "We would rather die fighting than surrender to you." only seconds later Al-Sakeri was shot in the head and slumped on the floor the few Iroggi soldiers left kept firing and readied their suicide vests to detonate just in case. The new commander ordered 200 of the 2,000 remaining soldiers to hide in the trenches, "Make them fight room to room" he said. But over all many Iroggis knew that the battle had been lost.

The Iroggi soldiers did not hesitate and quickly opened fire on the Riftans. Commander Al-Sakeri himself yelled "We would rather die fighting than surrender to you." only seconds later Al-Sakeri was shot in the head and slumped on the floor the few Iroggi soldiers left kept firing and readied their suicide vests to detonate just in case. The new commander ordered 200 of the 2,000 remaining soldiers to hide in the trenches, "Make them fight room to room" he said. But over all many Iroggis knew that the battle had been lost.

After shooting their commander in the head with his pistol, Raythe jumped into a bomb crater with three other men, and fired out at the Iroggis. The other men did the same, watching the Irogg forces suicidally charge at the Riftans. The tanks’ machine guns massacred the enemy. Until one mortally wounded Irogg soldier crawled to a tank, and activated his vest. The tank was blown backwards, and the men realized that the enemy had explosive vests. With this new knowledge, the officers and Raythe realized that they would have to keep a sharp eye in melees in the future. After gunning down the waves of Iroggis, the men crawled to the trenches. After killing the trench’s gunners and first line of defenses, Raythe decided there was no point in trying to take the trenches, and so the men simply retreated away and ordered an air strike on the trenches. The Low Altitude Assault Bombers successfully destroyed the trenches, and there were no survivors. After this initial success, the men rested in the safety of their beach head. That night, while most of the men slept, Raythe and his high officers discussed the battle around a table.
”We took casualties sir. We lost four tanks, two hundred and four men, and no aircraft” informed a Lieutenant.
”That is unacceptable! It may be small compared to our current forces, but losses like these every battle cannot be done! While our plan is to March to the capital, we need to remember that there is still much fighting along the way” yelled another officer.
”He is correct. It seems small now, but we need to remember that there is much fighting ahead. But you also must keep in mind that more reinforcements can be sent” replied Raythe calmly.
”Enough of this. What is our plan as we advance to the capital?” asked a third lieutenant.
Raythe stood and pointed to a spot on the map, ”The Emperor informed me he does not want a long, drawn-out war here. This is a campaign to help an ally, and leave Lickety-split. We’ll March to the capital, destroy major resistance along the way, then take the Capital. And-“
A communications officer runs in, out of breath. He says ”Sir. A scout drone spotted another coalition force landing on the beaches up the coast.”
”What country are they from?” asks Raythe
”We aren’t sure sir”
”Send a drone out again to find out”
”Yes sir!” shouts the officer as he leaves.
”Send a party out to scout the ground ahead. We need as much reconnaissance as we can get before we invade” Raythe orders the first Lieutenant
As the Lieutenant leaves, Raythe continues to discuss the battle plans with the officers long into the night.

The Captain of the Small squad of marines began speaking to his troops "The other coalition members launched full scale assaults on Irogg, but we will parachute our 4,000 marines in to Christian Rebel controlled land, with our trained military we will punch a hole in the Iroggi line and advance towards Rogg(The capital). Hopefully when Rogg falls Irogg will fall to."
The nervous soldiers were happy with the speech and prepared their gear, then a green light flashed. Green Light meant 4 minutes til drop and then A red light came on, that meant it was time to drop. The 20 planes opened their back walls and 4,000 marines jumped out. The marines hoped they would land in the right place.

When the Eurumian troops landed, they found themselves beset on all sides by an unending wave of Iroggi troops. The Eurumians fought bravely, but ultimately were all killed due to an overwhelming disadvantage of numbers.

Upon realizing that the initial landing force was completely destroyed, the officers in the task force came up with a new strategy. Due to there being no anti-air defenses (to their knowledge), they would use their planes to bombard the Iroggi forces and try to whittle them down, then launch a full-scale invasion with the remaining 14,000 troops and 60 tanks. This time, all of the Eurumian planes were launched, and prepared to bombard the enemy trenches and troops.

The Iroggi troops celebrated their victory by firing their guns in the air and wasting ammo. But the victory was short lived. Only a few hours later they were forced to retreat to the trenches due to Eurimian Bombers. Captain Eliq and 4,000 of the original 15,000 attack force had been killed. They new Captain was a bit smarter and order the troops to stay in the trenches, "If they charge us while we are in the trenches we will simply open fire, flawless plan. And if they somehow manage to begin to overwhelm us then fight to the last man, remember to detonate your suicide vests and take out as many of those evil invaders as you can." Many soldiers agreed with the plan, but some began to realize "What if the Euromians don't charge." The plan was destined to fail.

As the Iroggis entered their trenches, the Eurumian planes simply took note of the trench locations, and bombarded them, trying to collapse them.

The Latin-class missile cruiser Praetor also fired 4 of its 10 ship-to-surface missiles at the Iroggi trenches, and the remaining 14,000 soldiers aboard the naval task force are prepared for a full-scale landing.

Right as friendly contact was made one of the pilots of the helicopters called into the carrier group “we have friendly contact. Send iver supplies.” Reply: “sending 50 million zarnicovs(about 140 mil NSD) now plus guns and other supplies.” Second in command did a secret message to the pilot asking if they were coming. The pilot shook his head. Yes. Meanwhile at the carrier 10 helicopters launch before them 4 fighter jets to clean the way. Also at the same time ZN bombers and fighters were being launch to take iut AA and give strat bomb to rebels to aid their cause.

The commander looked at the incredible amount of money and saluted the Novia soldiers "I don't think the income of everyone in the entire nation would be able to match the money you just gave us, though if you can. With low morale and lowering food supplies it seemed that the battle was lost, but the commander (Commander El-Jam) decided to revise his plan "We will use hostages, errr civilian volunteers. The invaders will never attack civilian volunteers, someone go to the nearest village and recruit some volunteers. I want my rocket troopers(Troops with rocket launchers) to get into the nearest technical(Toyota) and prepare for battle, one last thing. Allah will save us all."

A few hours later some soldiers came back with civilian "volunteers" and ordered them to stand in front of the trenches.

Due to the Iroggis being whittled down, a full-scale landing was launched. The troops were informed of the hostage situation, and ordered to not kill any unarmed people or be court-martialed. If any of the hostages were to attack the invading Eurumites, then the troops could attack, because they would be considered enemy combatants. If the enemy troops were to use the civilians as shields, then Eurum’s troops were to engage the enemy in hand-to-hand combat. It wasn’t the best solution, but it was the best one that wouldn’t end in a large slaughter of civilians.

After shooting their commander in the head with his pistol, Raythe jumped into a bomb crater with three other men, and fired out at the Iroggis. The other men did the same, watching the Irogg forces suicidally charge at the Riftans. The tanks’ machine guns massacred the enemy. Until one mortally wounded Irogg soldier crawled to a tank, and activated his vest. The tank was blown backwards, and the men realized that the enemy had explosive vests. With this new knowledge, the officers and Raythe realized that they would have to keep a sharp eye in melees in the future. After gunning down the waves of Iroggis, the men crawled to the trenches. After killing the trench’s gunners and first line of defenses, Raythe decided there was no point in trying to take the trenches, and so the men simply retreated away and ordered an air strike on the trenches. The Low Altitude Assault Bombers successfully destroyed the trenches, and there were no survivors. After this initial success, the men rested in the safety of their beach head. That night, while most of the men slept, Raythe and his high officers discussed the battle around a table.
”We took casualties sir. We lost four tanks, two hundred and four men, and no aircraft” informed a Lieutenant.
”That is unacceptable! It may be small compared to our current forces, but losses like these every battle cannot be done! While our plan is to March to the capital, we need to remember that there is still much fighting along the way” yelled another officer.
”He is correct. It seems small now, but we need to remember that there is much fighting ahead. But you also must keep in mind that more reinforcements can be sent” replied Raythe calmly.
”Enough of this. What is our plan as we advance to the capital?” asked a third lieutenant.
Raythe stood and pointed to a spot on the map, ”The Emperor informed me he does not want a long, drawn-out war here. This is a campaign to help an ally, and leave Lickety-split. We’ll March to the capital, destroy major resistance along the way, then take the Capital. And-“
A communications officer runs in, out of breath. He says ”Sir. A scout drone spotted another coalition force landing on the beaches up the coast.”
”What country are they from?” asks Raythe
”We aren’t sure sir”
”Send a drone out again to find out”
”Yes sir!” shouts the officer as he leaves.
”Send a party out to scout the ground ahead. We need as much reconnaissance as we can get before we invade” Raythe orders the first Lieutenant
As the Lieutenant leaves, Raythe continues to discuss the battle plans with the officers long into the night.

The recon drone found out the other forces were from Eurum. While initially thinking they needed, help, it seemed like the other nation’s forces had it under control. The next day, the soldiers woke up, readied their gear, and began their March inland. There could be any number of enemies ahead, but the men were ready for anything the “sand rats” would through at them.
