Police crack down on illegal pornography operations in Dunedin

Members of the Police's National Cyber Taskforce raided multiple Dunedin addresses today in a coordinated effort to shut down streaming of pornography from within Drongonia. It is alleged that those operating the streaming services within Drongonia's borders did so knowing the illegality of such a service. According to current legislation, it is illegal for an individual or private enterprise to produce and broadcast pornography within Drongonia's borders. International operations are allowed, however.

Police confirmed today that 63 individuals were arrested as part of the coordinated raids, which spanned multiple addresses all over Dunedin. Police also confirmed that among the 63 arrests were multiple immigrants from both Cancolastan and Norcott. Although it has yet to be confirmed, experts believe it is likely that these individuals were operating within Drongonia due to pornographic content being completely outlawed in the two nations. Additionally, Drongonia is perceived as having much less internet surveillance.

News of the raids sent shockwaves through social networks, particularly Twitter, where sex workers and sex-positive voices are prevalent. Many users took to the platform to lament the legislation permitting pornography from being produced in Drongonia. Additionally, platforms such as PornHub and OnlyFans lobbied the government to relax the laws, as any platform which allows Drongonian users to upload self-made pornographic content is banned as a result of the current legislation. Several thousand self-described "anti-porn advocates" created their own hashtag which was used to mock sex workers, titled #CryMoreWhores.

It is understood that prominent anti-government lawyer Alex Goldberg has offered to represent the arrested parties free of charge, and will lodge emergency asylum claims for those who do not currently have Drongonian citizenship. Goldberg says that the claims will be based on the fact that those being deported to Norcott may face the death penalty, and those being deported to Cancolastan may face several years' jail time - both of which Goldberg claims are "wildly disproportionate" considering the offences being committed. Goldberg has previously brought multiple cases against the Ministry of Justice in the past surrounding the illegality of creating pornographic content in Drongonia, once in 2003 and again in 2012. Judges dismissed both cases.

The punishment for producing pornography within Drongonia can vary significantly depending on the individual case, with the defining factors usually being the nature of the content, the amount of content the individual or enterprise produced, and the reach that the content had. Figures produced by Police showed that individual livestreams had achieved upwards of 50,000 concurrent viewers at their peaks.

Experts on the legislation believe that those starring in the content are likely to receive fines in the $25,000 - $50,000 range, and those responsible for its production and broadcasting may be sentenced to upwards of 5 years in prison.

Police also confirmed that the archived livestreams in question are no longer available to view.

Parliament to debate first minimum wage increase since 2018

Members of Parliament are set to debate an increase to the national minimum wage later this week, the first such potential increase since 2018.

Legislation to increase the minimum wage was brought before Parliament by Labour MP Jamie McDaniels, and aims to begin a system of rolling increases, set at a minimum of $0.10 per year, and a maximum of $1.50 per year. Previously, Drongonia's minimum wage had increased with inflation yearly, however, National halted the increases in 2018 and capped the rate, citing small business interests.

The current minimum wage for over-16s is $10 per hour, with the rate for those between the ages of 12 and 16 being $7.15 per hour. Drongonia's current minimum wage compares closely to New Zealand's, with their minimum wage ($20NZD/hr) equating to $10.21DG/hr. Australia's minimum wage sits at $19.84AU/hr, which equates to $10.90DG/hr. Experts remain divided on whether the increase would cause inflation, with most agreeing that either small incriments are the most constructive way to achieve real wage growth without inflation or large cost-of-living increases.

It is understood that Labour will vote in favour of the increase as a block, with the Green and People's Front parties also likely to vote for the increase. It is understood that Libertarian leader and sole MP Sean Davidson is against the move. National will not be voting as a block, and will allow its members to vote individually on the issue. It is expected, however, that the increase should pass with little trouble.

Assuming that Labour, Green and People's Front all vote for the increase, it would achieve 60 of 61 required votes, meaning that only a single National Party member would need to vote for the legislation for it to pass.

Prime Minister English said in a statement released today that he is in favour of the legislation, as it allows for measured increases that "help people in a real way, without drowning small businesses in unreasonable costs." Labour leader Sarah Ellice spoke to media today and said she was "pleasantly surprised" to see the amount of support the legislation has received from the National Party, despite it being introduced by a Labour MP.

Small and medium sized business owners surveyed by TVDG were split over the concept of a yearly-increasing minimum wage. The poll, consisting of 1000 small (<20 employees) and 1000 medium-sized (20 - 99 employees) showed that the majority of small business owners were against the move but the amount of medium-sized business owners were in favour of the move.

Nat'l Day Parade Held, Military Exhibits New Missiles, Aircraft; President Calls For "Unity Against All Odds"

RIVERFORT -- Despite the pandemic currently in Nacrad, the National Day Parade was held on the 120th anniversary. During the parade, the Armed Forces have exhibited the new Spear III and Poseidon III missiles, which were intermediate-range ballistic missiles, and the President has made a speech calling for "unity against all odds".

The National Day Parade is held this year with practically no difference to that in 2019, and is the first mass parade after the Wuhan Pneumonia pandemic caused the cancellation of the 2020 parade. The Honour Guards marched in the front of the formation, and is followed by infantry squads from the Army, Marines, National Guard and the Special Forces, showcasing no new infantry equipment.

The infantry was followed by an Air Force flyby, which was unlike previous years, as the military focused on increasing the Air Force's capabilities. The flyby showcased the new Boeing 747-8FM strategic transporter which was built to order by Boeing on their new 747-8F freighter, and is reportedly capable of carrying 3 Type 5 Main Battle Tanks, the current kind in service today. The squadron also showcased the new F-35 fighters ordered from the United States, and the upgraded F-16N/V fighters.

The tank squads and vehicle squads revealed, again, no new equipment. However, the formation of Strategic Defence Joint Command Center revealed new weaponry in the form of the Spear III and Poseidon III missiles. These missiles are, as with earlier Spear/Poseidon I and II missiles, practically identical, the only differences being the guidance systems and intended targets, where the former is designed for land-based targets and the latter ship-based. The Ministry of Defence claims that both missiles have ranges of approximately 2,500 km, which is enough to strike Beijing and other PRC cities in the Northeast from Metropolitan Nacrad with little difficulty. They are claimed to be the direct competitors to the DF-21D and DF-26 missile systems of the PRC, and is speculated to complete what experts call the Nuclear Trinity against the PRC and eastern USSR.

The President has also made a speech as per tradition. While the transcripts were not released, a summary was released. The President had echoed themes from his end-of-year speech, namely unity and proactiveness. It was called for Nacrad to become a "shining beacon of democracy", and a "leading force in expelling, or at least containing, the blight of autocracy". Furthermore, he has also reiterated the importance of civilian participation in politics, and reassured citizens that the government has drafted and executed plans for a timely recovery from Wuhan Pneumonia.

Since 2018, the Army Band which performs during the Parade has included their own arrangements of trending meme music to appeal to the mainstream, and it is not an exception this year. The Army Band has included 3 such songs, namely Never Gonna Give You Up by Rick Astley, the famous sea shanty Wellerman, and the Finnish folk song Ievan Polkka.

DISTRICT OF VARYAG | The Empire's efforts to hand out the 4,000,000 Pfizer Covid vaccines that have been ordered and delivered has been described by Prime Minister Johnson yesterday as "dismal and disappointing". The Speaker of the Imperial Palace, William Foster, and even the Emperor himself couldn't agree more, let alone everyone in the National Assembly.

It has only been a week since the Imperial Health Administration, the government agency in charge of handling and distributing the vaccines to the population, gave the green light to its various operators across the country to hand out the vaccine that was recently approved under the Emergency Covid-19 Response Bill, yet the results that had came out were disastrous and overall very alarming for the populace as the cases in New Goldman grow day by day.

Yesterday, the IHA had recorded a whopping 652 new cases, of which 158 are active, the largest single day increase of tallied cases ever since the Covid pandemic first arrived in the Empire. As of the end of Week 1 of the vax handout, the cases stand at about 5,600 people, with 123 dead from the virus. The IHA is yet to disclose any recoveries, to the surprise of many, but estimates show that at least a hundred have recovered from the virus.

It was projected by the end of Week 1 that around 200,000 vaccines are to be distributed to the population. To the shock of the National Assembly that had gathered yesterday either through in person or via online telecommunications, the IHA Secretary Penny MacMillan reported that only 89,000 of those doses were handed out by the authorities under the wing of the government agency. The result was very disheartening especially when considering that the anti-vax portion of the populace was reported to have shrunk by 8% shortly after the first handouts of the vaccine.

"This is a BIG disappointment," said Prime Minister Johnson during the meeting. "New Goldman is ranked as one of the leading nations in the world when it comes to our robust medical aiding capabilities, yet we don't live up to that title now? The IHA has been given MONTHS, and I mean MONTHS before the vaccine was even ordered to prepare for handouts, yet this is what we get. We can do better."

Many other politicians, both Government and Opposition, had shown similar frustration and resentment to the actions of the Imperial Health Administration. Communist Party Chairman Tony Jackson even stated that; "This is a total embarrassment to our nation. We currently have the slowest distribution in the Western Alliance. As the Prime Minister said, we are better than this."

In a government poll that was started this past Monday, it was noted that over 56% of the population disapproves of the government agency's efforts to get the vaccines used and handed out, to the dismay of the Health Secretary. In a Twitter post just this morning, Penny MacMillan stated that the department was doing everything in its power to effectively distribute the medicine to safeguard the people of New Goldman against this biological enemy.

As a response to the slow progress made by the Imperial Government, the Prime Minister decided to take matters into his own hands and promised "emergency vaccine protocols" that are set to be enacted within the month that aims to increase the rate of vaccine distribution. Neither Boris nor the IHA has yet to actually state what these protocols are, but as the populace is concerned, anything that can speed up the protection of everyone is needed and needed either now or soon. The Emperor too is also yet to make a statement, but as according to his online press conference last Saturday, he too has "plans to improve the situation of the nation", those plans also yet to be determined.

On the bright side, the Imperial Family and the Emperor himself was, as stated by the Speaker of the Imperial Palace on Twitter, reported to have tested negative of Covid-19, to the relief of the population. Norton II also has been reported to have interest in having another virus test to totally confirm the prospect. Johnson's results are slated to come out this week. Several politicians have also been tested for the virus, with their results still pending.

The Goldmanian Armed Forces and the various police departments across the nation have also reportedly reached out to the Imperial Health Administration, stating their interest in helping full time in the distribution of the Pfizer vaccines. The GAF, while still busy in its counter insurgency operations against Communist partisans in Montana, had virtually enough manpower to spare to help the government agency in its distribution efforts. The Police forces are also many, which adds up to the benefit. Any help right now, as many states, is significant. An answer is yet to be heard from the IHA Health Secretary.

Whatever the future holds for the Empire, there is one mindset that everyone shares: the total eradication of this biological menace. Vaccine rollout finally begins in Drongonia, using nCOV-UCR vaccine

Vaccination against COVID-19 will finally begin in Drongonia on Monday, with the Ministry of Health officially giving the University of Christchurch-made nCOV-UCR vaccine nationwide approval to be deployed across all of Drongonia's District Health Authority areas.

The nCOV-UCR vaccine was developed by the University of Christchurch in conjunction with Drongonia's governmental health authorities, Pharmac and the Ministry of Health. The vaccine was developed over a period of twelve months, with the delayed rollout being due to the vaccine being more thoroughly tested than others, such as those produced by Moderna and Johnson & Johnson.

The vaccine's nationwide rollout will begin on Monday, with border workers and those working in the health sector being offered the vaccine first. Those above the age of 65 will also be offered the vaccine from Monday, which will be available at both dedicated stations throughout the country from Monday, and from most GPs from the following week. The vaccine will be free, and only requires a single dose to offer its full level of protection.

Prime Minister English reiterated his position on vaccination in Parliament today, reminding Parliamentarians that individuals will not be required to take the vaccine, and that the entire program will be voluntary. The Ministry of Health has confirmed that it has ordered 40 million doses of the vaccine from Pharmac, its own governmental medical authority. Any spare doses will likely be sent to Pacific Island nations. The Ministry of Health has also confirmed that when individuals are eligible to receive the vaccine, they will be contacted directly via mail and provided with information such as their closest vaccination centre or participating GP's office.

Critics have been harsh on the Government for the delayed rollout, comparing us to New Zealand, where 153,000 people have received both of their vaccine doses, making up approximately 3.06% of their population.

HARRINGTON, MON. | The battle against both Covid-19 and the Communist partisans in the region of Montana continues to this hour as our soldiers and frontlines never ceases to give their all, but as the IHA continues it's struggle of shipping and distributing the Pfizer vaccines, a major breakthrough has been achieved by the Goldmanian Armed Forces today, as said by Chief of Staff William Salem.

During a night time raid on a large Goldmanian Liberation Army camp at 2 AM this morning, conducted by the highly elite Special Warfare Teams in cooperation with the normal Army and Marine Corps, the armed forces managed to capture the leader of the Communist terrorist organization, Raymond Busher, who was the alleged mastermind behind the simultaneous attacks on civilians around 2 weeks ago in the 5 Montana counties under martial law

Busher has been the theorized leader of the terrorist group ever since their last chief, Markelle Funston, was captured and given the death sentence back in 2007. He had been allegedly involved in secret arms transactions with the Chinese Communist Party and other communist organizations that aim to overthrow the Goldmanian monarchy and implement a communist state.

Noting the requests of the families of the victims of this insurgency for true justice to be handed by the Imperial Government, Busher is to be given a televised trial at the Supreme Court this Wednesday, 8:00 AM. This will be the first televised trial since serial killer Mason Maxson was tried in 2017. His associates captured with him will be persecuted also by the government.

In a statement yesterday in a press conference, Governor of the Montana Military Administrative Region, General Maurice Adams, said that the Army was now hunting down the stragglers who had managed to escape and the remnant communist fighters that are allegedly hiding in the mountains of Montana. He pledges to the population of the counties that the conflict will be ended soon, although skeptics estimate that it would take a year at least to route out the terrorists.

Despite the outstanding success by the armed forces, Prime Minister Boris Johnson stated that martial law in the 5 counties will remain, as scheduled (for 6 months) by the GAF. The civilians are encouraged to follow the regulations set by the military occupation. Chief of Staff William Salem also pledged in a post on Twitter that anyone trapped in the warzone will be rescued by the armed forces and brought back to their families, no matter how much it may cost.

Reportedly, Salem stated that the United States, particularly it's armed forces, reached out to the Goldmanian Army, offering assistance in the form of logistical support and even a few volunteers to accompany the armed forces. While helpful, the Joint Chiefs Council was reported to be skeptical of the prospect, but is considering the option. US President Joe Biden said on Twitter today that they were willing to help out all members of the Western Alliance as much as possible to combat communist terrorism, and terrorism in general. It was met by mixed reactions from the American population.

The Emperor is yet to comment on all of these matters, but one thing is for certain: New Goldman will not back down from these challenges, no matter the circumstances they may bring.

Dunedin, Nelson DHAs vote to provide SRS, trans support via public health system

Trans people in Nelson and Dunedin collectively celebrated today as both areas' District Health Authorities voted to begin offering sexual reassignment surgery and other gender-affirming treatments as part of their regional public health services, which will commence on July 1.

Drongonia's National Health Service does not offer such treatments as standard, but has instead allowed District Health Authorities to make their own decisions regarding their provision since 2015. Currently, sexual reassignment surgery is not available at all as part of the publicly-funded health system, with transgender individuals having to pay for private surgeries, which can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, or simply be forced to go without.

From July 1, patients seeking SRS, advanced hormone replacement therapy and other gender-affirming treatments will be able to receive them if they live within either of the DHA's boundaries, or will be eligible to be referred to specialists or treatment centres within Nelson or Dunedin if they live outside of those areas. In line with current legislation, the Ministry of Health will likely subsidise transgender people's accommodation and travel costs if they are required to visit another DHA's facilities.

No other District Health Authorities are currently planning to debate or vote on the provision of comprehensive treatments for transgender groups, with each DHA providing various reasons for their respective decisions. Statements released by the Central, Northern and West Coast DHAs emphasised a pure lack of demand for transgender support services. A Statement released jointly by both the Southern and Southwest DHAs reiterated that "...any patients seeking services which are unavailable within our DHA boundaries will be referred to Dunedin for treatment." Christchurch DHA did not comment on the issue.

It is estimated that as many as 50,000 transgender Drongonians may be stuck in limbo without access to vital gender-affirming treatment. Nelson DHA has estimated that they will be able to provide up to 1,000 sexual reassignment surgeries per year, with Dunedin estimating their yearly capacity at approximately 750.

It is estimated that the move will cost each DHA approximately $50 million per year. CEO of Nelson DHA, Quinten Smith, said in a televised interview today that "this [$50m] is just money at the end of the day. For these [trans] people, it can be a matter of life and death, and if we're in a budgetary position to help them, why shouldn't we?" Dunedin DHA spokeswoman Dorothy Baker fronted media saying "Trans people are valid. Trans rights are human rights, and it's not only our moral duty but our duty as healthcare providers to meet their needs and ensure positive outcomes for them."

The Ministry of Health released a statement today confirming that while they are neutral on the issue of District Health Authorities providing advanced transgender treatments, they will liaise with both DHAs to assist them in importing and certifying the safety of any medical equipment or medications that they may require as part of the delivery of the treatments.

Minister of Health Leah Driver was unavailable for comment on the issue. It is understood that the Ministry of Health will not look to challenge the decision.

Democracy Returns to Vietnam

HANOI, Vietnam -- Democracy returns to Vietnam, as the first multi-party elections are held nationwide, with the far-left and governing Vietnam Communist Party, the center-left Democratic Party, and the right-wing People's Action Party competing for the 500 seats in the National Assembly of Vietnam, marking the first multi-party elections since the Fall of Saigon in 1971.

According to exit polls, the Communist Party is expected to take 38% of the seats, and the rest 37% and 25% respectively, making the Communist Party the largest party. The sitting president of Vietnam and the General Secretary of the Vietnam Communist Party, Nguyễn Phú Trọng, said that he is eager to negotiate with the "true will of the people", and hopes for further cooperation.

Vietnam has slowly but surely turned towards democracy since SEATO Resolution 794 in 2016, which called for the maintaining and furtherment of democracy within SEATO. This has prompted the communist nation to look into democratisation efforts, in an attempt to adhere to this non-binding resolution, which led to the reversion to the 1992 Constitution in 2018. Earlier this year, with a narrow majority of 262 vs 231, the National Assembly of Vietnam decided to further amend the Constitution to remove articles pertaining to the hegemony of the Vietnamese Fatherland Front, and thus opened up the possibility of multi-party politics.

However, the National Assembly of Vietnam additionally decided to refrain from the changing of its formal name, its anthem and lyrics, as with its flag despite calls to revert the flag to that of the former South Vietnam.

The foreign ministries of various nations, such as the United States, United Kingdom, and most SEATO states, congratulated Vietnam for this change, whereas that of the PRC accused it as a "colour revolution instigated by the West to instill its imperialist values".

The terms of the newly-elected members of the National Assembly will begin on 14 June.

– The city of Sellagard has been struck again with an unlawful assembly which rapidly descended into what many locals described as a scene of vandalism, civil disturbance, and, notably, indecent exposure.
– Officers from the Sellagard Police Department responded to an anonymous tip about an unlicensed, unannounced political demonstration taking place at the property of Sellagard City Hall. According to released statements from various parties, self-proclaimed members of a pro-LGBTQ organization, "The Orientation Club", held a provocative, initially peaceful rally outside the Hall's main entranceway. There were reportedly 69 demonstrators in attendance, and they were met almost immediately with counter-protesters outnumbering them in the several hundreds. The Orientation Club began dancing, showing off anti-Ultranationalist banners and signs, framed photos of Demi Lavato, Caitlyn Jenner, Michael Jackson, as well as that of many openly homosexual and transgender politicians from West Europe. They also presented sex toys in their hands, and chanted slogans such as "Love Will Conquer" and "Black Trans Lives Matter".
– At some point during the spectacle, as PD Riot Control squads began getting prepared to disperse the gathering--the majority of the Club, upon noticing the authorities, turned around, faced their opposition, and "mooned" them, exposing their buttocks and genitalia and performing sexual motions. The "cheeky" stunt caused a loud upheaval from the counter-protesters, and dozens stormed up the steps and began chasing and assaulting the demonstrators. Riot Control used tear gas and nonlethal stun grenades as fighting between both sides broke out.
– Thirty minutes later, the assembly was brought to a halt, with all 69 Club members and 102 counter-protesters placed under arrest. The Club's signs, banners, and sex objects, including an array of dildos and vibrators, were confiscated with the intent to later discard. The city's mayor, Dr. Gandalf van Helsing, has pressed charges on all 69 Club protesters and says that he plans to order the release of all the counter-protesters, quoting that they were "understandably and justly warranted in their aggression" against "promotion of homonormativity and acts of indecent exposure". Many locals have openly expressed solidarity with the mayor's comments and actions.

Her Majesty the Queen added, "It is no longer up to us alone, but up to the people of the entire multiverse to combat and eliminate the threats that come before us in the disguise of fascism. After the debacle at the State Opening of Parliament yesterday, where the party leader of the Southern National Party gave a fiery speech demanding Southern independence, but got his microphone remotely deactivated, protests have occurred in major Southern cities. The Imperial Guard Corps has been deployed to a large number of these protests to intimidate the protesters into halting. However, that move has been met with violence. The Imperial Guard has fired tear gas and pepper spray at violent protesters, which in turn has lead to riots, looting, arson, and chaos in the South.

The Emperor has made a statement, saying “These people are not protesting. Protesting is done peacefully, not by burning down the South. What this is, is rioting, it is theft, it is unacceptable.”

Eighteen known or suspected feminists were arrested at 1845 hours by agents of the Order of Saints in Saint-Jerome, a suburb of Christopher. The subversive seditionists were detained at an undisclosed location for the next forty-eight hours, with no comment or queries permitted as to the name of the correctional facility for reasons of national security. The eighteen included six men and twelve women, though two of the men claimed to be "transwomen" instead of their actual sex. Why such men would desire to betray God, Man, and Country is beyond this reporter, of course, but rest assured, their trial, conviction, and lawful execution are mere matters of time. Since our judicial system doesn't waste time with juries and other such amateurish nonsense prone to be swayed by softer sentiments, retribution is virtually guaranteed. The accused would do better to focus on reconciliation with and restoration to their Maker, rather than wasting precious time with a pointless criminal defense given their patently obvious guilt. Confession would be good for the soul, at least, if not for the body.

Heaven has truly blessed us with such a wonderful sign of Almighty God's favor and His Providence in allowing this success on the eve of National Redemption Day. May all of the condemned repent and seek Christ and His Mercy prior to their passage to the world beyond this one. For as the Apostle wrote by inspiration of our Lord in Hebrews 10:31, "It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God." Surely, this triumph is a sign and omen from the Lord of Hosts that we shall have deliverance and victory over the insurgents led by the godless atheist Colonel Elias Markham and the decadent Papist royalists headed by the Dauphin. This last crusade for the restoration and redemption of our land shall end in the ultimate conquest of all heretics, apostates, and infidels by the armies of the Holy One. Surely, the angels of the Lord shall fight for us and the hand of God shall overcome our foes. We shall surely smite our enemies with the edge of the sword and prevail against them.

The penalty for advocating feminist propaganda is death, but perhaps God will move our glorious leader, Generalissimo Adam Turner, to compassion and clemency. The new Documents Authorization Act has prohibited women and girls from receiving passports and visas for international travel without direct permission and authorization from either husbands, fathers, brothers, sons, uncles, nephews, cousins, or some other male "guardian or protector." This newest edict follows on the heels of a spate of regulations aimed at reducing feminist political activity, cracking down on feminist political sympathies, propaganda, and organizations, and eliminating many areas of "excessive female autonomy which has gone to the ladies' heads and has been used by Satan as a tool and means to delude and deceive. For as Eve was deceived by the serpent in the Garden of Eden, so the women of this age have been seduced by the forbidden fruit of feminist dogmas and ideologies. For the good of faith, family, community, and social order, such absurd doctrines must be and will be suppressed. We have erred as a nation in being soft on feminist rhetoric, literature, and other forms of sin repackaged as 'wokeness' and 'equality.' Righteous manhood has been rebranded 'toxic masculinity' by these misguided fools in their pursuit of post-modernist tolerance of evil and corruption. For as the writer of the First Book of Samuel wrote, in Chapter XV, verse XXIII, 'For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft. And stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry.' In the name of holiness to the Lord God of Heaven, the Lord of Hosts, we must repress this latest movement toward gynocracy."

Women must be calmed and restored to their proper fellowship with God, their proper standing with Christ, and for this cause, we must return them to contentment with the natural order of things ordained by Almighty God. As Saint Paul wrote, in the Epistle to the Ephesians, Chapter V, verses XXII-XXIV, "Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing." As the same Apostle later wrote, in the First Epistle to Timothy, Chapter II, verse XII, "But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence." Indeed, as King Solomon wrote in the Book of Proverbs, Chapter XIV, verse XXXIV, "
Righteousness exalts a nation, But sin is a reproach to any people."

This new legislation is far from oppressive. It is liberation of women from the burdens of careerism, feminist ideology, obligation, and danger. Where would this sinful path of "equality" end, except for women in combat on the front lines, being killed and wasted instead of protected and comforted as the valuable resources that any mothers, wives, and daughters would be? Women are being given the greatest freedom of all, the gift of freedom "from" things, most of all from sins of pride, harlotry, sorcery, and idolatry. On that note, we should be careful to stamp out all traces of "goddess" type cults that preach witchcraft, quack medicine, abortion, lesbianism, matriarchy, environmentalism, and the worship of false nature deities. As the ancient israelites rooted out the cults of Asherah, Ashtaroth, and Baal, in the face of that wicked Queen Jezebel and her daughter Athaliah, the first feminists in history, so must we emulate Elijah and Elisha and put down these modern jezebels like the mad bitches that they are. Feminism is a cancer on the soul of our nation and we must cut her out forever, so that she is purged entirely, not merely put in remission, and never returns.

Nothing else than averting the judgment of a holy and righteous God depends upon it for the sake of our nation.

The new Reproductive Reform Act prohibiting artificial forms of contraception and prophylactics, has been formally ratified. It will take effect on 21 July. Generalissimo Adam Turner, when asked about the effects of this new law, pointedly stated that, "the waning of our zeal for the righteous cause of the Lord of Hosts is the cause of recent reverses in battle, and once we have purified and cleansed our own house, the house of God, we can and shall prevail over our enemies. Now that we have begun to reform our own ways and rediscover our proper zeal, the purity of purpose, God shall surely smite our foes and deliver them into our hands." It is clear that, through the path of repentance and holiness, our glorious leader is taking us back into the bosom of our Lord and restoring our fellowship with God that is essential for prosperity and victory.

Minor protests did take place in downtown Christopher, largely by elements that typically advance the enemy of our Lord and His Kingdom, the very disciples and synagogue of Satan that could be expected to be favored by such Jezebels. These whoremongers believe that sexuality should be a matter of "consent, autonomy, and personal expression," rather than our Heavenly Father's plan to bring new souls into this world to fellowship with Almighty God. When matters of such a sensitive and private nature become so public and also so about narcissistic purposes and ambitions rather than the will of God, that is surely a sign of the end of our age, a beginning of the last days that will terminate our dispensation and usher in the Kingdom of Heaven as opposed to the kingdoms of Satan and of Man. Naturally, those apprehended in the midst of this wickedness have been given the opportunity to redeem themselves in the appropriate facilities.

May our Lord and His anointed servant, Generalissimo Adam Turner triumph thus over the adversaries who are evidently in league with the Devil Himself. For what is the "freedom" to sin but bondage to sin and what is the "liberation" of women but their enslavement by the fallen archangel Lucifer, the son of the morning? COVID Delta variant "not a threat", PM says as vaccination rollout stalls

Prime Minister English fronted media at a COVID-related press conference today along with senior Ministry of Health officials, to discuss the progress of the nation's vaccine rollout amid increasing scrutiny from media and medical experts.

Nationwide, just 350,109 people have recieved their dose of the Drongonian-developed nCOV-UCR vaccine, which began its rollout in late May of this year. Equivalent to just 1% of the country's population, this leaves Drongonia severely lagging behind other Western nations, such as the United States, which has fully vaccinated 48.1% of its population. In neighbouring New Zealand, 10.2% the population has been fully vaccinated.

Health Minister Leah Driver said, however, that these initial numbers weren't worrying. "We're taking our time with the rollout, and making sure we get it right. You will also start to see our numbers rapidly catch up to those of New Zealand and Australia within the coming months, as the nCOV[UCR] vaccine only requires one shot." Driver did admit, however, that the rollout wasn't going as quickly as she and others had initially hoped. "I will concede, on behalf of the Ministry of Health, that the rollout wasn't meant to go this slowly. Although it's not really a major issue for us in the grand scheme of things, we are having issues with procurement of more doses."

Initially, 40 million doses of the nCOV-UCR vaccine were ordered by the Drongonian Ministry of Health to be administered nationwide, with the excess unused vaccines to be donated to poorer nations within the Pacific Islands. Currently, only 500,000 doses of the vaccine have been delivered by NX MedTech, the Dunedin-based company contracted by the University of Christchurch to mass-produce the vaccine.

Later in the press conference, Prime Minister English was directly asked about the Delta variant of the virus, which has began spreading rapidly in Norcott and Australia, and has been detected in New Zealand. "Delta isn't a threat to us right now, nor is Lambada. Although we'll be closely monitoring the developments of COVID-19, our testing and managed quarantine facilities have set the worldwide example of how a border should operate. We've brought thousands of people through our border processes, and not one infection has reached the Drongonian mainland as a result."

According to figures from the Ministry of Immigration, which is currently controlling the offshore Chatham Islands quarantine facility, 96,800 people have passed through to date, with 46,712 of those people recovering from COVID while in isolation, and only 16 requiring serious medical attention. No deaths have been reported in quarantine.

Currently, only those aged 65+ are eligible to be vaccinated, as well as border workers. The Ministry of Health has said it will release further information on eligibility later this month. The majority of the 18+ population is expected to be vaccinated by the end of 2021.

President of Barleigh, Dr. Leo Rauben is on a three-day state visit to Hundredstar, starting tomorrow at the invitation of President Rachel van Tailcourts.

The Foreign Ministry, in a statement here today, said it was the inaugural visit of a leader better known as Dr. Rauben who went to Hundredstar after being appointed President of Barleigh last year.

According to the statement, Dr. Rauben will be accompanied by his wife, Carla, as well as several Cabinet ministers and senior Barleigh officials.

His visit schedule includes a state celebration ceremony, as well as a state banquet tomorrow. On Sunday, Dr. Rauben is scheduled to hold a closed-door meeting with President Rachel van Tailcourts, followed by a delegation meeting, the statement said.

According to the statement, Van Tailcourts will host an official luncheon to celebrate Dr. Rauben, his wife, and the Barleigh delegation.

Dr. Rauben will also visit the Xavier II Center for Government Innovation for the purpose of exploring cooperation opportunities between the two countries in the field of innovation in government.

The Barleigh president’s visit will provide an opportunity for the two leaders to assess the progress of the existing bilateral relationship between Hundredstar and Barleigh. “It also provides an opportunity for them to exchange views on regional and global issues of interest to both countries,” according to the statement.

Barleigh is Hundredstar’s rising trading partner globally.

Former Judges of the Constitutional Court arrested for corruption

4 former judges on the Constitutional Court were arrested earlier today, the Federal Police Service reports. They have been charged with corruption. The 4 Judges were John Wesa, Thomas Medio, James Terek, and Adam Salazar. They were appointed to the high court in 2003, 2004, 2006, and 2007, respectively.

They apparently reported by an anonymous whistleblower who found hidden documents regarding the 2017 Constitutional Court case of Eurum v. AFE National Commission, a case regarding whether the Alternative for Eurum political party was attempting to undermine the Constitution. In that case, the decision was 4-3 that the AFE was not attempting to undermine the Eurumian Constitution. The 4 judges who ruled in favor of the AFE party were the same 4 who have been arrested. The documents found discuss payments from a “New Start, Inc,” to the judges, in exchange for a ruling in the favor of the AFE.

The Federal Police Service also announced that an inquiry would begin into New Start, Inc, as well as the Alternative for Eurum party’s finances.

Chancellor Deleria spoke about the arrests in a press conference earlier today. He said, “I urge the Court to consider holding a new trial, considering the new evidence of bribery.” The Chief Judge of the Court has made no comments.

"Authoritarian, draconian" 'Public Safety Act' passed by Parliament in emergency Sunday session

Critics from both the left opposition bloc and the Libertarian Party have both spoken out in Parliament today over the passing of the highly controversial Public Safety Act 2021, which its author, Deputy Prime Minister Simon Baker says would "ensure public safety is upheld now and for the future". The Act was passed under urgency as the sole of the very unusual Sunday session, with 89 MPs casting their votes by proxy and only 31 MPs in attendance. Parliament has not fully or partially assembled on a Sunday since the September 11 attacks, where an emergency session was held to discuss security and defence matters.

Proponents of the new law cite recent anti-racism protests as a need for sweeping reforms around Drongonia's rights to freedom of assembly and public protest. Thousands were arrested during the week-long demonstrations and Police in most major cities reported being stretched beyond capacity, in some cases resulting in greatly delayed response times to other callouts. The bill's proponents have been very vocal in citing one such incident which occurred in Nelson, where Police took 32 minutes to respond to a call regarding an armed robbery near the city centre, with Police suggesting this was due to their presence being required at the nearby protests.

Opponents, mostly on the political left, argue that the passage of the law would fundamentally damage Drongonia's otherwise strong record on human rights, with the Bill violating fundamental rights - according to Labour leader Sarah Ellice. "This bill, if passed, would give Police the power to arrest, spy on and take the property of otherwise law-abiding citizens who just so happened to be at a protest exercising their freedoms to speech and public assembly." Green Party leader Dianne Fitzgerald gave a similar outlook during her turn to speak in Parliament, saying "...this Bill is a fascistic attempt to highjack our democracy and steer it away from the values of human rights, equality and freedom which it represents." Libertarian leader Sean Davidson slammed the bill in a similar speech, remarking that "...those members [of Parliament] who seek to push this kind of authoritarian filth don't seem to want to be members of Parliament. They would rather be members of the Reichstag - and that is a very frightening concept indeed."

TVDG can confirm that Ellice's assertions are correct, with the law specifically stating that individuals charged under the Act may be liable to be subject to "warrant-free" search, surveillance, or seizure of property "For any other reason deemed fit by an individual enforcing public safety at a given time." If charged under the Act, individuals would not be exempt from regular due process, however. The Act was also amended to include specific provisions regarding the rectification of wrongdoing, stating that "Persons deemed wrongly impacted by the actions of those enforcing public safety are hereby entitled to restitution via the existing legal frameworks..."

The Act passed through Parliament by a slim 63 - 57 majority. However, many of the 57 Members of Parliament who didn't vote in favour of the Act were in fact not voting against it, but abstaining. The actual results of the vote, as well as specific details of the abstentions, are listed at the bottom of this article. No National MPs actively voted against the passage of the Act.

Prime Minister English spoke on the Act during his speaking time, saying that "...this Act is designed ensure that our Police are never stretched beyond capacity again, it has the potential to allow for the widespread defence of public order and decency, and it has the potential to be a very valuable piece of legislation in regards to holding up the very values some of my colleagues say it seeks to destroy. This Act, above all, rightly rubbishes the concepts of mob justice and mob rule."

A report released by the Drongonian Defence Force's Investigative Division found that during the 2020 operational year, Drongonia had illegally entered New Zealand waters 109 times. In the report, released to media today, 109 incidences of the Navy illegally crossing the ocean border into New Zealand's territorial waters were documented.

Under the current DANZAC defence pact which both countries are signatories to, Drongonian naval vessels are permitted unapproved entry into New Zealand's waters (and vice versa) only "...during times of extreme emergency or when otherwise unavoidable." The report, however, found that the Drongonian Navy more often than not completely ignored its DANZAC obligations to request and wait for approval on entry into New Zealand's territorial waters.

Of the 109 instances of illegal entry found during 2020, 63 of them occurred during what the Navy calls "Various anti-China operations which were undertaken to the benefit of both New Zealand and Drongonia's national security.". A further 30 of the instances occurred during personnel training or mission preparation, with 16 instances being classed as being either of unknown purpose or for national security reasons.

Navy bosses initially played down the seriousness of these breaches of sovereignty, with a spokesman saying "We aren't talking about invasions here, the number of these incidences are only so high because our personnel keep perfect track of what happens, and any small miscalculation when operating near the border, even by a single metre, could result in another incident being added to the list." However, the report highlighted a particularly egregious case where a Drongonian Navy corvette, the HMS Lumsden, entered Wellington's port waters without prior knowledge of the New Zealand Government or the Wellington District Council, and stayed there for approximately 15 minutes before beginning to return to Drongonia.

It is understood that the report will be discussed when the Prime Ministers of both nations meet later this month. Neither the offices of the Minister of Defence or Prime Minister English chose to respond when asked for comment by TVDG.

The 2021 Parliamentary election results are in tonight, with the current coalition plus the Communist Party gaining seats in Parliament. The new Parliament has already begun coalition talks, which are expected to go smoothly and include the Centrists, Social Democrats, Greens, and maybe the Communists. The full results were released by the Federal Election Commision, who also reported no instances of voter fraud.

Chancellor Deleria has made an official statement thanking the people of Eurum for showing their faith in his coalition’s leadership of the country. It is expected that Parliament will elect him for his third term as chancellor when it meets in its first session tomorrow. Also on the agenda is appointing 2 Federal Constitutional Court members, after the Chancellor is elected, as well as likely introducing some pieces of legislation and finishing up any leftover work from the previous Parliamentary term.

The 41st Eurumian Parliament had its first session yesterday, re-electing most its officers, including the Parliament’s speaker, as well as giving Chancellor Deleria a third term. The Chancellor thanked the Parliament for his re-election, promising to “continue his policies that have made Eurum prosperous.”

Another item on the agenda at the session was the election of two new Constitutional Court judges, due to two of them having their 12-year terms end. The Chancellor appointed two candidates who served as state parliament members, who were quickly approved by Parliament. The two judges had been members of the Green and Social Democratic Parties, and the Chancellor confirmed that was intentional, and was part of the coalition agreement.

The session also saw some of the Parliamentary committees gain new members from the Social Democrats and the Centrists, due to them gaining seats in the Parliamentary election. Two new pieces of legislation were introduced, including a law to change the amount of time it takes for copyrighted works to reach the public domain, reducing it from 70 years after the death of the author to 45 years after the death of the author. This proposal was made by Centrist MP James Erdo, and was referred to the Judiciary Committee. The other proposal made was an act to declare Election Day a paid holiday for every worker in Eurum. That proposal was made by Social Democrat MP Maria Deniza, and was referred to the Committee on Labor. The two proposals are expected to pass the committees mostly as-written, and will likely by passed by Parliament.

Imperium discovers new, unstable planet.

After a scout detachment of the Imperial fleet was sent into deep and uncharted space, a new lively planet known as Earth was discovered. Upon arrival, brave and fearless space marines were sent to discover more information about its inhabitants during a conflict known as "The Axadonian Civil war".

During this conflict, a self-proclaimed "planet superpower" known as the United States of America (USA/US) was discovered. Relations came to be almost immediately hostile, with threats being thrown back and forth. The wise and almighty Emperor, chose to try and negotiate peace which turned out quite well with embassies, an arm deal and islands being agreed on.

Following this, the Earth Garrison has joined an US run alliance known as NATO. The relations continue to go well with the US but it seems as other major world powers have begun threatening the planet's stability.
