THE SECURITY COUNCIL:
RECOGNISING the state-owned printers of [nation=Rughzhenhaide], a resident of The Wolf Clan (TWC), to be responsible for the initial publication in April 2019 of a treatise entitled "Problems with NationStates: Elitism, Voting blocks, and more" (henceforth "Problems"), which had accrued over a hundred expressions of support from world leaders before a recent, highly successful opposition campaign led by [nation=Valerievna], a former Pharoah of Osiris;
CONCERNED at the views expressed in Problems, as well as in a subsequent response by Rughzhenhaide to some criticisms of Problems, including:
- allegations that Antifa, the most well-known anti-fascist military organisation of NationStates, is a "terrorist organization that focuses on striking people they deem as fascists, that is, people who disagree with them" without providing any evidence;
- similarly ungrounded claims that well-meaning World Assembly (WA) resolutions such as GA#454 "Debtor Voting Rights" are passed for little apparent reason other than to "further push the WA to the left";
- suppositions that "founders, or [members] of the government of major regions" are invariably impolite to new nations, despite the self-evident truth that regions which seek to mistreat the most vulnerable nations among us will flounder while those which care for and nurture their new arrivals will succeed; and
- dubious assertations that the leadership of [nation=Honeydewistania], a Commended nation, attempted to sling insults at Rughzhenhaide's leaders - even though the Honeydewistanians only sought to disprove some of the aforementioned mistruths;
BELIEVING that the sentiments of Problems are shared by TWC (a region which has met with near-universal disdain for reasons that do not bear repeating here), given that it has attached Problems to its World Factbook Entry;
CONCLUDING that the opinions of the government of Rughzhenhaide, as expressed in Problems, are sufficiently inflammatory - not to mention outrageous to the dignity of any sensible national, regional or international leader - to warrant the scorn and disgust of this august body; and
CONFIDENT that far from giving Rughzhenhaide unwarranted attention, this Condemnation will instead serve to warn all nations not to support the extreme and baseless claims made in Problems, claims that Rughzhenhaide's leadership has more than happily enabled:
