To that, no part of this fund shall be utilized in a manner resembling any form of military development.

TA-2.1: Technical Assistance

Republic Of Pine Resource Development Consortium (ROPRDC), a government owned construction, mining, and land-works project consultation/implementation firm, would like to send a delegation of engineers, and architects, and civil planers to make an assessment of your countries infrastructure needs and provide recommendations on improvements and implementations. These consultants will be at your disposal for a term NTE one calendar year.

A Republic of Pine delegation form the Republic Of Pine Agricultural Development Union (ROPADU) will be made available to assist you with technical expertise concerning your countries agricultural needs. ROPADU is also oversees additional funds that your country may be eligible for to develop agricultural sustainability and self-sufficiency.

All security needs for these technical advisory groups will we paid for by the ROP and coordinated and carried out by Vesiputous (A ROP based PMC). This is a non-negotiable stipulation for implementation this aid package.
