While East Coast Supermutants are generally considered simple, they possess the ability to create long-range radio towers that allow them to contact with super mutants as far away as Texas. This is made even more impressive by the fact that one of the most powerful OTL radio stations based in Cincinnati barely reaches Chicago, but I'd imagine several hundred years of being reliant on radios for long-distance communication would cause their technology to be much better than the OTL.

IIRC though, the Texas Supermutants are Mariposa rather than Vault 87 or Institute. Which from my understanding, are a lot more intelligent and have a wider range of personalities - with many wanting to integrate with humans rather than murder/enslave them. So perhaps there might be a rivalry between the two races eventually, but I could be wrong.

As a comparison the fastest horse is about 70kph and that's with a quarter horse. Basically if you absolutely, positively have to go to war, accept no other mount.

Also Sherechia's User has to be a horse rider.

Last but not least, well, their entire legislation category of factbooks is... something, to say the least. From their not!Parliament (granted, they're pretty much a neo Danelaw of sorts, so why would they not be in, at the very least, in England?) to their politics dominated by their universe's equivalent of the Tories... a fucking wild ride.

First things first, I take a look at the factbook of this nation, and I immediately get bombarded by Civil War funnies. At first it looks relatively simple, so, the coup starts, people start rebelling, simple things that any history student would know right? Then I read further in... Oh. Oh god. So, let's recap. While the war looked relatively normal during its first stages, it quickly spiralled out of control. For one, there is no Nazi German support. Rather, just the Fascist Italians, who sent Spain automatic rifles and B-52 bombers, turning it into a shitfest.

Then it went even more downhill as the Soviets stepped in and dumped everything, and I do mean everything on the Republic's side, massively bolstering it. From Strategic Bombers of their own to fully-automatic weapons, the Republicans and Nationalists clashed with the might of thousands... but all things come to an end, as was demonstrated by Franco's loss in Guernica. This signalled the end of the Nationalist Rebellion... on paper. After Franco had surrendered, the Italian bombers, angry at the Republic, massacred hundreds of people by dropping bombs on them. All due to pettiness.

Basically, the Isle was always inhabited by people, but the first recorded ones were the Phoenicians and Carthaginians, which enjoyed a peaceful life until the Eamnian dark age occurred after the fall of Carthage and its trade routes.
