Recently, the island nation of Dihcro has begun to move away from anarchy and establish a proper government. However, there are several people who are unhappy with this decision and have formed a group of anarchist rebels to try and bring the nation back to anarchy. The government has control over the main island and the capital city of Altoria, but the anarchists have formed alliances in the surrounding islands. The Dihcroan government wants to continue transitioning the nation away from anarchy into a democracy while the anarchists want the nation to stay in anarchy. There is also a socialist group that has formed in the islands east of Altoria, which seeks to take advantage of the fight between the Dihcroan government and the non-socialist anarchists so they can establish their own government. The government and anarchists are evenly matched but the socialists only have control over a few small islands.

The Kasantian government officially annoucnes that it will observe the Dihcroan Civil War with great interest. The current position of the Kasantian state is not yet cleared but the government sends a message to anarchists, democrats and socialists asking wether or not we are allowed to send some journalists and observers to observe the conflict. We ask all sides to treat the journalists with respect and not as enemies.

Nekkko was trying to have more reach, so when they saw that there was a civil war happening and that there was a promising Socialist movement there too that could possibly be turned too a Communist Movement, Nekkko would soon as possible send their advanced armies there too assist the Socialist's, Giving them Rifle's, Tank's, Planes, and Other Supplies too have them seize control of the Island's, They would even construct them their Communist Flag and gave it too them if they were too seize all power, Nekkko also prepared too help them Seize power so then they can have a fellow Communist Nation.

The Southeast Earth firmly believes death is a better alterative to communism, as such we have chosen to support the legitimate government in the global struggle against communism. "Operation Broken Sickle" has been passed through the Southeast Earthian senate and will allow the deployment of 200,000 armed personnel, 3 carrier task forces, 1200 fighters/multirole aircraft, and 400 heavy bombers. Our armed forces will work in conjunction with the other nations involved but will maintain a strong degree of autonomy, we do not expect you to like the idea of non-discriminatory targeting but please do not tell us what is and what isn't moral. If it gets the job done we roll with it.

The socialists have found the supplies and have decided to distribute them to some of the workers on the islands they have the most influence in. However they are also desperate for more men because a large force from The Southeast Earth is approaching the islands. The socialist leader's car has exploded, but the leader survived because he was overseeing the supplies' arrival when the car exploded.

Only the socialists dont seem to have respond to the request of the Kasantian Journalism yet, we await a respond. Tens of journalists would come with a plane from the Kasantia Civilian Airlines to the islands so they can observe the conflict of Dichroan without defending any side of course. We thank both the government and the anarchists for the allowance and their guarentee of the journalists's safety.

The IHS decides to place a bomb in his house this time and they also send assassins in disguise as civilians if the second bomb doesn't finish him off.

Seeing all the Chaos, Nekkko would send multiple of Reinforced Men too the Socialist's too help them, the most greatest and strongest Army there, and possibly stronger then the Anarchist's and Government, The Army would soon send a message too the Government in Secret.

Arvan Irawer will officially be supporting the legitimate government, on the condition that they do transfer to a democracy. We are willing to fight against any side.

After the conclusion of the war we are willing to assist the Dihcroan government in transferring to a democracy. Furthermore, if they do transfer to a democracy we will be willing to sponsor them in joining the ICDN.

We also condemn the terrorist actions of IHS, and suggest they use more traditional and appropriate methods.

Nobody knows how the house got set on fire but most people believe it was caused by a bolt of lightning. About 1/4 of the house has been destroyed, as if there were an explosion involved. The socialists are also in search of a new leader.
