[ABANDONED] Condemn Nationalist Northumbria

Having witnessed a failed attempt to Commend Northumbria, I have decided to give resolution-writing another shot to condemn the actions of Nationalist Northumbria. It's a bit brief, but I had to do quite a bit of digging.

The Security Council,

HAVING been informed of Nationalist Northumbria's belligerent conduct within and without these halls, as demonstrated by:

• their liberal use of nuclear weapons against the nations of Yatsuni and Sosnovk,
• their war of aggression against Ideal Britain, and
• the conduct of their delegation to the World Assembly and the Security Council,

HAVING been made aware of Nationalist Northumbria's policies concerning women's rights and immigration which have led to the repression of many people within the borders of Nationalist Northumbria,

CONCERNED that the actions of Nationalist Northumbria are to the detriment of the international order and to the liberties of their own citizens,

HEREBY condemns Nationalist Northumbria.

I'm sorry but most of their posts are pretty bad. They are not the type of RPer who deserve a condemnation. First they must learn how to RP properly, then can they be eligible for anything of this sort. So, it is a big no no from me.
