UNDERSTANDING the importance of maintaining a safe and secure environment for the native population of a region,

NOTING the recent efforts of the native population of the region The Syndicalist Socialist Union to refound their home region of The Socialist Syndicalist Union,

APPALLED at the actions of Force in their interception of this refounding operation, thus holding the native communities region hostage,

DISCONCERTED with the lack of regard by Force for the potential damage that this operation has caused to TSSU’s community,

HEREBY Condemns Force.

I think that's fair, but there is something to be said about the hefty requirements for passing a regional condemnation.

Not really. Condemnations aren’t for any old “bad region”. If you really want to condemn a region, do research.

As much as I understand the emotions of the natives of TSSU and those who were negatively impacted from Force's actions, they're just not condemnable. Sorry.

If the situation behind this attempt at a Condemnation has been resolved (as it appears to have been according to the NSGP thread), then this should be dropped. No need to give Force any further publicity and certainly not a shiny badge.
